Balloon Rides Cards with Kay and Candice

Hi there! Kay here today and I have a card to share with you using the adorable Balloon Rides stamp set and Balloon Rides Coordinating dies, along with the Country Scenes stamp set and Country Scenes coordinating dies.

So first off, I created a background for my scene by blending some Evergreen Bough and Fossilized Amber Distress inks onto watercolor paper. I added some speckles of white ink when it was dry.  I then colored all of the cute images from the Balloon Rides stamp set and Country Scenes stamp set with Copic markers and cut those out with the coordinating dies.

For the grass in front, after coloring with Copic markers, I speckled it with some darker green ink and then a bit of white too. I adhered all of the elements to the card with foam tape, then heat embossed the sentiment onto black cardstock, cut that out and added it along the bottom of the card.

I hope you have enjoyed my card today! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello fellow Crafter's! Candice with you today bringing you some bright and cheerful sunshine with this sweet card!

I used these Sunny Studio products for my slimline design:

I began my slimline with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base. For the background, I first die cut two strips with the scalloped slimline die and stamped the sentiment on the larger one. I then die cut the clouds from blue pattern paper and the grass from green pattern paper, adhered them to the top and bottom of my card front with glue and foam tape and then added the scalloped sides with foam tape.

Next, I stamped all the images from the adorable Balloon Rides stamp set, colored them with copic markers, used the coordinating dies to cut them out and added some white accents with a pen. I tucked these images into the card using glue or foam tape for dimension and movement. I finished the card with a layered hello with the top layer inked with squeezed lemonade and mustard seed and a few rainbow pearls!

I hope this card brightens your day!
