Foxy Friends Card with Tina

Hi there crafty friends, Tina here and today we are creating a sweet Autumn card with the adorable Foxy Friends stamp and die set. There are many cute images in this set so it was hard to select just three of them.

Although I wanted to reflect that fall vibe, I still kept the card light by using a large white panel. This piece was dry embossed with the Woodgrain embossing folder which is perfect for these autumnal cards. I love layering shapes to create dimension so next, I cut the wood panel with the largest die in the Limitless Labels 1 set and splattered it with yellow and brown inks.

Then I browsed in my stash of pattern papers and I chose a fun polka dot sheet (Critter Country) which I ran through the die cut machine with the largest of the Rounded Rectangle Mat dies. I glued both pieces together and added them to a slightly smaller white card base. I colored the cute foxes (Foxy Friends stamp) with my Copics and added white highlights with a gel pen.

Then it was time to stamp three pumpkins using the Pretty Pumpkins stamp set. I went with sizes that would work well together and used several Distress Oxide inks in yellow, brown, orange and teal colors.

Before assembling the scene, I stamped the sentiment from the Autumn Greetings set with a teal ink from my stash. This font was the perfect fit for my scene! I used a mix of foam tape and liquid glue to adhere the images to my card panel. Lastly, I added a few Champagne Clear Jewels since I had already brought so much color into this design.

Sunflower Fields Card with Marine

Hello crafty friends, Marine here, I'm happy to be back with this bright and cheerful autumn card featuring a mix and match of images from different layering stamp sets. It's always so much fun and kind of magical to see those images come to life layer after layer.

To start, I cut a 5,5 x 4,25 inches panel out of dark kraft cardstock and cut an opening out of it using the largest Stitched Semi Circle die. Next I took my Woodgrain embossing folder, applied brown ink inside the folder on one side, placed my kraft panel on the other side, closed the embossing folder and ran it through my die cutting machine to create a cool tone on tone brown woodgrain texture. I mixed some ground espresso distress ink with water and used a slim brush to add brown splatters all over my panel, and then did the same with copic opaque white ink. While my Stitched Semi Circle woodgrain panel was drying, I cut a 5,5 x 4,25 inches panel out of a brown polka dot paper from the Critter Country paper pack, added white splatters all over it, and once that panel was dry, I stuck my woodgrain panel to it using 1mm foam squares.

Next I stamped all my images on 110lb Neenah solar white cardstock using dye inks from Lawn Fawn and from Altenew, and here is a detailed list of the layering stamp sets I used: • Sunflower Fields - sunflowers • Pretty Pumpkins - pumpkins, leaves, swirling ivy • Watering Can - watering can. And here are the different color combinations I used to create each image:

• sunflowers - butter + sunflower + carrot + fake tan + doe + walnut (LF)
• watering can - lobster + chili pepper (LF)
• aqua pumpkins - kiddie pool + merman + peacock (LF)
• green pumpkin - frayed leaf + forest glades + moss (Altenew)
• yellow pumpkin - butter + lemonade + sunflower (LF)
• orange pumpkin - carrot + fake tan + pumpkin spice (LF)
• leaves - forest glades + moss (Altenew)
• swirling ivy - moss (Altenew)

Once all the stamping was done, I cut the images using the matching dies, splattered white ink all over them, and once they were dry, I attached them all to my card using 1mm and 2mm foam squares, and liquid glue as well for the swirling ivy. I white heat embossed "Happy autumn" from Crisp Autumn on dark brown cardstock, cut it using the coordinating die, and stuck it to the card using foam squares again.

Pretty Pumpkins Card with Tina

Hello crafty friends, it’s Tina and today’s project consists of lots of Pretty Pumpkins! This is a beautiful layering set and I love that the pumpkins come in three sizes. Loads of possibilities for your card designs!

As always, I used the printed sheet on which the stamps come as my guide for placement. For the pumpkins I went with teal, coral, and yellow colors. I used several inks from my stash to get that great dimensional look these stamps provide! The set comes with it’s own leaves but I decided to go for the Autumn Greenery dies which I inked in similar colors. To create that rustic fall look, I added lots of splatters with matching inks and white gouache.

Next, I stamped and die cut the Layered Basket onto a piece of cream paper that I had dry embossed with the Woodgrain embossing folder. I took a blending brush to darken the edges of the basket. I wanted to add a scalloped strip using one of the Ribbon And Lace Border dies. This white border was perfect for my sentiment as well (Words Of Gratitude).

I created a white card base and adhered a coral gingham panel (Frilly Frames Eyelet Lace die and Gingham Pastels pad). Next, I added a white border.

Then it was time to assemble the pumpkin scene starting with the basket and working my way up. I used some temporary glue so I could arrange all the elements until I was happy with the design. Lastly, I added the leaves and pumpkin in front of the basket and scattered a few Chrystal Clear Jewels over the entire scene.
