Merry Mice & Harvest Mice Love-Themed Card with Marine

Hello crafty friends, Marine here, I'm back one last time on the blog with this colorful and fun Valentine card featuring a big mix and match of stamps and dies. My journey with Sunny Studio ends today, after almost five amazing years full of bright colors, cute critters and busy little scenes. I used the mice on many cards and created a lot of scenes with them, so I had to feature them one last time as a nod to my time on Sunny Studio's design team.

I started off by stamping the images on 110lb Neenah solar white cardstock using Memento tuxedo black ink, I cut them all with the matching dies and colored everything with my Ohuhu markers. Here is a detailed list of the stamp sets I used: • Merry Mice + Harvest Mice - mice • Bighearted Bears - envelopes, bows • Heart Bouquet - balloons. When the coloring was done, I added highlights and details to the images using a white gel pen.

Next I worked on all the panels to create the background. I cut a 5,5 x 4,25 inches aqua panel, mixed some liquid stardust with water and added sparkling splatters to my panel using a slim brush. While my panel was drying, I cut a Bursting Hearts panel out of turquoise cardstock, added sparkling splatters and white splatters to it, and once dry, I attached it to the aqua panel using 1mm foam squares, and then to a white card base.

For the heart-shaped panel, I first cut a large Stitched Heart 2 panel out of light pink cardstock, ran it through my die cutting machine along with the Quilted Heart Portrait die to cut tiny hearts out of it, and then added splatters to my pink heart. I cut another large Stitched Heart 2 panel out of white cardstock and stuck the pink heart panel on top using 1mm foam squares. I cut a large Scalloped Heart panel out of pearlescent vellum, attached my pink heart panel to it using liquid glue, and finally stuck my heart panel to the card base using 1mm foam squares.

Next I stamped "You are always in my heart" from My Heart on white cardstock using red dye ink, cut it with the matching die, and stuck it in the middle of my Stitched Heart 2 pink heart using 1mm foam squares. I attached the images on both sides of the heart using 2mm foam squares, and then added a scattering of hearts all over the card. I cut those hearts out of red cardstock using Stitched Hearts 2 dies, attached them using foam squares, and finally applied glossy accents on each of them to add more shine and sparkle to my card.

Bighearted Bears Love-Themed Card with Tina

Hi there crafty friends, Tina here with the last card of the year 2025!  I am featuring a love themed scene with two cuties from the Bighearted Bears stamp and die set.

The Bursting Hearts background die is a perfect match for this project. I combined this white die cut piece with a purple heart paper from Flirty Flowers. After creating a white card base, I layered both directly onto the base.

For my scene I cut a white panel with the largest of the Stiched Arch dies. This panel will become my background by inking a sky with a cloud stencil from my stash and Distress Oxide Dusty Concord. The bottom part of this arch piece was turned into a side walk by stamping one of the Sprawling Surfaces. Such a versatile set to have in your stash!

Next, I selected two adorable pandas, a letter and a chocolate box from the Bighearted Bears stamp. All the images were colored with my Copics and I added white gel pen highlights.

Before assembling the card, I needed to add a sentiment. I browsed through my stash and decided that the Lovey Dovey stamp was perfect for this project. I stamped the sentiment directly to the panel with Versafine Onyx Black ink. To put the card together, I glued the arched panel to the background and mounted the images with foam tape. As a final embellishment, I added three cute Heart Shaped Pearls to my scene.

Balloon Alphabet Card with Nicky

Hello everyone, this is Nicky with you today on the Sunny Studio Stamps blog and I'm sharing a card featuring the fun Balloon Alphabet stamps and dies. Read on for all the details!

I die cut a white panel of cardstock using the Bursting Hearts Die. I glued this to a pale pink panel of cardstock and framed it out in white. This frame was made using the Comic Strip Everyday Die but I snipped out the dividing sections in the centre. This was all glued to a card base and set to one side.

I stamped the word LOVE using the Balloon Alphabet stamp and Cherry Kisses ink by The Stamp Market. I die cut the letters and backed them with foam tape. I stamped the kittens, 2 are from Cat Antics and one from Party Pets and I coloured this with Copic markers C3, C1, C0, C00, R22, R21, R20, R00. I highlighted with a white gel pen and die cut the images using their coordinating dies and backed these with foam tape too.

I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment on a black sentiment strip and backed this with foam tape. The word 'you' was taken from the Happy Thoughts Stamp set and the pretty font matches with the 'furever' word.

I then set about assembling all the foam backed elements and glued the balloon strings in place. To embellish the card I die cut some hearts using some of the pink cardstock and some glittering silver cardstock too and nestled these in position in random places and a few sparkling clear sequins in different sizes completed the scene.

Foxy Friends Card with Tina

Hello crafters, it’s Tina and today I am sharing a Valentine’s card with a couple of adorable cuties from Foxy Friends stamp and die set. There are a bunch of sweet images in this set which made it hard to select just two! I will definitely make more projects with the other critters!

After creating a white card base, I cut a scalloped border from a white panel with the outer die from Fancy Frames Rectangle dies.

You can never have enough hearts on a ‘love themed’ card and that is where the Bursting Hearts die comes in handy! I used this die in a previous project where I wanted to add white hearts to my design, so I still had the background panel set aside. I always love when you get different uses from one product! To make all the heart shapes really pop I glued a red striped panel (Striped Silly pad) to the back of the white background.

Next, I glued this piece to the card base and added the white border. For my focal point, I die cut a white circle which was just a bit larger than the second of the Scalloped Circle Mats 3. Additionally, I created a vellum circle with the later die.

Using some ‘glue sheets for vellum’, I was able to add the vellum to the white circle without visible traces of glue. Next, I mounted the circles to the heart panel with foam tape.

I selected a cute pair of foxes, an umbrella (Foxy Friends stamp and die set), a letter   (Bighearted Bears) and a tiny bow (Heart Bouquet Stamps). For my color scheme, I went with brown, teal and red Copic markers. Of course, I had to add white details with a gel pen! My sentiment was pulled from the Foxy Friends stamp and I used a red ink from my stash.

To complete the design, I placed the images and sentiment banner in position. As a final embellishment, two red jewels (Bright Jewel mix) were glued on each side of the sentiment.
