An exciting New Addition to the Sunny Studio Family!

I can't tell you how excited I am to finally introduce Laura Vegas as Sunny Studio's new social media coordinator!  She has been helping me out behind the scenes for the past couple of months and she's doing a fabulous job.  Laura is someone I've admired for over a decade for her wonderful sense of style and for our mutual love of memory keeping.   We share so much in common and I just know you are going to love her as much as I do!  I honestly still can't believe I was lucky enough to have her say yes.  ;)

Hi there! I’m Laura Vegas, from Northern California, where I live with my husband Joe, and my two daughters, Alyssa (20) and Sarah (17). I have been scrapbooking for well over 23 years now. I scrapbook mostly about my girls and our family, but like to mix it up now and then by scrapping photos and stories about my daycare kids and family friends as well. I have been fortunate enough to design for some amazing manufacturers in the industry over the last 11 years, and have also had my work published in a variety of publications for the last 10 years. I was honored to be a member of the 2010, 2011 and 2012 Creating Keepsakes Dream Team and the 2013, 2014 and 2015 Scrapbook & Cards Today design team. I just recently left my position as Creative Team Coordinator for Bella Blvd after 5 years, and am currently designing for Kerri Bradford Studio.

Before I go I want to say how much I have adored my current team.  Truth be told I would have loved to keep them forever, but they all had busy schedules and big events occurring in their lives that made it difficult for them to stay.  I will miss them and want them to know that they all are welcome back anytime.  ;)

Introducing A New Team Member & A Sad Goodbye...

I knew this day was coming, but I'm so sad it is finally here.  Audrey Tokach has decided to step down from the team to give herself a little breathing room.  When she signed on I knew she could probably only squeeze us into her busy schedule for a few months, but I am so grateful for the time she gave us and for taking a chance on our new little company.  She's the best and will be welcome back anytime.  :)

To fill her spot, we have the talented Francine Vuillème joining us.  I have been a huge fan of hers for a long time and have been dying to have her join us since she played along with us for grand opening blog hop last September.  I just know you are going to fall in love with her too (if you're not already head over heals).   ;)

Getting To Know the New Team: Introducing Marion + A Promo

Hello! I'm Marion Vagg and I have been a lover of paper for as long as I can remember. I live on the beautiful South Coast of New South Wales in Australia.  I am a Primary school teacher and work part-time. This leaves me time to craft and be a Mum to my two kids, Caleb aged 8 and Emma aged 5. My husband Rod is very supportive of all my crafting endeavors. I have a cat named Mack and I love to potter around in my garden growing flowers and veggies.

Getting To Know the New Team: Introducing Elise

 

Hi there!  My name is Elise and I live in central Pennsylvania with my husband and 2 year old daughter, who keeps me very busy!  My husband and I are very involved in our church and we serve as the youth leaders, and in various other roles. 

I started card making about 6 years ago when my mother-in-law bought me a Cricut for Christmas. Shortly after that I discovered stamping and I have been hooked!  When I'm not making cards, I'm usually hanging out with my family, coloring with my daughter, or baking something yummy!

I like rainbows, cute critters, and fun, creative sentiments, so I think those 3 cards sum up my style.

I just love Elise's use of white space and her sweet coloring.  I also adore her use of patterned paper in her stamping with her paper-pieced designs!  She inspires me to want to create some alphabet stamps so that I can see what cute punny phrase she'll come up with next!  :)

My name is Audrey Tokach.  I am a 30-something, happily married wife, and mom to two amazing boys.  I am an animal lover and coffee addict.  I am a girly-girl who loves makeup and nail polish and anything pink! When I am not busy taking care of my boys, or my little animal menagerie,  you can find me coloring.  I have a fun, whimsical style, and I love bright colors and cutesy images.  I can't live without my Copic markers or my watercolors, but I love experimenting with other coloring mediums as well.  I am excited to be joining the Sunny Studio Creative Team!

Hello! My name is Heidi Criswell. I live in Iowa with husband my little boy and one furry baby. I started card making in the summer of 2012 and quickly became addicted. My style of crafting is whimsy and colorful, however, I love CAS cards. When I'm not at my craft room,  I like to take my son and my puppy for long walks by the lake. I’m an avid animal and nature lover!

I must gush again that I am amazed that Heidi has only been making cards for a few years.  These ladies are just so talented I tell ya!  I love Heidi's clean and playful style and her ability to create such darling, eye-catching scenes on her projects!

Hello! My name is Melissa and I grew up in a small town on the South Island of New Zealand called Akaroa. After meeting my now husband Tyler I decided to pack up with my dog Jay and move to California. I have been living in beautiful San Diego since early 2015.  I've studied and worked in Interior Design, so I have always enjoyed being creative.  

I started making cards after discovering one of Kristina Werner’s YouTube videos in late 2014 and have been hooked ever since. I love making fun designs that make people happy. Aside from crafting I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends, taking my dog Jay on walks, calligraphy, cooking and traveling.
