Lacy Snowflake Die Focused Cards with Kavya and Isha

Hi folks! Kavya here with another fun project! With the holidays around the corner, I decided to make some fun tags to go with my gifts. 

I first started off by ink blending die cut Build a Tag #2 using two different distress oxide inks for each color:

• Blue: Faded Jeans and Tumbled Glass
• Green: Mowed Lawn and Shabby Shutters
• Red: Abandoned Coral and Tattered Rose

I added some Lacy Snowflake die cuts and white splatter paints to make a fun background.

Finally, I added some cute critters from Christmas Icons and sentiments from Holiday Express stamp set to finish off my tags!

Hello everyone! Isha here with a CAS mixed media card featuring our Lacy Snowflakes. I really like the size and the intricate design of these dies. 

To start, I die-cut the slimline stitched rectangle from the Slimline Scalloped Frame dies. I then applied some crackle paste to it and let it dry. Once dry, we will get fine cracks, it's tough to capture them in the photo but it really looks pretty in real life.

Now I added a light watercolor using worn lipstick distress ink to this piece. Once dry, mat it with a pink cardstock. Adhere to a white card base. Flick gold paint.

I die-cut the snowflakes using pearl paper in pink and beige. Adhere these to the card by layering them as per your liking to create some movement. Add a gold floss for some more movement. Stamp the sentiment from the Holiday Express stamp, cut in stripes, sponge some ink to the edges and adhere to the card. To finish, adhere, some Crystal Clear Jewels.

Gingerbread House Cards with Mayra and Ashley

Happy Monday everyone. Mayra here sharing this super fun treat bag with tags set with you today using the sweet Gingerbread House die set. 

I started by die-cutting all of the layers for the Gingerbread House, I also used the Slimline Nature Border dies set to create the icing for the house, and treat bag, the sprinkles are from the Cupcake Shape die set. I made the bag using the Sweet Treat Bag dies, the wreath and bows are from the Sweet Treat House Add-on die set, and the lights are from the Basic Mini Shape Dies 3 set. 

Next, I created the gingerbread cookie-themed tags, I used the Scalloped Circle Mat 1 dies set, and the Stitched Circle Large die set to create the shaker window. 

I then added color to all of the gingerbread-themed die cuts using Gathered Twigs and Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink. Next,  I heat embossed the sentiment onto the back of each of the tags. The sentiment for the larger gingerbread cookie tag is from the Christmas Cookies stamp set, and the sentiment for the smaller one is from the Inside Greetings Holiday set.

Hello friends! It's Ashley today with a sweet holiday card featuring the amazing Gingerbread House die set. This set is full of the coolest details like those peppermint swirls - love! It also comes with a large outline to make the whole card be shaped like the gingerbread house so that's what I did!

I started by cutting the pieces of Gingerbread House from a few different colors of cardstock. I decided to go with a more muted version of traditional Christmas green and red, so I used mint and pink! I added a bit of depth to the larger pieces with some Distress Inks, then added some dots of color with Copics as well for a really cool look! I assembled everything on a white piece of cardstock cut using the outline die, then I used the outline die again on a folded piece of cardstock to create my base. Make sure to hang the side of the die a bit off the fold so it doesn't cut all the way through! I added the house piece to the base and voila! Shaped card!

I stamped the two gingerbread people from Christmas Cookies and colored with Copic markers. They just match the house so perfectly! I cut them out with the matching dies and added them to the card with some foam tape. For my sentiment I stamped the word "holiday" from the Christmas Cookies set in black ink towards the top of my house. I then used the Greetings Word Die once on pink glitter cardstock and twice on light pink cardstock to create a stacked word. I added my dimensional "greetings" just below the stamped "holiday" to complete the sentiment.

Snow One Like You Cards with Mendi

Hi there!  I hope you have been enjoying a wonderful holiday weekend. I couldn't let the week pass without joining in the fun and sharing a couple cards of my own using the Snow One Like You mini stamps and dies that you can receive as a free with purchase through tomorrow. 

Card No. 1: For my first card I paired the cute new focal point image in the center from the Snow One Like You set with two snowmen from our Feeling Frosty Stamps. I thought it would be fun to go pink and girly for my card so I colored all my snowman's accessories in hot pink and then lightly blended some Picked Raspberry distress ink in my background. When the background was dry I repeatedly stamped two mini snowflakes from the set in the background, stamping with clear VersaMark Ink and heat embossing with Hero Arts White Detail Powder. For my snowy hill behind my snowmen, I used one of the stitched slope dies from our Slimline Nature Border Dies and then framed my scene adding stitching to my simple white cardstock using another border die from our Slimline Basic Border Dies. My last touch was stamping the greeting from the Snow One Like You set using Versafine Onxy Black Ink.

Card No. 2: For my second card, I pulled out our Winter Scenes Stamps for my backdrop and a second girl from our Fall Kiddos Stamps to compliment the new stamps. I heat embossed the snowy sky onto some watercolor paper using our Frosty Flurries Stamps and quickly washed on some color using Daniel Smith Watercolors. I actually created a full sized panel of this for some cards I was making last Christmas, but I was able to trim down the extras that would have been hidden to use on three separate cards. I always love when I can stretch little things like this to save me more time in the long run.

Finally I stamped my sentiment from the Snow One Like You set and added three little hearts from our Mini Basic Shape Dies II set which I colored with Copics to match my stamped images. I love that the sentiment in this new set comes as four separate pieces allowing the flexibility to stamp them stacked like this or all in a single row like I did for my first card!  It's always nice to have options to work with different spaces.

Snow One Like You Tags & Card with Rachel Alvarado

Hello crafty friends! It's Rachel here with a couple of fun winter-themed projects to share with you! First, I have a pair of shaker tags that feature the adorable Snow One Like You Stamp Set. This set is currently free with a purchase of $40 or more through Monday (see full details below).

To create these tags, I first used the Scalloped Circle Tag Dies combined with a basic circle die to die cut 5 tag fames and one patterned paper tag frame from the All is Bright Paper Pad. I glued the regular 5 tag frame pieces together to create dimension to fit my embellishment (glitter) and adhered the entire frame to my base piece. For my base piece, I had blended some Peacock Feather for my background and added a snowy hill using both the Slimline Nature Border Dies as well as the same basic circle die that I had used for my frame.

I added a piece of clear acetate that I cut with the large Scalloped Circle Tag Die and then adhered my final frame of patterned paper. I finished off my tags with some string and ribbon. (All of my images were stamped onto a piece of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110lb Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copic Markers.)

For my second project, I created a shaker card using the new Holiday Express Stamp Set combined with the Stitched Arch Dies. I made my card one layer so that my "snow" could move freely inside the card.

Snow One Like You Cards with Audrey & Tammy

Hello friends! Audrey here with a fun card to share with you using the Snow One Like You stamp set! 

To create my card, I started off by adding a piece of pink cable knit patterned paper from the Sweater Weather 6x6 paper pad to an A2 card base. For the focal point, I started by adding white Lacy Snowflakes to a piece of white cardstock to serve as the background for my scene. I created a frame with two rectangle dies from the Stitched Rectangles dies, and used the Slimline Nature Borders dies to cut a hill from the smaller rectangle which I then inked with Salvaged Patina Distress ink. Then, I stamped and colored the adorable image from the Snow One Like You stamp set, and die cut it with the coordinating dies. 

I popped it up on the background I created, and stamped the sentiment from the set under the image. I glued the focal point frame to the card base, and added some white gel pen accents, black glaze pen to the snowman's eyes, Frosted Lace Stickles and a trio of tiny clay hearts to finish off my card.

Hello friends! Tammy here sharing a card featuring an exclusive Black Friday set called Snow One Like You. 

To begin, I stamped the image from Snow One Like You, colored with Copic markers, and die cut with the coordinating dies.  Next, I cut a piece of the snowflake paper from the All is Bright 6X6 Paper to a 5 1/4" square. I then cut an opening using the largest die from the Stitched Semi-Circle Dies and attached it to my background (using foam tape) that I ink blended with Peacock Feathers and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks. I also added a snowy border using the Slimline Nature Borders Dies.

Next, I arranged the stamped images, attaching with foam tape for dimension. I then cut red cardstock using the smallest die from the Slimline Pennant Dies and white heat embossed the sentiment from the Snow One Like You set. I cut off the ends of the pennant at an angle to look like a snow globe base and attached it to the base of the semi-circle. Lastly, I added a couple of Lacy Snowflakes and attached my card to a 5 1/2" square white card base to complete my card!
