Blooming Frame Die Focused Cards with Rachel and Candice

Hello everyone! It's Rachel here and I have a card to share with you today that showcases the gorgeous new Blooming Frame Die. I combined this set with the new Pink Peonies Stamp Set because I felt that they complimented each other perfectly.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Blooming Frame Die Pink Peonies Best Wishes Card by Rachel Alvarado

To start, I first blended some pink Distress Oxide Inks (Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, and Picked Raspberry) onto a 4.25" x 5.5" piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock. I faded my colors upward, starting with my darkest color on the bottom. Once finished, I then splattered this piece with both water and diluted Opaque White Paint to give some added interest. I let this piece dry and then adhered my Blooming Frame (that I had cut from white card stock) with some liquid adhesive.

I then stamped my flowers onto another sheet of the Neenah Solar White 110lb Cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I used my Copic Markers to color them (pinks: RV000, RV10, RV52, RV55, RV66, RV69; Greens: YG01, YG07, YG17, YG67, and G28.) Once finished, I then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I added my images with some 3D Foam Adhesive Squares to give my card some slight dimension.

Thanks so much for dropping by! Happy Card Making!

Hello!  Candice here with you today showcasing the new gorgeous Blooming Frame die on a tropical Easter card!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Blooming Frame Die Chickie Baby Fabulous Flamingos Kinsley Alphabet Dies Easter Card by Candice Fisher

I used some new and older Sunny Studio products to make my card:
To create the background, I first trimmed some Bistrol smooth cardstock to fit the blooming frame, inked with picked raspberry, worn lipstick & spun sugar, leaving the center white, and then cut out with the frame.

Next, I stamped the flamingo, leaves, flowerschicks, & eggs, colored with Copic markers and then used the coordinating dies listed above to cut them out. I adhered them to the card with glue and foam tape to give dimension to the little scene. I stamped the happy and Easter on a banner and then added a few Nuvo drops to finish the card.

Thank you for stopping by today!

Spring Showers Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a card using the cute Spring Showers set. I just adore this set! Here comes my first take on it:

Sunny Studio Stamps: Spring Showers Chubby Bunny Spring Themed Card by Vanessa Menhorn

I started by covering my card base with the rainbow paper from the Spring Fling Paper pad. Now I inked the background of a white cardstock panel with blue Distress Oxide Inks, stamped the sentiment and adhered the panel to the card.

Then I stamped the images from Spring Showers and Chubby Bunny onto white cardstock, colored everything with Copics, paper-pieced the girl's dress, die-cut the elements with the matching dies and adhered the images to the card with foam tape.To finish the card off, I added details with a white gel pen.

We didn't get any real winter here yet, but I am ready for Spring Showers already! Have a lovely week everybody, thanks for visiting!

-----------------------------------------------------------

Hi everyone, Anja here and today I'm back with a cheerful girly card showcasing the fun Spring Showers Stamps.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Spring Showers Fluffy Clouds Comic Strip Everyday Dies Spring Themed Card by Anja Bytyqi

I started off with a white A2 top-folding card base and chose the cute patterned paper from the Spring Fling Paper pack as my background. I cut out a circle from white Distress Watercolor Cardstock and did some Ink Smooshing at the bottom to mimic water/rain puddles. I used the Distress Oxide Inks Tumbled Glass and Broken China.

Next, I stamped the girl, umbrella and butterflies in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. The images were cut out with the coordinating dies. Before putting together my little scene, I ran the circle through my die cutting machine with the Fluffy Clouds Dies that only add the stitched cloud shape.

I die cut another, larger circle from dark pink cardstock to put behind the scene and let it hang off the left side. I cut off the excess with my paper trimmer. I adhered the images and also added a sun die-cut (Comic Strip Everyday Dies).

Finally, I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark Ink onto a black cardstock banner and white heat embossed it. I popped it up with foam tape and added a pink Clay Flower to the girl's hair.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have an awesome day!

Pink Peonies Cards with Franci and Ana

Hello there and happy Wednesday! Franci here with you today, with a "Best Wishes" card showcasing the new Pink Peonies set.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Pink Peonies Blooming Frame Dies Frilly Frame Dies Best Wishes Cards by Franci Vignoli

I created my card base out of white cardstock, then I trimmed a piece dark blue cardstock to size and dry embossed it with the new Blooming Frame ( using my die cutting machine and the embossing mat accessories). I also die cut a piece of white cardstock with the Frilly Frames Eyelet Lace die set, stamped my sentiment and masked the bottom to ink the top with the Stormy Sky Distress Ink.

I stamped, colored with Copics and die cut all the images from the Pink Peonies set and glued them down with foam adhesive. I added lots of details with a white gel pen and also some little dots on the background.

Finally I glued all the layers together and added some White Nuvo Drops here and there as embellishments.

Hello friends! Ana here today showcasing gorgeous new Pink Peonies stamps and coordinating dies

Sunny Studio Stamps: Pink Peonies Dies Frilly Frame Dies Best Wishes Card by Ana Anderson

For my card, I started with stamping the flowers and leaves from Pink Peonies stamp set with water soluble ColorBox Dyestress Princess (for the flowers) and Inchworm ink (for the leaves). I wanted to do no-line water coloring, so I choose water soluble inks for my stamping and these worked really fantastic!

I used Arteza Real Brush pens for my water coloring – Lemon yellow, Blush pink, Bubblegum pink, Rouge pink and Blush red for the petals and Lemon yellow, Bumblebee yellow and Honey for the flower centers. For the leaves, I used Pale green, Moss green and Olive green.

Once the images were colored and dry, I used coordinating Pink Peonies dies to cut them out. I used Frilly Frames Lattice background die to create a stencil, inked ColorBox Dyestress ink in Princess to create the background pattern, then added some splatter in green and pink. The sentiment (from Pink Peonies stamp set) was stamped with VersaFine Onyx black ink to the background.

I adhered the flowers with liquid glue and foam tape, clustering them to the left of the panel, then added several pink pearls (from Rainbow Pearls pack) to embellish the card.

I really hope I’ve inspired you and that you love the new Pink Peonies stamps as much as I do! Thank you for stopping by today and I hope you have a wonderful week!

Border Dies Focused Cards by Leanne and Mindy

Hello everyone! Leanne here today. I live in Iowa where the winter days can often be overcast and gloomy. I find myself wanting to add lots of color to my cards to compensate for the lack of outside this time of year. So I have a very colorful rainbow card to share today. I've combined two new Sunny Studio products to create the rainbow which covers the length of my slimline card.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Eyelet Lace Border Dies Heartstring Border Dies Love Monkey Floating By Everyday Card by Leanne West

I used two different border dies. The scallop is from Eyelet Lace Borders and the hearts are from Heartstrings Borders. Now you could create your own rainbow ink blended card stock to die cut these borders out of, but you don't have to. It's already been done for you! I used a piece of patterned paper from the Spring Fling Paper Pad. It works out perfectly to die cut enough border strips to fill the front of the card. I alternated adhering the two border styles onto a separate panel and then trimmed narrower than the slimline card base which measures 8.5" tall by 3.5" wide.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Eyelet Lace Border Dies Heartstring Border Dies Love Monkey Floating By Everyday Card by Leanne West

For the focal images on this card, I've used the balloon bouquet from Floating By and a monkey from Love Monkey. The monkey image is originally hanging from a vine.  After I die cut the monkey out, I simply fussy cut the vine part off. When I adhered the balloon bouquet to the monkey tail, it covers any odd lines left from the vine. I stamped the greeting, also from Floating By, in one of border gaps just below the monkey. For a bit of embellishment, I added some tiny clay heart confetti.

Hello! It’s Mindy from My Creative Scoop. Today I’m sharing a Valentine’s card set using the new Spring Showers Stamp set and the coordinating die set. I’m also using the new Heartstrings Border Die and created this Ombre effect, which I’ll share how in the video below.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Eyelet Lace Border Dies Heartstring Border Dies Spring Showers Sweet Word Die Everyday Card by Mindy Baxter

I’ve stamped all my images onto my Copic Xpress it Blending card using Memento Black Ink. Copic colors used: Skin – E13, E11, E00, R32, R30; Hair – E43, E42, E41, E74; Dress and Shoes – R85, R81, RV10

I die cut 3 of the Sweet Word Die which and layered them all together so my sentiment is thicker and stands up off the card a little, the with love is also from the Spring Showers Stamp set – I just trimmed off the ‘you’.

These cards were so much fun and simple to create. I can’t wait to make more and change the ombre cardstock to rainbow! Thank you so much stopping by. Have a great day!

Alphabet Stamp Focused Cards by Lynn and Ashley

Hello, crafty friends, Lynn here! Today I’m sharing a card that I created to highlight the new Phoebe Alphabet stamp set. This stamp set is such a great set to have on hand for either personalizing a card with the recipients name, creating your own sentiment or enlarging a sentiment from a stamp set to create a title like I’ve done with my card today.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Phoebe Alphabet Banner Basics Spring Showers Spring Scene Everyday Cards by Lynn Put

To create my card, I not only used the fun Phoebe Alphabet stamp set but I used the adorable new Spring Showers stamp set and the coordinating dies to create a springtime scene. I started out by stamping two of the characters, an umbrella, some clouds and some flowers from the Spring Showers set and coloring them using Copic markers then die cut them out.

Next I die cut a stitched circle and blended on some Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide ink along the top half, I also used the raindrop stamps from the Spring Showers set and tumbled glass ink to filled my background with raindrops.  After that, I used the new Spring Scenes stamp set and coordinating dies and stamped, die cut and colored the picket fence/grass image for along the bottom of my circle. For the grass image, I colored it with Copic markers but also blended on some Lucky Clover Distress Oxide ink along the bottom edge.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Phoebe Alphabet Banner Basics Spring Showers Spring Scene Everyday Cards by Lynn Put

Next I created my title sentiment by using the Phoebe Alphabet stamp set and the Banner Basics stamp set and coordinating dies. The sentiment “Showering” and “You with Love” comes in the Spring Showers stamp set but but I wanted to enlarge the Showering portion for more of a bang and it was easy to do. I lined up all of my letters to spell out Showering onto my banner and used my Misti tool to stamp them out. I adhered my images and banner to the die cut circle, popping up the boy and girl with foam tape and adding double foam tape to the umbrella.

For the background panel of my card, I used two pieces of the new Spring Fling patterned paper and die cut them using the Frilly Frames Retro Petals dies. I added my die cut circle with more foam tape, tucked in some clouds above the circle and glued on some of the pretty Iridescent Pastel Confetti.

Hi everyone! It's Ashley with a super cute new card that combines an older set with a brand new one! I just love the Silly Sloths set, but sometimes when you've had a set for a while, you need new ideas for it. So, I used the new Phoebe Alphabet and Banner Basics sets to make my own sentiment!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Phoebe Alphabet Banner Basics Silly Sloths Frilly Frame Dies Everyday Card by Ashley Ebben

I started by blending Distress Oxide ink in Twisted Citron and Distress ink in Mowed Lawn for my background. I splattered water and some gold watercolor for a bit of texture and shine, then put the panel on a white card base.

I stamped several sloths and leaves from the Silly Sloths stamp set in Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink and colored with Copics before cutting out with the matching dies. I stamped a banner from Banner Basics in Jet Black and added a bit of Copic shading before using the Phoebe Alphabet, Jet Black ink, and an acrylic block to spell out "lazin' around".

Sunny Studio Stamps: Phoebe Alphabet Banner Basics Silly Sloths Frilly Frame Dies Everyday Card by Ashley Ebben

I attached the sloths and banner to the card using foam squares for dimension. I used the "I love" and "with you" from Silly Sloths to complete the sentiment. "I love lazin' around with you" - perfect for a homebody like me! I finished the card by tucking the leaves around the sloths and adding a few to the corners.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!
