Party Pups Dog-Themed Birthday Cards with Mendi

Hello and welcome! This is Mendi here today, popping in to share some dog-themed birthday cards using our Party Pups Stamps.

For my first card, I paired the sheepdog, balloons, ball, and greeting from the Party Pups Stamps with the Yorkshire Terrier and Chihuahua from our Puppy Dog Kisses Stamps. I framed my little scene using our Rounded Rectangle Mat Dies and layered it with a rainbow striped chevron print and a rainbow polka-dot pattern from our Surprise Party Paper pack.

For my dog balloon strings, I loosely laid them out where I wanted each balloon to go and then added a small dot where the strings would end by the balloon knot and another dot in the center, behind my sheepdog. I then used my clear ruler with a Copic Multiliner pen in .1 thickness to draw strings for my balloons before adhering them to my background.

For my second card, I colored the Corgi, Pomeranian, Old English Sheepdog, Papillon, and Bulldog from the Party Pups Stamps to create an ultimate dog-lover birthday card. I colored each of their cupcake wrappers and party hats in a rainbow of colors to match the patterned papers from our Surprise Party Paper pack. I used the largest die from the Rounded Rectangle Mat Dies set to frame my scene this time. I also used the stitched ribbon from our Ribbon & Lace Border Dies cut from red cardstock to create a divider between my scene, punny sentiment, and the colorful banner paper.

Grad Cat Card with Amanda

Hey everyone, it's Amanda here. It’s that time of year! Have you made all your cards for your grads of 2025?! I’ve got mine ready! Feel free to steal this idea for your own cards!

First, die cut the Comic Strip Speech Bubbles frame with white cardstock. Keep all of the rectangle cutouts for stamping on. Glue the frame to an A2 card base (4.25”x5.5”).

Take the square from the bottom right corner and stamp the little kitty from the Grad Cat Stamps with your stamping platform. Keep the cat in place and don’t clean the stamp yet! Place a piece of masking tape (like Heffy Memo Tape or a sticky note) over the stamped cat. Using the leftover ink that’s still on your cat, stamp the image onto your masking tape. Using scissors, fussy cut the outline of your cat. Place the mask over the stamped image of the cat. Then, ink up the book and stamp the image so it looks like the cat is sitting on the book.

Use the same process to stamp the other 2 rectangles with the dogs from the Puppy Dog Kisses Stamps and the books from the Grad Cat Stamps. You’ll need to make several masks for the books! Keep the masks you used from your first rectangle to use on the other rectangle!

Place your card base (that has the frame glued to it) in your stamping platform and stamp the sentiments directly onto it. I used a combination of sentiments from both stamp sets!

Remove all your masks from your square and rectangles and get ready to color! I used Copic markers, but you could use any coloring medium you prefer! After I finish coloring my stamped images, I always add some white highlights with a white Gelly Roll pen.

Once they’re all colored in, apply some foam tape to the backs of the square and rectangles and adhere them to your card front. Finally, add some gems! I’ve used one gem each from the Gold Jewels, Bright Jewels, and Pastel Jewels.

Hello Crafty Friends! Catherine here! Today, I am sharing a birthday card created with the adorable Puppy Dog Kisses.

To start, I ink blended white cardstock 4”W x 5 ¼”H using Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide with a cloudy stencil made with Slimline Nature Border Dies. I stamped the top left corner of the panel with “Sending You” from Sending Sunshine Stamps.

I then die cut the grass border using Picket Fence Border Die. I ink blended the border with Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide and sprayed the border with some water for added detail. I stamped and die cut the cute dogs from Puppy Dog Kisses Stamps and colored with Copic Markers listed in my blog link below.

To make the kissing booth, I die cut the awning from Sweet Treat House Add-On, I trimmed off one panel of the awning. I trimmed white cardstock to the following dimensions for the rest of the kissing booth:

Base: 3” W x 1 ¼”H - x 2 pieces. I trimmed one piece into 3 strips and adhered the strips onto the second piece for a wood effect.

Top: 3 ¼” W x ¼” H - x 1

Side Poles: 3/8” W x 3”H – x 2 pieces

I inked blended the pieces with Spun Sugar Distress Oxide. I glued the booth together and adhered it onto the background and then I glued the grass border. I die cut two sets of “kisses” out of white cardstock. I ink blended one set with Festive Berries Distress Oxide and adhered it onto the white set for added dimension.

I added White Heat Embossed sentiments from the set, some hearts from Stitched Heart 2 Dies. I finished off the card by adding a border from Fancy Frames Rectangle Dies.

Picket Fence Cards with Ashley and Mayra

Hello friends! It's Ashley with a cute backyard scene featuring the new Picket Fence die set! I love that this die has multiple ways to be used! You can keep it simple and just use the main fence piece like I did, or you can make it even more detailed by adding some woodgrain detail to the stakes! So versatile!

I started my card by die cutting a cloudy piece of patterned paper from the Summer Splash pack with the Frilly Frames - Quatrefoil stitched rectangle for an A2-sized piece. This cloudy paper is just the perfect backdrop if you don't feel like ink blending some clouds! I added the white fence I created using the Picket Fence dies, then used the grassy border die in the Picket Fence set on some polka dot paper from the Dots & Stripes Pastel pack and layered it on top.

I stamped several images from Puppy Parents and Party Pups on white cardstock with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink and colored with Copics. I fussy cut my images out, but there are matching dies available too! I added the images to the yard I created, popping the dogs up with foam tape for dimension. For my sentiment, I stamped the first part from Puppy Parents in VersaMark ink and embossed with white. I then used the new Chloe Alphabet dies with white cardstock to spell the word "human." I am so happy to have another letter die set to customized sentiments!

Hello everyone! Happy Monday everyone and happy May!! Mayra here with you today. I am sharing this card with you using the new Picket Fence die. 

I began by coloring all of the images I would be using for the card. I used the adorable doggies from the Puppy Dog Kisses, Puppy Parents, Balloon Rides, and Beach Buddies stamp set. I used Copic markers. For the brown areas, I used E50, E51, E31, E55, E35, and E87.  For the coral color, I used R22, R02, and R00. For the blue, I used BG10, BG11, and BG34. For the yellow, I used Y11, Y08, and Y19.

Next, I used the larger of the stitched rectangles from the Stitched Rectangle dies set to die cut the base panel. I then die-cut the layers for the picket fence and the grass from the set. I then used Distress Oxide inks to add color to the panel and grass. I used Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers, and Mermaid Lagoon. For the grass, I used Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. 

Next, I die cut the clouds using the coordinating cloud dies from the Balloon Rides set. To create the sentiment I die cut the phrase 'Pawsome' using the awesome new Chloe Alphabet dies and the 'You're So' phrase from the Candy Shoppe set.
