Penguin Pals Cards with Rachel and Candice

Hello friends! It's Rachel here with a Christmas card featuring the adorable Penguin Pals Stamp Set.

To start my card, I first used some Gina K. Designs Masking Magic Sheets to stamp a one-layered wintry scene. I then masked off an area for my snow and then blended my top section with Peacock Feathers, Tumbled Glass, and Speckled Egg Distress Oxide Inks. I splattered this section with some diluted Opaque White Paint as well as some diluted blue watercolor paint to resemble a snowy sky.

I then removed my masking pieces and set my card aside to dry. Once completely dry, I then used Copic Markers to color everything. Copic Color Combos: Snow: B0000, B000, B00, B02; Penguins: W00, W0, W2, W4, W5, W7; Reds: R14, R46, R89. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment onto the bottom portion of my card with black ink.

Hi! Candice here with you today! I have a sweet little Christmas scene with these adorable penguins!

I used these Sunny Studio products for my winter scene:

• Penguin Pals stamps & coordinating dies
• Winter Scenes stamps & coordinating dies
• Scenic Route stamps & coordinating dies
• Stitched Semi-Circle dies
• Slimline Nature Borders dies
• Iridescent Pearls

I began my slimline with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base. For the the background, I first die cut the stitched circles near the top of the front panel and stamped with a variety of snowflakes in light grey ink. I then die cut 2 of the snow hills, stamped my sentiment on the bottom of the top one and glued them to the frame.

Next, I stamped the tree line, trees, lights and penguins, colored them all with Copic markers and then used the coordinating dies listed above to cut them out. To put the card together, I glued the tree lines onto the front of the card base lining them up with the frame panel. Then I put a layer of vellum over it to soften the look and adhered the frame with foam tape. The lights I tucked behind with thin strips of foam tape to help them pop as well. Lastly, I added the trees and the penguins on the snow hills and put a few pearls around the sentiment!

Window Quad Die Focused Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a new Christmas card featuring the Window Quad Square Dies. This set of dies is full of plenty of possibilities! I love the tiny tags included, but today I focused on the main dies:

I first trimmed two panels of white cardstock slightly smaller than the card base, die-cut the windows from the top panel and stamped the sentiment. Then I die-cut the trees from Kraft cardstock and adhered them to the uncut panel before assembling the two layers and adhering them to the card.

I stamped all the images onto white cardstock, colored them with Copic markers, die-cut the pieces with the matching dies and adhered them to the card with foam tape. Finally, I added snow with a white gel pen.

Hi everyone, Anja here and I'm showcasing the Window Quad Square Dies today which create a grid of stitched cutouts – just perfect to place sweet images inside. I picked some of my favorite holiday and winter themed critters from four different stamp sets.

I started with trimming the snowflake patterned paper from the Holiday Cheer Paper pack with the stitched rectangle die included in the Frilly Frames Quatrefoil Dies set. Next, I die cut the square window grid, adhered colorful paper squares (Very Merry Paper) behind the openings and popped up the whole thing with foam tape.

I stamped the images (Alpaca Holiday, Gleeful Reindeer, Foxy Christmas, Harvest Mice) in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and did some Copic coloring. I fussy cut them out but of course there are coordinating dies available.

The lovely sentiment from the Inside Greetings Holiday set was stamped in VersaMark Ink onto black cardstock. I heat embossed it with white embossing powder and used a banner die (Fancy Frames Rectangle Dies) to create a stitched and rounded rectangle. Finally, I adhered the sentiment and images with foam tape.

Surfing Santa Cards and Video Tutorial with Ana and Christy

Hey friends! Ana here today with a super fun holiday card showcasing Surfing Santa stamps and coordinating dies. Oh my goodness, isn’t this the cutest Santa ever!!! I was so excited when I saw this adorable set, I had an idea for a card right away!

I thought the waves paper from Summer Splash paper pack would make an awesome ocean for him to surf on, so I die cut it diagonally with the wave border die from Slimline Nature Borders dies set.

For the sunset background I inked Wild Honey distress ink directly on the card base, then with light brown ink, stamped the sentiment and palm trees (from Surfing Santa set) diagonally to follow the waves in the background.

I stamped the Santa, surfboard and the water droplets with back ink, colored them with Copic markers then cut them with coordinating dies. I adhered the waves to the bottom of the panel, then added the images with foam tape. I finished the card by adding some white lines to the patterned paper with a gel pen!

I just love how summery and cute this card turned out! I hope you have fun making fun cards with this adorable set.

Hey friends, Christy here with a card using our super cute mini stamp set Surfing Santa. I combined him with images from Tropical Scenes, North Pole, and Fabulous Flamingos, and colored them all with Copic markers, then trimmed them out with the coordinating dies.

For my background, I cut down three different shades of blue cardstock with the Slimline Nature Borders wave die, and adhered them to a pale aqua card base. I glued the darkest blue straight to the panel and popped the other two up with foam tape. Then I added my images so that Santa could have a rest and a treat after he gets done surfing the waves, which is how he likes to spend Christmas Day, after he gets done with his rounds, didn't you know? And if there's anyone who might get overlooked in the gift-receiving department, it's Santa himself, so Mrs. Claus even tucked a little present into his bag for him to open later.

I finished off the card with a sentiment stamped in red ink on the same color cardstock as the base. I also added a Fluffy Cloud into the sky, and a bit of Stickles because Santa brings the magic wherever he goes.
