Slimline Die Focused Cards with Franci and Candice

Hello! It's Franci here with a fun card showcasing the new Farm Fresh set. This set is so cute, I love all the little hens in there!

I created my scene using the new Slimline Nature Borders Dies set as long as an oldie but goodie: the Frilly Frames Stripes dies set.

All the images are colored with Copic markers and for the background I used Distress inks.

Hello! It's Candice with you today and so excited that Sunny Studio Stamps has come out with some versatile slimline dies! They are made for my style!

I used these new release products for my classic Christmas slimline card:

• Classy Christmas stamps & coordinating dies
• Season's Greetings stamps & coordinating dies
• Slimline Scalloped Frame dies
• White Pearls

I began my slimline card with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base which fits nicely into your standard size envelopes. For the background, I first die cut the scalloped panel from white cardstock and the center stitched rectangle from red cardstock. I then heat embossed the large sentiment in gold on white cardstock and used the new coordinating dies to cut it out. Using foam tape, I adhered it to the center of the red panel.

Next, I heat embossed the poinsettias and berries in gold on red cardstock, colored them with colored pencils and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I laid them out where I wanted them on the sides of the Merry Christmas and then heat embossed the pine needles in white directly onto the stitched red panel.

To put the card together, I glued the berries down first and then using foam tape I adhered the poinsettias trimming the edges with scissors. To finish, I added some white pearls to fill in the space and draw the eye in!

Little Buckaroo Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a fun autumn card using the adorable Little Buckaroo set. I loved to combine this cute couple with various sets to create this scene:

First, I die-cut the stitched rectangle from Slimline Scalloped Frames Dies from white cardstock and inked it with blue Distress Oxide Ink. Then I stamped the fence border from Spring Scenes, colored it with Copics, die-cut it with the matching die and die-cut the stitched rectangle from it, too. I stamped all the images onto white cardstock, colored everything with Copics, die-cut the pieces with the matching dies and adhered the whole scene to the blue rectangle, raising some elements with foam tape. 

Finally, I stamped and heat-embossed the "Howdy" onto a strip of Kraft cardstock, adhered the panel to the card and the sentiment to the card with foam tape.

Howdy everyone, Anja here and today I'm sharing a farm scene featuring the Little Buckaroo mini stamp set. I combined the sweet cowgirl and cowboy with the cow from the Barnyard Buddies set.

First, I worked on my fall inspired background by blending together Distress Oxide Inks (Broken China, Speckled Egg, Carved Pumpkin and Ripe Persimmon) on a Bristol cardstock panel. I let it dry completely before stamping the Farm Fresh barn border image in VersaFine Smokey Gray Ink. This way I tried to create a subtle background with the intimation of something in the distance. I trimmed the background with the stitched rectangle die included in the Frilly Frames Retro Petals Dies set and adhered it to a top folding card base made from Kraft cardstock.

Next, I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut out the cowgirl and cowboy. For the cow, I did some good old fussy cutting with scissors ;-)

To create a bit of ground for my images to stand on, I used the Slimline Nature Borders Dies and cut out a grassy border as well as two stitched hillside borders. I ran them through with the same stitched rectangle die to get a perfectly finished look when layered on top of my background.

For the sentiment, I combined the die-cut word 'happy' from the Blooming Frame Die set with the white heat embossed word 'birthday' included in the Penguin Pals Stamps set. I adhered a tiny silver star next to the birthday sentiment to finish off my card.

Farm Fresh Cards with Ana and Christy

Hi sweet friends! It’s Ana today with a cute and punny card featuring new Farm Fresh stamps and coordinating dies as well as Slimline Nature Borders dies.

Oh my goodness, when I saw this stamp set I was sooo excited! I’ve been making a lot of cards for all my friends and this set is absolutely perfect to make a card for my friend from Iowa, who lives in a tiny town surrounded by miles of farmlands.

I started the card by stamping the images from the stamp set, coloring them with Copic markers and cutting them with coordinating dies. I absolutely love that windmill, barn, tree and the fence are all one stamp, and make such a quick and easy way to create a scene.

To create the clouds, I used cloud die from Slimline Nature Borders dies, cut 3 sets of clouds and inked them with Wild Honey, Fossilized Amber and Squeezed Lemonade, then layered them with tape adhesive.

I cut the grassy hill next, using the Slimline Nature Borders dies as well, and inked the die cut piece with Fossilized Amber, Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn distress inks. Using little grass stamps (from Farm Fresh set) I randomly stamped grass around the die cut piece.

I tucked the barn/fence/windmill image between the clouds and the grassy hill and adhered the images with foam tape. I finished the card by stamping the punny sentiment and adding a few highlights with white gel pen.

Is this set so super cute or what?! I love that it can be combined with so many previously released stamp sets! Thank you so very much for visiting today, I hope you have a fantastic week!

Hey friends, Christy here with another card using Farm Fresh! Can you tell I love this set? I've already used it three times, and gotten three totally different looking cards. It's just that versatile! This is definitely one you will find yourself reaching for over and over.

Today I wanted to focus on the scarecrow and his feathered pals, and I paired them with some pumpkins from Harvest Mice and a leaf from Bountiful Autumn. I colored all my images to match my Colorful Autumn patterned papers and then trimmed them out with the coordinating dies.

For my backgound, I die cut a panel from the Classic Sunburst 6x6 pack with a Stitched Arch. I added a bit of craft cardstock at the bottom for the ground and stamped a sentiment in brown ink. I cut my Colorful Autumn papers down with the outer die from Frilly Frames Quatrefoil and adhered them to my card base. Then I popped the focal panel up with foam tape over to the right. I decided not to add any embellishment, but let the pretty papers and coloring be the star.

Harvest Mice Cards with Juliana and Isha

Hello Sunny Studio friends! It's Juliana and today I'm sharing a card featuring the adorable new Harvest Mice Stamp Set. I've combined it with the Comic Strip Everyday Dies to create a fun little autumn scene.

I began by stamping images from the Harvest Mice Stamp Set. I then colored them using Copic Markers and die cut them using the coordinating dies. I also added a couple of sunflowers from the Happy Harvest Stamp Set.

Once all of the coloring and stamping was completed, I took a piece of white cardstock and die cut it using the frame from the Comic Strip Everyday Dies. I then die cut it again from a light blue cardstock and used this to fill the inside of each of the openings. To further add to the scene, I used the grass die from the Comic Strip Everyday Dies to cut strips of green cardstock. This made creating each of the backgrounds super fast after spending so much time coloring.

To finish off the card I added a sentiment from the Harvest Mice Stamp Set in the upper right hand opening.

Hello Everyone! It’s Isha with you today sharing a no-line watercoloring technique card with you featuring the Harvest Mice stamps. These mice are so adorable and the coordinating stamps are perfect to create beautiful scenes.

Firstly I stamped the Harvest Mice stamp images onto watercolor paper using Antique Linen distress ink. Color them using watercolors. We can achieve a beautiful no-line color look using antique linen ink. Die-cut the images using the coordinating dies.

Die-cut the Comic Strip Speech Bubbles Die twice, once using white cardstock and second time using the Classic Sunburst pattern paper. Sponge wild honey distress oxide ink to the white inside parts. flick some ink. 

Adhere the pattern paper die-cut to the kraft cardbase. Adhere the white inside panels. Create the scene using the colored images. I used 3d foam on some of the images to create dimension and more interest.

Stamp the sentiment, die-cut the speech bubble, adhere the grey bubble slightly offset. Thanks for dropping by!
