A Good Egg Happy Painting Chick Card with Lexa

Hello everyone! Lexa here to give you another inspiration how to create a non-Easter card using A Good Egg Stamp. I paired it with Color Me Happy Stamp, since there is a bucket of paint that I think will go well with the sentiments on Color Me Happy.

Sunny Studio Stamps: A Good Egg Happy Painting Chick Everyday Card by Lexa Levana

These little chick looks pretty much like me after crafting - happily messy with paints. Haha. He just finished painting all the eggs in pink, teal and lilac. I embossed the cardstock several times using dot stitched dies from Fishtail Banner II Dies and then blended some teal dye ink on the bottom part of my card. All the images are stamped with Versafine Black Ink and watercolored with Distress Markers.

The pink scallop fishtail banner looks pretty for the chick and his bucket of paints' background. I stamped the solid hearts with pink dye ink to add more detail. Last but not least I added some natural color twines in the bottom. Here's a closer look of my card.

I can't get enough of that little chick, he's so adorable. Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope you like it as much as I do. Have a wonderful day!

A Good Egg Easter Egg Card with Vanessa

Hello everyone! Vanessa here with a cute Easter card using A Good Egg. This is such a darling set!

Sunny Studio Stamps: A Good Egg Easter Egg Card by Vanessa Menhorn

I started with a panel of white cardstock and inked it with green and blue Distress Inks. After I had adhered the panel to a card, I trimmed another panel of white cardstock, die-cut the egg shape from it and adhered it.

Now I stamped the images, colored them with Copics and fussy-cut them all. I stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment, trimmed it and adhered it to the card. Finally, I adhered the images, using foam tape for more dimension.

I hope you like today's card idea! Thank you for stopping by!

A Good Egg Easter Gift Tags with Amy

Hello everyone, Amy here! Easter is around the corner, so I made some gift tags to share with you using the adorable A Good Egg stamp set and Traditional Tag Topper dies.

Sunny Studio Stamps: A Good Egg and Traditional Tag Topper Easter Gift Tags by Amy Yang

A Good Egg is one of my favorite Easter stamp sets; a must have in my book. I colored the images using Copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating A Good Egg dies. Next, I trimmed 5 Bristol papers to 3 ½ X 2 ¼ and die-cut the top using the second smallest die that comes in the Traditional Tag Topper set. I also die cut a hole for the ribbon using a die from the same set.

I distressed the backgrounds of the tags using Distress Oxide inks. I added splatters of water using my hand for a textured look. Then, I stamped the sentiment from Easter Wishes stamp set on light green cardstock that was die-cut with a grass die. Lastly, I adhered all the images onto the tags and added my ribbons and twine.

A Good Egg Trio Of Chicks Easter Card with Karin

We are excited to welcome Karin Akesdotter to our Sunny Studio family for the next two months! We hope you love her work just as much as we do.

Hi everyone! It's Karin Akesdotter here. I'm so excited because super sweet Mendi Yoshikawa, owner and designer of Sunny Studio Stamp's asked me if I wanted to design for them for April and May and of course I said yes! I LOVE her super adorable stamps and awesome dies!!! For my first post I played with a wonderful Easter set called A Good Egg.

I started by inking a piece of cardstock for the background with distress ink. I used Tumbled Glass, Faded Jeans, Twisted Citron, Peeled Paint and Forest Moss. After stamping and coloring all of my image using Copic markers, I die cut them with the coordinating A Good Egg dies.

I then die cut a frame from white cardstock and then make a card base which is slightly larger than the frame. This left room for the sentiment to be stamped underneath it. I adhered the inked piece of cardstock to the card base and then adhered the frame on top using foam adhesive.
