Garden Critters Cards with Tina and Vanessa

Hello crafty friends, Tina here with a card featuring the adorable Garden Critters stamp and die set. I just love all the cute images and they work really well with the Garden Fairy set. So, I decided to combine both sets to create a happy outdoor scene!

First, I stamped and die cut all my images and colored them with my Copic markers. For extra details I used my white gel pen. I wanted to create three mini scenes that together would become a complete setting.

After die cutting a purple panel with a slim line die and some pattern paper from my stash, I made the arch frames with the smallest of the Stitched Arch dies. To get these arches positioned evenly it’s best to start with the middle one and then cut the ones to the left and the right. That gives you more control regarding the spacing in between.

Next, I cut a white panel slightly smaller than the purple one. This would be my background and I inked up a green sky with a cloud stencil. I glued the background to the purple panel with liquid glue. You can never have enough birthday cards, so I went with a sentiment from the Garden Critters set, stamping it directly to the background with Versafine Onyx Black ink.

Then, I started building my three mini scenes, using foam tape were needed for dimension. Lastly, I adhered the entire scene to a white card base and added a few Iridescent Clear Jewels for that extra bling!

It’s been a cloudy, rainy day but creating this happy Spring card really made my smile! I hope you will have fun too with this darling set! Thank you for visiting the blog and happy crafting!

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a set of cute gift boxes using Garden Critters.

For the matchboxes, I used a die from Mama Elephant, die-cut them from blue cardstock and assembled them. Now I die-cut the backgrounds from the clouds patterned paper from Spring Fever paper and adhered the panels. To the bottom of each rectangle, I added a strip of green paper. Then I stamped the images, including a few images from Panda Party, colored them with Copics, die-cut everything with the matching dies and adhered the elements to the boxes with foam tape.

After I had stamped the sentiment strips, I trimmed them, adhered the strips and used a white gel pen to add highlights to the images.

Spring Fever Patterned Paper Focused Cards with Waleska and Marine

Hello Friends!!! Waleska here with you. I am just popping in today to share a super adorable card inspired on one of my favorite movies The Secret Life of Pets, have you seen it? is just so funny and cute with all the pets having an entire different life when their owners are not around.  For this card I used the Christmas Critters Stamp set, the Comic Strip Everyday dies and the Spring Fever Paper Pad.

I started creating this card by cutting the Comic Strip Everyday dies with white cardstock and cutting the curtains found on the the Wonderful Window dies from different patterns from the Spring Fever 6 x 6 paper pad I also used the Ribbon and Lace Dies. 

I then put the cloud pattern paper on the back of the comic strip die and started assemble the curtains, I wanted all the cute pets to be peeking from different windows. I then stamped and color a bunch of cats and dogs and adhered them to the windows I also added some little hearts because all this pets are loved by their owners.

I finally adhered this panel to a card base and added the sentiment from the Party Pups stamp set! How adorable are they? Thank you so much for stopping by today have a wonderful rest of your day!

Hello crafty friends, Marine here with you today! I'm so glad to be back on the blog with this pawesome pop-up card showcasing the most adorable dogs from Party Pups, as well as the new Spring Fever paper pack that I used to create my landscape.

I started off by stamping all the images on white cardstock using an alcohol marker friendly black ink, I cut them all using the coordinating dies, and colored everything using my alcohol markers. I picked all the dogs + birthday cake + balloons + party hats from Party Pups, as well as the chicken coop from Clucky Chickens to create a cute doghouse (the paw print I stamped on it comes from Party Pups) I went for neutral shades to color the dogs, and for rainbow colors to color the balloons & party hats to make the card even more festive.

Next I cut all the different elements to build the pop-up card. I cut the base pieces using kraft cardstock, and chose pattern papers to decorate the inside and outside: the grass paper + sky paper + yellow dotted paper are from the Spring Fever paper pack, and the red gingham paper is from the Joyful Holiday paper pack.

I white heat embossed my "Woofing you a happy birthday" greeting from Party Pups on the yellow dotted banner, and I added highlights & details on the images using a white gel pen. Next I assembled the different pieces and built the pop-up card, and then I attached the images on the grass border using 3mm glue dots.

And that's it! Love those cute pups so much, and the balloons are so fun! I hope you like this new colorful and cheerful card. Thanks so much for stopping by, and see you next time!

Ribbon & Lace Die Focused Cards with Catherine and Marie

Hello Crafty Friends! Catherine here and today, I am sharing a spring card created with the pretty Ribbon & Lace Border Dies and Build-A-Birdhouse Dies.

To start, I trimmed 9 strips of paper 0.5”H x 4.5” W out of white cardstock. I used one of the scalloped edge border dies in the Ribbon & Lace Border Dies and die cut the 9 strips of paper. I evenly spaced the scalloped edge borders onto a piece of white cardstock 4.5”W x 5 ¾” H and adhered the borders.

I die cut the birds and bird houses from Build-A-Birdhouse and ink blended with Blueprint Sketch, Salty Ocean, Tumbled Glass, Tea Dye, Scattered Straw, and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxides. 

I die cut some branches and leaves with Out On A Limb Dies and ink blended with Scattered Straw, Tea Dye, and Gathered Twigs (branches), and Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn (leaves). 

I adhered all the images onto the card and hung the birdhouses onto the branches with black twine.  I added a reversed scallop frame onto the card. I had a piece of white cardstock which was left over from a die cut using Frilly Frames Hexagon and thought it would make a pretty frame.

I finished off the card by adding “hello” from Slimline Scalloped Frame Dies, ink blended with Blueprint Sketch, Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxides.

Hey Crafty Friends! It's Marie and today I'm sharing a vintage pastel "Hello" themed card that can easily be a new baby card which features the gorgeous slimline Ribbon & Lace Border Dies from Sunny Studio Stamps' latest Spring 2023 release. This card also features their Baby Elephants Stamps and being a huge fan of elephants, this stamp set is absolutely adorable and so much fun! 

To begin my card making process, I first die cut an A2 sized card base from 110 Lb Neenah Solar White Cardstock. Then, I used the Ribbon & Lace Border Dies to create lovely doily like texture using some scrap pieces of pattern paper. I cut another A2 sized panel of pattern paper and die cut the base using one of the border dies. I then adhered that to the white card base, and layered on the rest of the pattern paper. I die cut some white cardstock using one of the ribbon dies from the set and placed that on top of my paper layers.

Next, I stamped out all my images onto watercolor paper using Antique Linen Distress Ink and colored them all using Faber- Castell Watercolor pencils. I then cut out the images using the corresponding Baby Elephant Dies. For my "Hi" sentiment, I used the Loopy Letters Dies because it has a very dainty and delicate cursive style that matched the vintage vibe of my card perfectly! For the letters, I layered basic white cardstock on top of some gold cardstock. And finally to finish off my card, I used some gold star die cuts to embellish the background.

Spring Bouquet Cards with Lien and Isha

Hi crafty friends! It's Lien here, back with a beautiful easter or spring bouquet! I had so much fun making this card, I love putting together a paper bouquet, makes me feel like a florist. And since I suffer from whatever the opposite of a green thumb is, this is always a fun feeling. 

I used the Spring Bouquet stamp set to stamp out a handful of intricately layered flowers, some leaves and a few stems as well. Once they were all stamped out, I cut them out using the coordinating dies. 

For my background I used Distress Spray Stains on watercolor cardstock for a quick watercolor look. You can get a similar look by adding a lot of water to your ink smooshing. I cut out the background with the Scalloped Oval Mat 1 dies and added a sentiment from the Tranquil Tulips stamp set. I propped it up on a darker card and added the bouquet with foam tape as well. 

I finished this off with the beautiful iridescent bubbles embellishments and that's it!

Hello everyone! Isha here with a CAS floral card featuring the Spring Bouquet stamps and coordinating dies. I love these layering Iris stamps as I got beautiful results with the layers. 

Take a white mat layer, sponge lucky clover and cracked pistachio distress inks. Flick some white paint and distress inks. Stamp the flowers, leaves and stems from the Spring Bouquet stamp, die-cut using the coordinating dies.

Die-cut the circle outline using the Stitched Circle Large and Stitched Circle Small dies. Adhere the mat layer to the white card using 3d foam. Assemble the images. 

Stamp the sentiment from the Big Bold Greetings stamp using versamark ink, sprinkle WOW! white embossing powder, heat set. Die-cut using the coordinating dies. Adhere to the card.
