Tiny Dancers Tone-On-Tone Stamped Background Card with Eloise

Hi friends, Eloise here and today I have a card to share with you all using the Tiny Dancers stamp set to create a quick and easy card that would be perfect to give to a child who loves ballet.

To begin my card today, I stamped, coloured and die cut all my images from the Tiny Dancers set using Copic Markers for all my colouring. Next step, I pulled a piece of Distress Watercolour Cardstock and used some light grey ink and stamped out all the little images from the set onto the background. I used the ballet shoes, dress, flowers and other tiny images to fill in the gaps. Once I stamped the background, I used the same grey ink to ink blend around the edges of the cardstock. I then set that aside and worked on the rest of the elements.

Next up, I used the Fancy Frames Squares dies, cut the middle sized one out of some aqua cardstock and added foam squares to the back. I then adhered it to the centre of my stamped background at an angle so it appeared to be a diamond shape. Once that was adhered I added foam squares to the back of my dancer images too and adhered them down in the centre. I then adhered some flowers on the left hand side that I coloured up also. To finish off my card, I stamped the 'Love You Sweetheart' sentiment in black ink onto a strip of pink cardstock that I used some Picked Raspberry to blend a little gradient on the bottom. I then adhered that down with foam squares as well as that completed my card for today.
