My Otter Half Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a comic style card using My Otter Half. This is the cutest set, don't you agree?

I first die-cut the little panels using Comic Strip Everyday Dies and inked them with Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Inks. Then I added a black edge with a marker and adhered the panels to the card base.

Stamps and dies used today:
My Otter Half stamps + dies (otters, sentiment)
Country Scenes stamps + dies (lotus flower)
Garden Fairy stamps + dies (bell flowers, butterflies)
Easter Wishes stamps + dies (bunny, tulips)
Comic Strip Everyday Dies (panels, grass)

Now I stamped the images onto white cardstock, colored them with Copic markers, die-cut the elements with the matching dies and adhered everything to the card, raising some pieces with foam tape. Finally, I stamped the sentiment and added details with a white gel pen.

Hi everyone, Anja here and today I'm back with another love-themed card featuring the cute My Otter Half Stamps. I love how they are holding paws!

First, I created a square card base measuring 5.5" x 5.5". I also trimmed a white cardstock panel to the same size and created a window by cutting out the largest of the Stitched Heart Dies.

For my little scene, I stamped the pond and the water lily from the Country Scenes set. I also used the slightly curved line from the Winter Scenes set to separate the grass from the sky background. I did some masking and ink blending with Distress Oxide Inks to create the water (Mermaid Lagoon, Salty Ocean, Chipped Sapphire), grass (Mowed Lawn, Rustic Wilderness) and purple sky (Spun Sugar, Milled Lavender, Dusty Concord).

I colored the otters, water lily, cattails and pond border (all images were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink) with Copic Markers. The solid heart trio is included in the Meow & Furever set and I stamped it with Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink. I used the coordinating dies to cut everything out.

I combined one of the Banner Basics with a punny sentiment and the 'otter' word die that comes with the coordinating My Otter Half Dies. I die cut it from purple glitter cardstock. Finally, I assembled the scene using liquid glue and adhered the heart window panel as well as the sentiment banner with foam tape.

Slimline Pennant Die Focused Cards and Video Tutorial with Julia and Franci

Hello crafty friends! I hope your week is going well! It’s Julia here - this time with a cute fairytale themed bookmark! I created this magical little scene using the Slimline Pennant dies and I paired it with the adorable Enchanted and Garden Fairy stamp sets! I really just can't get enough of those sweet fairies!!

I die cut the fluffy clouds using the Slimline Nature Borders and for the backing of the stitched panel I cut down a piece of pink cardstock and die cut the bottom edge with the Fishtail Banner II dies to add the beautiful scalloped detail. I really wanted to add a sentiment that would fit well with a bookmark, so I masked off the first two letters of the word "spreading" from the North Pole stamp set to spell "reading" and for the rest I used the Garden Fairy set!

Hi there! It's Franci here with you today, with a fun and colorful interactive card to share! I'm in love! This llama is one of my favorite new critter and I love all the banner/ pennant details here, plus this is an interactive card, YAY!!

So first of all I created a standard size card base out of white cardstock, then I cut a matching panel out of some patterned paper from the Surprise Party 6x6 paper set and I die cut it with the Sliding Window dies set. I also cut out a thin stripe out of the same patterned paper that measures 1/2 x 3 inches.

Then I cut out a 3 x 4 inches panel out of some light blue cardstock and the smallest pennant from the Slimline Pennant Dies set out of white cardstock. I stamped, colored and die cut all my images from these sets: Lovable Llama + coordinated dies and Balloon Rides set + coordinated dies. I assembled my interactive mechanism and mounted everything onto my card base and then I decorated the little light blue panel by adhering down the stitched pennant in the middle and all my images on top with foam adhesive.

Finally I added some clear sequins and I just put a gift card in there to share that it fits perfectly! You can also add a sentiment, some more images. I left it blank for now because I kind of like the idea I can customize it last minute. And also it's a design that can work for lot of occasions. A birthday card, a Congratulations card, even a baby card!

Layered Basket Cards with Isha and Kavya

Hello everyone! Isha with you featuring the Layered Basket stamp and dies today. This is such a beautiful layering stamp, which makes it so easy to get the perfect texture. Ever since I saw this stamp, I wanted a hanging basket filled with some tropical yummy things :) kind of reminder from holidays.

To start, I die-cut a white panel using the Fancy Frames Rectangle dies. I used the inside part of the frame and adhered 3D foam to the back side, leaving a small gap at the top to tie the floss. Stamp the basket using the Layered Basket stamp with various shades of gray inks. Die-cut using the coordinating dies.

Now we will stamp all the images onto watercolor paper. The leaves from the Pink Peonies stamp set onto color and die-cut using coordinating dies. Berries from the Classy Christmas stamp set, I turned them into blueberries, die-cut using the coordinating dies. Finally the rest of the images are from the Tropical Paradise stamp set, color and die-cut using the coordinating dies. 

Stamp the sentiment from the Garden Fairy stamp set onto the basket. Sponge yellow and orange inks to the negative part of the frame to create the sky. Adhere to the card base. Adhere the frame. Make two holes in the basket, add floss through them. Tie to the top of the frame and tie knots. Adhere the basket by adding 3D foam towards the center to create dimension and then add all the images as per the card pics.

Hi folks, Kavya here. I am back with another cute critter card! This time, I am showcasing the newly release Layered Basket stamp! This stamp is perfect with any of the previously released florals or you can combine it with the new Eggs to Dye For stamp set! I combined it with the later to create an adorable card for a special friend! 

I first started off by using a pale blue cardstock as my base and ink blended the top half of the cardstock using various shades of blue for the sky. Then, I used the Nature Slimline Border die and a rectangular frame die to die cut the grass and the border out of green cardstock. I ink blended the edges as usual to make it more realistic. For the basket, I used various shades of grey ink to stamp the different layers. Pro tip - if you don’t have many shades, just stamp repeatedly using the same ink! 

Later, I ended up die cutting multiple eggs from the Eggs to Dye For set out of white cardstock. I colored them in different pastel shades using alcohol markers and then later stamped the pattern on top using coordinating dye inks in a darker shade. Finally, I colored some chicks from the Chickie Baby stamp set and heat embossed a sentiment from the same stamp set!
