Farm Fresh Cards with Tammy

Hi friends! Tammy here, and I'm thrilled to be back designing for Sunny Studio Stamps this weekend! Today, I have a fun card duo using the newly released set, Farm Fresh.

To begin, I stamped and colored all of my images using Copic markers. I then cut out the colored images with the coordinating Farm Fresh Dies. I also added the wagon and pumpkins from Harvest Mice/ Coordinating Dies.

For my first card, I created a fun Fall farm scene! I used the Slimline Scalloped Frame to die cut the stitched panel to create my background. The background is ink blended with Blueprint Sketch and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Inks. Next, I used the Slimline Nature Borders Dies to die cut a grassy border, inking with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks. I attached the images to the background, using foam tape on some for dimension. 

The sentiment was created by combining the "Hay there" from Farm Fresh and the "pumpkin" from Harvest Mice. Next, I adhered my background to white cardstock to create a thin white frame, and then attached that to Classic Sunburst Paper, cut and pieced together to create a 3 1/2 X 8 1/2" background. I covered the seam with a cloud from Plane Awesome to complete my card.

For my second card, I used the awesome Window Quad Square Dies to create a fun grid style card, highlighting the adorable chickens from this set! I inked the background with Blueprint Sketch and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks and then attached my colored images.

Next, I attached the frame to the background using foam tape to pop up the frame. I then adhered the framed scene onto yellow paper from the Classic Gingham 6 X 6 Paper. To complete my card, the sentiment is heat embossed in white onto a black cardstock strip and attached.

Harvest Mice Cards with Rachel and Candice

Hello crafty friends! It's Rachel here with a slimline card featuring the new Harvest Mice Stamp Set. I stamped images from both the Harvest Mice and Merry Mice Stamp Sets to create a fun fall scene. 

I stamped all of my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock, colored them with Copic Alcohol Markers, and used the coordinating Harvest Mice and Merry Mice Die Sets to cut them out.

Next, I die cut my background using the inner rectangular die from the Slimline Scalloped Frame Die Set from smooth white card stock and blended it with both Peacock Feathers and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks. I started with my darker color at the bottom and blended toward the top into my lighter color. I then splattered this blended area with both diluted white and blue paints for some added interest.

I used the Slimline Nature Borders Die Set to add a stitched slope from white card stock and blended it with both Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide Inks. Once dry, I stamped my sentiment with black ink on the top right corner and then assembled my card together. I used 3D foam adhesive tape to add my images and die cut my scalloped base from some teal card stock once again using the Slimline Scalloped Frame Die Set.

Welcome back my crafty friends! Candice with you today sharing a fun Fall themed card with you using the new adorable Harvest Mice stamp set!

 

I used these Sunny Studio products for my scene:

• Fall Kiddo stamps & coordinating dies

I began my slimline with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base. For the background, I first created my oval panel by cutting the stitched arch die twice and then inked a piece of Bristol Smooth with speckled egg and antique linen and splattered with the same ink colors and gold shimmer with a damp paint brush.

 

Next, I stamped all the images from the sets listed above, colored them with Copic markers and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I laid them all out were I wanted them to go and either glued them or used foam tape to give great dimension to my scene. I finished by stamping the sentiment in blue to tie in all the colors!

Scaredy Cat Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a Halloween card using the sweet little Scaredy Cat set. Such a fun image:

I created a card base from black cardstock, using the Frilly Frames Chevron Dies. Then I trimmed a panel from white cardstock slightly smaller than the card, die-cut a cloud border from the Slimline Nature Borders Dies from paper and used this as a stencil to ink the cloud background with Wilted Violet & Carved Pumpkin Distress Oxide Inks with Black Soot for the shadows. I die-cut the grassy edge from black cardstock, trimmed it to create two layers, adhered them to the panel and the panel to the card.

Now I stamped the images onto white cardstock, colored them with Copic markers, die-cut the elements with the matching dies and adhered the pieces to the card, raising some with foam-tape. Finally, I stamped the sentiment and added stars with a white gel pen.

Hi everyone, Anja here and today's featured product is the Scaredy Cat mini set which is perfect for your extra cute Halloween projects.

I started off with a white A2 card base and trimmed the purple patterned paper from the Classic Sunburst Paper pack using the stitched rectangle die included in the Frilly Frames Quatrefoil Dies set. I also cut out a window with a stitched circle die.

For the background, I die cut the cloud border from the Slimline Nature Borders Dies set out of white cardstock to create my own stencil. I carefully brushed on Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink over the stencil and added lots of tiny ink splatters with a paint brush.

Next, I die cut the grassy border (also part of the Slimline Nature Borders Dies set) from dark grey cardstock. I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, did some Copic coloring and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

The sentiment was stamped in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I adhered the grass and stars with liquid glue. Finally, I popped up the patterned paper panel and the kitty with foam tape.

Bountiful Autumn Cards & Video Tutorial with Ana and Christy

Hello crafty friends! It’s Ana today with a Thanksgiving card showcasing Bountiful Autumn stamps and coordinating dies.

I started creating the background by ink blending peeled paint, barn door and fossilized amber distress oxide inks. I used leftover paint mixed with water and clean water to add droplets to the panel. Next, I dye cut a white window frame with Comic Strip Speech Bubbles Die, and adhered it to the background with foam tape.

I stamped the images from Bountiful Autumn stamp set, colored them with Copic markers and cut them with coordinating dies. Once arranged on the ink blended panel, I adhered the images and stamped the sentiment in the top right window. To finish the card, I added highlights with white gel pen.

This was such a fun card to create – I think it would be so fun to mass produce and create a Thanksgiving card set. Thank you so much for visiting today, I hope you liked the card and got inspired!

Hey friends, it's Christy here with a colorful card featuring Bountiful Autumn. I was so inspired by this sheet of patterned paper in the Colorful Autumn 6x6 pad that I had to build my whole card around it and color my images with Copics to match. 

I trimmed the images down with their matching dies and the patterned paper with the outer die in the Frilly Frames Quatrefoil, then added a little yellow glow to the center with Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink and stamped a sentiment in dark brown ink. I also stamped out the banner image in the same brown ink. 

After adding my patterned paper to the card base, I also die cut a Fancy Frames Circle out of kraft cardstock and glued that down around the center. That outer part of the frame is the perfect fit! Then I adhered my images with liquid glue and added the banner sentiment to complete the card.
