Birds On A Wire Mixed Stamp Set Card with Vanessa

Hello everybody! Vanessa here today with an airy card full of cute birds. Winter came back just when I had hoped it was over and watching the birds outside, they were irritated by all the snow, too :) It was definitely time for a happy spring card!

I combined birds from three sets for this card! There are images from A Bird's Life, Barnyard Buddies and Easter Wishes. First, I drew the strings for the feathered friends with a black marker and stamped all the cuties. After I had masked them, I created the clouds with a stencil and an ink blending tool. Then I removed the masks and colored everything with Copics.

After I had stamped the "hello" from Timeless Tulips, I adhered the panel to the card base. Finally, I added matching sequins to my card.

Purrfect Birthday Stamped Kitty Key Chain with Franci

Hi there and happy Wednesday! Franci here with you today with a "pawesome" 3d mini project featuring the Purrfect Birthday stamp set and coordinating dies.

First, I stamped my little cat, colored it with Copics and then die cut it with it's coordinating die. Then I die cut one little cat out of some white cardstock (this will be the back of the key chain) and 3 out of some white foam (these will give thickness to the key chain). You will also need some ribbon, a key ring and hot glue.

I glued my decorated cat shape on top of a foam one and did the same with the back. Then I glued my ribbon on both side of the left foam layer, making sure to include the ring at the top! I glued all the 3 layers together and pressed firmly to secure. And there you have it, a little key chain!

Tiny Dancers Ombre Floating Cloud Birthday Card with Nancy

Hey there Sunny fans, Nancy here with another look at the Tiny Dancers stamp set. This is one of my favorite sets from the release, I can't get enough of the cute little ballerinas. There are so many different types of cards that could be made with this set. Let's create a colorful background for our cute girls!

To create this card, begin by using Distress Oxide Inks in Spiced Marmalade and Wild Honey to ink blend the colorful background. Next, use Copic markers to color in the Tiny Dancers stamped images and place them on a handful of floating die cut clouds. Add some tiny star stamped images to the background with matching pigment ink starting at the bottom left of the card and run them diagonally to the right side of the card. A sprinkle of sequins and a birthday sentiment finish off the card.

A bright, colorful background and a sprinkle of ballerinas makes for a beautiful card. Take another looks at the Tiny Dancers stamp set - it's a winner!

Breakfast Puns Donut Grid Appreciation Card with Eloise

Hi friends, Eloise here again today and I'll be sharing a square card using the Breakfast Puns stamp set to create an appreciation card in a grid design, it's super cute and these images. I'm still obsessed!

To begin my card today I first started off with stamping nine of the donut images from Breakfast Puns onto some white cardstock with black ink. I then used some Copic Markers to colour them all in. I used all the same colours just to make it simple. Once they were coloured, I used the coordinating dies and cut them all out. Next up, I cut down a square card base and also a panel to fit over top. I then added foam tape to the back of all my images and adhered them in a grid design.

For my sentiment, I took a black strip of cardstock and white heat embossed the 'I Donut Know What I'd Do Without You' sentiment on it. I then popped that up on foam tape as well and then adhered it onto my panel at an angle. To finish up, I used a piece of plaid patterned paper and adhered it onto my card base, then adhered my panel on top as well.

Guest Designer Spotlight: Cards with Wanda Guess

Hi everyone! Wanda Guess here! SO excited to be a guest today on the Sunny Studio Blog! I met up with Mendi in January at Creativation and went gaga over the new stamp sets! Especially those Breakfast Puns! Eeep! I knew I had to stamp them! I have two cards to share with you today. Both of them are a clean and simple card style with lots of color - just the way I like it. Both cards were colored with Copic Markers. That is my favorite coloring medium. 

First up today is this fun bacon and eggs card! The sentiments are so fun and perfect with the adorable stamps. I used the Breakfast Puns stamps and coordinating dies.This is an A2 white card base. I layered turquoise card stock and also some polka dot vellum for a subtle background. 

To make the yellow part of the background for the top layer I used Distress Inks and a sponge in two shades of yellow. Bright sunny yellow reminds me of the morning sun. 

I stamped and die cut out the bacon, eggs and coffee and colored them in with Copics. I added a few highlights with a white gel pen. 

The sentiments are heat embossed with white embossing powder onto black cardstock. Everything is attached with foam tape for dimension. 

My second card features the cute Purrfect Birthday stamps and coordinating dies. Again, I used an A2 white card base. I layered some cheerful striped paper and then some vivid red paper. 

I stamped and die cut out the kitty, the hat, and the two balloons and colored them with Copics. 

I added a few shimmers here and there using Diamond Stickles glitter glue. 

The sentiments are stamped directly onto the top paper layer. The balloon strings are also stamped onto the paper behind the kitty.  Everything is attached with foam tape. The most purrrfect birthday card!

Birthday Balloon Pink and Blue Froggy Friends Birthday Card with Lexa

Hello everyone! Lexa here today with a card featuring Birthday Balloon Stamps which is the newest layering stamps from Sunny Studio. Comes with five mix and match sentiments that coordinate with the large scripty birthday word. I adore this set so much since I can use all color range. YAY for that!

I pair the most adorable Froggy Friends for this card, their happy faces are perfect for a happy card like this. I stamped the balloons in two colors, blue and pink and fussy cut them so they don't have the fine line around them. Because I want the balloons look blend in with the background. Other images are stamped with Versafine black ink and watercolor with Distress Markers. After I finish with the coloring, I cut the images with the coordinating dies.

I use Chipped Sapphire and Salty Ocean Distress Inks to create the background, I simply pat them on a acrylic block and sprayed them with some clean water. This watercolor background never let me down, effortlessly beautiful. All the images are adhered with glue and I use foam tapes for some others. The sentiment is stamped with the matching blue dye ink on the top part of the card. Last but not least, I create a pink scalloped card base to match the balloons' color.

Rain Showers Froggy Friendship Card with Vanessa

Hey everyone! Vanessa here with a card mixing various cute stamp sets. The sweet frog from the Froggy Friends set was deserving some love, so I put him on today's card.

I first stamped the Rain Showers stamp with light blue ink all over my cardstock panel. Then I trimmed a rectangle from blue vellum, die-cut the upper edge with the Wavy Border Dies, stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment from Color Me Happy and adhered it to the card.

I stamped the frog, the leaf and the flower onto white cardstock, colored everything with Copics and fussy-cut the images. For more dimension, I adhered the elements with foam tape.
