Eskimo Kisses Slim Sized Winter Themed Holiday Card with Vanessa

Hello everyone! Vanessa here today with a slim-sized card using Eskimo Kisses. These longer cards make great backgrounds for fun scenes, providing enough space for the cute images. Mine is about 4 1/4 x 8 1/4.

I started with my white card base and masked off snow hills. Then I applied various red Distress Oxides with an ink blending tool to create my sky and removed the masks.

Now I stamped all the adorable images from various sets, including Eskimo Kisses, Playful Polar Bears, Polar Playmates, Gleeful Reindeer, Happy Owlidays. I colored them with Copics, die-cut everything with the matching dies and adhered the elements to the card. Finally, I stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment onto a strip of red cardstock, trimmed it and adhered it.

These winter scenes make me happy, I need to create more like them! I hope your day is wonderful, see you next week!

Eskimo Kisses Interactive Arctic Christmas Card with Franci

Hi there and happy Wednesday! Franci here with you today, with a happy interactive card showcasing the new Eskimo Kisses mini set.

Since the first time I saw an inside shadow box card design by Jennifer McGuire, I've had so much fun creating these kind of projects. You can search for the tutorial on her YouTube channel and I'm sure you'll fall in love too! 

I always like to keep both the outside and the inside simple, since the all card is built with interest and dimension. For today I paired this cute couple with some polar critters and fun arctic accessorizes from the Polar Playmates set.

I stamped, colored and die cut all the images and created a clean scene on the outside, that I kind of framed and defined with some dry embossing details. 

On the inside I went crazy with colors, inspired by the Northern Lights atmospherics events. I used several distress inks to create also a rainbow effect and I drew some white dots here and there. I love these polar cuties so much! 

The oval window is die cut with the just released Stitched Oval dies and for the sentiment I paired both of the previously used stamp sets to create my own. It's so lovely that makes me giggle a lot!! 

Finally I added some sparkle and some more details with the white gel pen and my polar card is completed!

Eskimo Kisses Winter Themed Watercolored Card with Eloise

Hi friends, Eloise here and today I'll be sharing a card using the Eskimo Kisses mini set along with the last year Winter release - Polar Playmates. These sets work perfectly together so I thought I would mix them today.

To start off, I stamped out all my images from both Eskimo Kisses and Polar Playmates. I coloured my images in with Copic Markers and die cut them out using the coordinating dies. 

(Copic Markers Used: E71, E74, E77 / Y11, Y15, Y19 / R21, R22, R24 / B0000, B000, B01 / YR20, YR12, YR15 / YG61, YG63, YG67 / E000, E00, E21 / E31, E35, E37 / YR31, YR24, YR27 / W00, W0, 0 / C00, C0 / W3, W5, W7)

For my background I took a piece of watercolour cardstock and did a quick watercolour background. I dried it off with a heat tool and adhered my images down in a slight grid. 

For my sentiment, I white heat embossed the 'Eskimo Kisses' sentiment onto a strip of black cardstock and adhered it down as well. To finish up I used the brand new Holiday Cheer 6x6 and added a striped piece on the side of the card base.

Eskimo Kisses Winter Themed Card with Lexa

Hello everyone! Lexa here today with a card that highlighting the brand new mini Eskimo Kisses Stamp Set and the coordinating dies. This stamp set is so cute and goes well with a lot of Sunny Studio previous winter set as for today's card I pulled out the older Polar Playmates Stamp to give those little Eskimos a buddy. Let's get started right away.

First, I stamped my images with a black Versafine ink and watercolor them using Distress Markers. I already knew that I need to use the igloo to complete my scene, they just belong together. Don't you think so? And a cute seal is the perfect buddy for them. After I finished with the coloring I cut all of the images using the coordinating dies. 

To create a snow hill I use Woodland Borders Dies that have a pretty stitched look on both side. I blended Worn Lipstick Distress Ink on the top part that will be the sky and just a tiny bit of Tumbled Glass Distress Ink along the edges of my snow hill.

I adhered both parts together on a card base and stamped various size snowflakes from Polar Playmates Stamp with pink dye ink. The "eskimo kisses" sentiment is stamped on a blue cardstock which I cut into a fish tail banner in the end. After that I just happily arrange my scene together with glue and foam tapes to create dimensions.

Polar Playmates & Playful Polar Bear Winter Birthday Card with Nancy

Hey there Sunny fans, Nancy here with a look at a mix of wintery friends from the Polar Playmates and Playful Polar Bear stamp sets. I've mixed them up to create this birthday greeting for one of my January babies. This card is almost monochromatic with shades of blue and a just a hint of green. The color scheme ties the scene together and gives it a nice cool feel.

To create this card, begin with a strip of medium blue and darker blue adhered to the bottom of the card. A circle die cut of aqua cardstock was stamped with the Snow Flurries stamp to give it some movement and tie it into the theme. 

All of the whimsical images were watercolored with Zig Clean Color makers for a bright punch of color. They were adhered with pop dots for some added dimension. A few dew drops and the sentiment stamped in black and blue inks complete this card.

Polar Playmates Winter Themed Let's Chill Card with Nancy

Hey there Sunny Studio fans, Nancy here with a look at the Polar Playmates stamp set. It's perfect for the season of wintery goodness. I like to have a pile of "just because" cards available during this time of year and this stamp set has just the right amount of cute for my greetings.

To create this card, begin by stamping a background using the snowflake stamps in the Polar Playmates stamp set. I used two different shades of blue ink to give it dimension. You could even use three different ink colors for more of a pop! A few strips of blue cardstock were cut into slivers to mimic "skis". These were a great backdrop for the die cut heart and our focal point - the baby seal. 

The sled from the Playful Polar Bears made for a great resting spot for our little seal. A fishing rod and two tiny fishes add whimsy to the winter scene. A simple sentiment in black at the bottom of the page completes the card.

Polar Playmates Christmas Gift Tag with Vanessa

Hi everyone! Vanessa here with the Christmas tags I made for this year. I love shaped tags and the Sunny Studio sets are perfect to create them! This year I decided to make little igloo tags using the image from Polar Playmates:

I stamped the igloos onto white cardstock, colored them with Copics and die-cut them with the matching die. Then I die-cut a second layer, scored that on the top and assembled both pieces. I punched a hole to the top and tied-on red ribbon. Now I stamped, colored and die-cut the tree and lights from Gleeful Reindeer and the gift from Playful Polar Bears and adhered them.

It's fun to dress up the igloos :) Looking at it now, it would have been cute to stamp one of the critters to the inside - I think I'll do this subsequently!
