Scalloped Fence Die Focused Cards with Tammy and Candice

Hi there! Tammy here with a sweet and simple card, featuring the newly released Scalloped Fence Die. I love how easy it is to piece together to create a custom size fence border for any size card! The adorable critters from Beach Buddies are sweetly perched on the fence, sending lots of smiles!

To begin, I cut a rectangle panel of Bristol smooth cardstock a little smaller than A2 size and ink blended it with Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide inks. I splattered a bit of watered down Salty Ocean ink onto the background to add a bit of interest to the sky. Next, I cut a grassy border from Bristol paper using the Slimline Nature Borders Dies, ink blended with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide inks, and attached to the inked background, cutting off the excess. I then cut the Scalloped Fence from white cardstock three times and pieced together to create a border, tucking it behind the grassy border. I matted my panel on a piece of white cardstock, then onto a yellow A2 rectangle cut from the Classic Sunburst Paper.

I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from the following sets:
Beach Buddies/ Coordinating Dies
Balloon Rides/ Coordinating Dies

I arranged the colored images onto my card, attaching some with foam tape for dimension. Lastly, I white heat embossed the sentiment from Beach Buddies onto a strip of black cardstock, and attached the card front to a white A2 card base to complete my card.

Hello my crafty friends! Candice with you today sharing a fun rainbow CAS card highlighting the fabulous new Scalloped Fence die!

I used these Sunny Studio products on my slimline design:

• Looking Sharp stamps & coordinating dies
• Scalloped Fence die
• Staggered Circle dies
• Dots & Stripes Pastels 6x6 paper pad
• Pink Spinel, Orange Topaz, Citrine, Sky Blue, and Lavender Quartz jewels

I began my slimline with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base. For my background, I trimmed a piece of Bristol Smooth a little smaller than my card front, die cut the staggered circles closer to the top and then stamped my sentiment along the bottom.

Next, I die cut the scalloped fences from rainbow colors of striped pattern paper and tucked into the circles. I inked the stitched inside circles with cracked pistachio and adhered the panel with the fences over them with foam tape to give dimension. I then stamped the cacti, colored them with copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I added them with over the fences with some matching jewels!

Gift Card Pocket Focused Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a fun birthday card using the Gift Card Pocket Die.

I first die-cut the cupcake from white cardstock and colored the pieces with Copic markers. After I had assembled the pieces, I scored the left edge to create a hinge. I adhered the scored part to the card base and covered the front with red patterned paper. Now I die-cut the gift card pocket and the words from white cardstock, colored the pieces with Copic markers and adhered everything to the card. Finally, I tied-on baker‘s twine to close the flap.

Hi everyone, Anja here and today I'm sharing a colorful summer-themed card with a special feature. Instead of hiding the gift card at the inside of the card, I incorporated the Gift Card Pocket Die into the front card design.

First, I started off with a white A2 card base and trimmed down the striped paper from the Summer Splash Paper pack to the same size. I cut the medium Stitched Rectangle Die from ocean blue cardstock and also created a little wave border for the bottom using one of the Catch A Wave Dies.

Next, I die cut the gift card pocket out of pink shell patterned paper, folded the flaps backwards and adhered it to the blue rectangle panel. I decorated the gift card pocket with some sweet Beach Buddies Stamps which I stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I colored them with Copic Markers and used the coordinating dies to out the images.

I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it in white. The scripty word 'Summer' (which I fussy cut) and the edge of the wave border were heat embossed with sparkly WOW! The Real Teal embossing glitter.

Finally, I assembled my card using liquid glue and foam tape for a bit of dimension and added three Crystal Clear Jewels that almost look like water droplets.

Teacher Appreciation Cards with Franci and Julia

Hi there! Franci here with you today, with a fun card showcasing the new Teacher Appreciation set.

First of all I created my card base out of white cardstock, then inked the front with yellow Distress ink. Then I stamped my little koala from the Outback Critters set and the little apple from the Woodsy Autumn set; I colored them with Copics and die cut them. I also stamped some crayons from the new Color My World set and die cut them too.

I took a piece of squared paper and stamped my sentiment at the bottom and I love these  school vibes this paper gives to the project - it's so cool! I added all the images at the top with liquid glue and adhered down the panel to my card. I also added a little clothespin at the top and some details with a white gel pen.

Hey crafty friends! It’s Julia here with a happy little scene card! I am a huge fan of sentiment stamp sets that can be used for multiple different occasions and - don't let the name fool you - Teacher Appreciation is definitely one of those products! It has amazing sentiments for teacher cards, but you can use it for friendship and general greeting cards as well! I didn't need any teacher cards, so I made this fun happy friendship card!

I stamped out my images from Balloon Rides onto Transotype Perfect Coloring Paper and colored them in using Copic Markers. Then, I die cut two panels of Bristol Smooth cardstock with the Stitched Rectangle Dies. One I used for the background, the other I die cut with the Fluffy Cloud Borders. I ink blended both pieces with with Distress Oxide inks and I also added some shimmery splatters to the main panel for added interest. 

Inks used: Tattered Rose, Kitch Flamingo, Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Copic Markers used: 0; N0, N1, N3, N5; E40, E41, E42, E44, E47; Y0000, Y000, Y00, Y02, Y13; V000, RV52, RV55; BG0000, BG10, BG11, BG05, BG09.

I stamped my sentiment from Teacher Appreciation onto the cloud border. I just masked off the last two letters of the word "brightened" to match my greeting. I attached my background to a card base and added the clouds on top. Then it was time to add all my cute images to the card. Finally, I added some sparkle with a shimmer pen and Stardust Stickles. I really hope you like it!

Beach Buddies Cards with Isha and Kavya

Hello everyone! Isha here with a pull tab interactive slimline card featuring the Beach Buddies stamps and dies. This adorable set reminds me of the time when my daughters were small and we could take beach vacations :)

To start with I die-cut a few panels for the sand and waves using the Slimline Nature Border dies. Sponge the wave using peacock feathers, mermaid lagoon distress oxide ink. Sponge the sand using scattered straw, wild honey and vintage photo distress oxide. Flick gold and silver paint. Die-cut a white panel, sponge mustard seed, picked raspberry inks to create the sky. Flick with water. Die-cut a small oval towards the right side top  to create the pull tab notch.   

Adhere the wave to this layer and cut an inch long vertical slit where we want the dog to move. There are lots of tutorials available for the pull tab cards and also there is a pull tab add on die by Lawn Fawn, I made my own mechanism after watching THIS VIDEO. I adhered the cute little dog to the slider mechanism, so when we pull it, it comes out peeking from behind the beach bag :)

Stamp the images onto alcohol friendly cardstock, color using Copic markers and die-cut using coordinating dies:
Beach Buddies stamp and dies
Tiki Time stamp and dies (drinks)
Balloon Rides stamp and dies (sun)
Seasonal Trees stamp and dies (big palm tree)
Tropical Scenes stamp and die (small palm tree)

Stamp the sentiment onto the sand. Adhere the sand to the mat layer using 3D foam. Adhere the images, make sure to position the beach bag so the dog comes out from behind it when we pull the tab and I have stamped the word "HELLO" near it. Adhere the panel to the cardbase using 3D foam.

Hi folks, Kavya here. I am back on the blog with another fun card using the latest release! I love it when I can combine new products with older ones .. especially when they were designed to do just that! For this week, I will be showcasing the new Beach Buddies stamp set along with the Beach Babies stamp set. 

I first started off by stamping various images from Beach Buddies, Beach Babies, Balloon Ride (sun and the clouds) and Tropical Scenes (palm tree).  I then ink blended the top part of an A2 cardstock with cornflower blue dye ink. Later I die cut the ‘water waves’ and ‘land’ out of white cardstock using the Slimline Nature Borders die. I ink blended these pieces using teal blue and sand colored dye inks and adhered all these elements on the A2 card base. 

Finally, I added a sentiment by heat embossing one from the Beach Buddies stamp set on pink cardstock and fuzzy cutting it. Like always, I added some highlights using a white gel pen :)
