Christmas Themed Gift Tags with Lexa

Hello everyone! Lexa here with you today. Have you got all of your presents wrapped up? Don’t forget the gift tags too. This time of the year is the most wonderful and hectic at the same time. So today I will share some inspiration for last minute tags that can maybe save you a little time in these last few days before Christmas.

I used the Tag Toppers Traditional Dies together with the Fishtail Banner II Dies. Attached them to the paper with low tack tape and die cut them at the same time. Such a time saver. I blend Distress Inks for the background, Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers. After I'm happy with the blending I stamped Frosty Flurries with matching dye inks.

I stamped all of the images with Versafine black ink and watercolored them with Distress markers. The Gleeful Reindeers are so adorable, and no one can get enough of the cute gingerbread boy from Jolly Gingerbread. After I finished putting them all together, now it's time to tie up some ribbons and twines to finish the tags.

Polar Playmates Christmas Gift Tag with Vanessa

Hi everyone! Vanessa here with the Christmas tags I made for this year. I love shaped tags and the Sunny Studio sets are perfect to create them! This year I decided to make little igloo tags using the image from Polar Playmates:

I stamped the igloos onto white cardstock, colored them with Copics and die-cut them with the matching die. Then I die-cut a second layer, scored that on the top and assembled both pieces. I punched a hole to the top and tied-on red ribbon. Now I stamped, colored and die-cut the tree and lights from Gleeful Reindeer and the gift from Playful Polar Bears and adhered them.

It's fun to dress up the igloos :) Looking at it now, it would have been cute to stamp one of the critters to the inside - I think I'll do this subsequently!

Jolly Gingerbread Christmas Gift Tags with Franci

Hello everybody and Merry Christmas! Franci here with you today. I know this can be a super crazy week. This is the most beautiful time of the year (and my fave as well), but there are sooo many things to do - bake, decorate, etc. It can be stressful, right? So for today I thought about an easy and quick project to make your gifts look amazing. Gift tags anyone?

This little gingerbread house from the Jolly Gingerbread stamp set is perfect to create a gift tag. The size is good, it's full of sweet details but easy to color, and on the back you have plenty of space to stamp a greeting like I did or to write your custom festive sentiment!

I stamped my little houses with Memento black ink, and colored them with Copic markers. I then die cut them with the coordinating dies. Then I cut 2 more houses out of some white cardstock and glued my decorated ones on top just to make them sturdier. I stamped the sentiment on the back of each house and punched a hole on top (it's perfect cause it is hidden among the decorations of the eaves). I added some gold twine and also a little bow to make them extra festive. 

You can also add some Wink of Stella on top to make them sparkle and then you just have to tie them up on your gifts! Thank you so much for stopping by, have a lovely day and happy holidays!!

Christmas Themed Gift Tags with Nancy

Hey everyone, Nancy here. With six days to Christmas, I'm busy wrapping gifts and looking for a way to put a nice handmade touch on each present. I usually sit down one night and create a dozen tags to dress up the packages. This year I pulled out all of my Sunny Studio Christmas release stamps to pull these together.

The first tag is inspired by the Playful Polar Bears stamp set. This is a simple design that was easy to create in multiple. An 8x11 sheet of watercolored paper was washed with Distress Oxide Ink in Peacock Feathers. I was able to quickly create a background for 4-5 tags at once. The polar bear is simple to color since it's white. A few sequins and some sweet treats complete the tag.

The Christmas Home stamp set was used to create the tag in center. The watercolored background was created just like the polar bear card using Distress Ink in Blueprint Sketch this time. A watercolored cozy cottage and snowflakes painted in white complete the tag.

The last tag features the beautiful little church in the Christmas Chapel stamp set. The pine background was stamped with the Holiday Style stamp set. It gives this tag a subtle holiday background.

Toppers in shades of blue complete all of the tags. I was able to create a dozen tags in one night in a production line style! It's not too late to add that special something to all of your gifts.

Polar Playmates Christmas Themed Tags with Eloise

Hi everyone, Eloise here and today I have some quick tags to share with you all using the Polar Playmates and Tag Topper Crescent Dies.

To begin I cut down three pieces of watercolour paper to 3" wide by 4 1/2" tall. I then used the largest Crescent Topper Die and cut down each of the pieces to have a tag like edge. Then I ink blended some Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Ink on top of each of the tags and sprinkled them with water to appear like snow. Next I cut down some Neenah Solar White cardstock to 3" wide and used my scissors to cut a snowy hill on each of the pieces. I then stamped 'Merry Christmas' from the Jolly Gingerbread stamp set with some black ink onto each of the snow pieces. I then added some foam tape along the back and adhered it down onto the bottom of each of my tags.

Next, I stamped, coloured and cut my images out from the Polar Playmates stamp set. I used Copic Markers for my colouring and the coordinating dies to cut them out. Once they were cut out I adhered them onto my tags with more foam tape. To finish up my tags, I punched holes at the top of my tags and threaded through some twine and that finished up my tags.
