Quatrefoil Die Focused Cards with Rachel and Candice

Hello everyone! It's Rachel here with a fun Christmas card featuring the Frilly Frame Quatrefoil Dies combined with some cute images from the North Pole Stamp Set.

To start, I first die cut some red cardstock with the Frilly Frame Quatrefoil Dies. I adhered this piece with liquid adhesive to a 4.25" x 5.5" piece of white card stock. I then used the same colored cardstock and cut a circular scalloped frame using the Fancy Frame Circle Dies. I added a circular piece of white card stock behind this frame and lightly blended it with Barn Door Distress Oxide Ink.

Next, I stamped my images onto a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb cardstock, colored them with Copic Markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

Copic Color Blends Used: Reds: R14, R46, R89; Greens: YG01, YG07, YG17; Skin: E000, E21, E11, E04; Whites: 0, C00, C0, C2, C4

Lastly, I heat embossed my sentiment onto a strip of black card stock and adhered my images with 3D Foam Adhesive Tape for added dimension.

Candice back with you this fabulous Friday sharing a magical Christmas scene highlighting a different way to use the Frilly Frame Quatrefoil dies!

I used these Sunny Studio products for my slimline card:

• Santa Claus Lane stamps & coordinating dies
• Scenic Route stamps & coordinating dies
• Banner Basics stamps & coordinating dies

• Slimline Scalloped Frame dies
• Stitched Arch dies

I began my slimline with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base. For my background, I first die cut the quatrefoil on a large piece of thick cardstock using the partial die cut method to make a slimline stencil. I then die cut a scalloped frame from Bristol Smooth cardstock, taped off the edges and inked with antique linen using the stencil. I created the windows with the the two smaller stitched arches on the panel.

I marked off on the card front separating to ink behind the windows and inked the top area with chipped sapphire and the bottom with scattered straw. I added some falling snow on the top with a white gel pen.

Next, I stamped the Christmas images from the stamp sets listed above, colored them with Copic markers, used the coordinating dies to cut out and added some gold accents with a pen. I adhered all the images with glue or foam tape in the windows giving depth and finished with the sentiment stamped on the banner!

Winter Scenes Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a slimline card using the versatile Winter Scenes set. 

I first die-cut the stitched rectangle and inked it using Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves Distress Oxide Inks. Now I stamped all the images onto white cardstock, colored the pieces with Copics and die-cut the elements with the matching dies.

I trimmed the winter scene parts to fit the rectangle and was able to create multiple layers from a few images. For more depth, I die-cut a layer of vellum for the tree edge and adhered all images to the rectangle before adhering it to my card base.

Stamps and dies used today:
Winter Scenes stamps + dies (tree border, house border)
Harvest Mice stamps + dies (mouse)
Merry Mice stamps + dies (snowmouse, scarf, ear cozy, christmouse)
Season's Greetings stamps + dies (Merry)
Slimline Scalloped Frame dies (stitched rectangle)

Then I stamped the "Merry" using the same Distress Oxide Inks I used for the background, die-cut the word, trimmed off the "Christmas" part and adhered it using foam tape. Finally, I stamped the "Christmouse" onto black cardstock with watermark ink, heat-embossed it, trimmed it and adhered it to the card.

Hi everyone, Anja here and today I'm sharing a pastel holiday card using the Winter Scenes set. I love the rows of fir trees and little houses so much!

First, I started with the background by blending together the Distress Oxide Inks Worn Lipstick and Tattered Rose, letting the colors fade into white. I added lots of tiny ink splatters with a paint brush.

Next, I stamped the image in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored it with Copic Markers. This time I decided to color the trees like they were covered with snow. I used the coordinating die to cut out the scene and layered it on top of my ink blended sky.

I kept the design simple and stamped the beautiful sentiment from the Inside Greetings Christmas set in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder. Finally, I adhered a matching small enamel heart.

Holy Night Cards with Ana and Christy

Hello crafty friends! It’s Ana today with a Christmas card featuring Holy Night stamps and coordinating dies.

I really wanted to feel and see the glow on this card so I started working on the background first. To create the background I used peach sunray patterned paper from Spring Sunburst paper pack. I added Stormy Sky, Faded Jeans and Black Soot Distress Oxide inks to the corners, lightly blending them to create the light in the middle.

I blended white ink in the middle (I used Hero Arts Unicorn White) and pulled ink out, toward the dark outline. I purposely left the streaks of white visible to make the center of the card look like it’s glowing.

I stamped the images from Holy Night and colored them with Spectrum Noir markers, then cut them with coordinating dies.

On a piece of kraft cardstock, I splattered brown ink mixed with water, then cut the piece with stitched border die (from Slimline Nature Border dies). I adhered the border to the background then added the images. I stamped the sentiment in black ink and added stars (from the Holy Night set) using white ink.

Hey friends, it's Christy here with a sweet card using our Holy Night stamp set. This one was super simple to create! I colored all the images with Copic markers and trimmed them out with the matching dies.

Then I chose this amazing background patterned paper from the Very Merry 6x6 paper pack. I cut that down to the size of the card front using the outer die from Frilly Frames Quatrefoil. Then I stamped my sentiment in yellow ink in the center of the moon.

I added my background to my card base and then adhered all the images with liquid glue. As a finishing touch, I added a bit of Stardust Stickles.

North Pole Cards with Leanne and Isha

Hi there, Leanne here! Are you still working on your Christmas cards? I still am because it never hurts to have a few extra on hand. For today's share, I've created a North Pole comic strip design. If you are short on time for finishing up some last minute holiday cards, this Comic Strip Speech Bubble Dies frame makes it quick and easy to create a fun eye catching design. 

First I gave a white A2 card base a light dusting of Festive Berries Distress Oxide Ink. Next I adhered the die cut Comic Strip Speech Bubble frame which is cut from a piece of patterned paper from the Classic Gingham 6x6 paper pad. I Copic colored images from the North Pole stamp set - colors used are listed below.  

Copic colors: N2, N4, N6, C1, C3, E00, E02, R00, E41, E42, E43, E44, R32, R35, R39, YG11, YG13, YG18, BG01, BG02

Next I added the images in each window. That's the fun part for me, arranging all the little scenes. I adhered them flat to the card so this one will be safe to mail. Lastly I added several tiny die cut stars as embellishment. The star dies are included in the Comic Strip set.

Hello everyone! Isha with you today with a fun slimline card featuring the North Pole stamp and dies. 

I started by stamping all the images from the North Pole stamps, the trees from the Winter Scenes stamps and the mountains from the Spring Scenes stamps using memento black ink onto Neenah solar white card. Color the images using Copic markers. Die cut them using the North Pole dies, the trees from the Winter Scenes dies and the mountains from the Spring Scenes dies.

Die-cut the snow drifts using the Slimline Nature border dies. Sponge tumbled glass distress inks to the edges. Take a white card layer and adhere to the snow drifts. Adhere all the images to this layer. 

Add Nuvo glitter drop: white blizzard to the snow parts. Add some Icicle stickles to the elves hat bells. Stamp the sentiment. Adhere this panel to a red card base.
