Cozy Christmas Cards with Tina and Vanessa

Hello crafty friends, it’s Tina with a sweet Christmas scene card for you today! For me the Holiday Season is all about sharing wonderful moments with my family and friends. I love decorating the house and making it warm and welcoming. Cozy Christmas stamp and die set totally captures that vibe!! 

It also works well with other holiday sets like Santa Claus Lane. Or why not consider throwing in a summer themed stamp and doing some ‘stamp masking’. Yes, we are mixing and matching again today! It's fun finding ways to stretch your stamps and use them all year round and not just for a particular time or season.

For the card panel, I cut a rectangle from some Neenah Solar White 110 Lb Card Stock. I masked of the top and bottom parts with post-it tape so I could ink blend some Antique Linen Distress Oxide, to create a ‘wooden floor’ I added white lines with a gel pen.

The rest of the panel was colored with Victorian Velvet oxide ink, a Distress color I recently added to my stash, but which is becoming one of my favorites!  Once the panel was dry, I stamped a sentiment from the Festive Greetings set, love the classic font of this set!! Next, I colored a little baseboard with a dark brown Copic marker.

As for the mixing and matching, I used the following sets:
Cozy Christmas (sofa, cat, bears, tree, pillows, glasses, plate with cookies, picture frame, presents, lamp). Here I used a part of the lamp to make a Christmas tree container.
Santa Claus Lane  (fireplace, presents, Santa bag)
Kiddie Pool this is where I did some masking and stamped the image of the girl without the drink in her hand. I used a black pigment liner to do some easy touching up in the face area.

After stamping and die cutting all my images, I colored them with my Copic markers in some warm Holiday colors and added details with my white gel pen. For the girl, I switched her summer outfit into long sleaved cozy winter clothes during the coloring process.

Next, it was time to assemble the card, I first glued the sofa and the fireplace to the card base with liquid glue. Then, I used foam tape to add the rest of the images creating depth and dimension.

I sprinkled a few sequins from the Jewels Pastel Mix around the sentiment and they worked really well with the background color. As a final touch, I added a white border cut with the Fancy Frames Rectangle Dies and adhered the completed panel to a white card base with liquid glue.

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a love themed card using the cute Cozy Christmas set.

I first masked off stripes on the front of my card and inked these with Festive Berries and Kitsch Flamingo Distress Oxide Inks. After I had adhered a strip of red cardstock to the bottom, I stamped my images from Cozy Christmas and Passionate Penguins onto white cardstock. 

Then I paper-pieced the couch with red heart patterned paper from the Rainbow Bright paper pad and stamped the pillow onto plaid patterned paper. I colored the other images with Copics and fussy-cut all the pieces before adhering them to the card. Finally, I stamped the sentiment from Snail Mail.

This adorable set is so versatile, building scenes with it is such fun :) Have a lovely weekend, everybody!

Snow One Like You Cards with Waleska and Marine

Hello Friends, Waleska here. For today's project, I thought it would be fun to continue with the non-traditional colors for Christmas. The stamp I will be using today is super cute Snow One Like You Stamp this one comes with an adorable girl and snowman with a bunch of little snowflakes.

I started my card coloring the cute girl and snowman. That helped me to decide on the color palette for the rest of the elements. I used copic markers RV00/BV01 for the lilacs and to do some shading I used C1/C2, I also used a white Posca Pen to create a little pattern on the clothes. I inked the background using Oxide inks Spun Sugar and Shaded Lilac, I used masking paper to create a moon in the center of this panel.

I created a snow bank with white cardstock and I also die cut some trees from the Rustic Winter dies I added some shadow details with the C1 and C2 markers. I stamped the sentiment with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.

I finally adhered my front panel to a pink and white card bases to match the colors used before. Thank you so much for stopping by today! Remember there's snow one else like YOU!

Hello crafty friends, Marine here with you today! This new card features the lovely Snow One Like You stamp set. Those cute characters reminded me of Olaf and Anna from the Disney movie Frozen. So I went with cold tones to really give the card a wintery frozen look.

As always I started off by stamping the images using an alcohol marker friendly black ink, I cut them using the coordinating dies and then used my alcohol markers to color everything. And along with Snow One Like You, I picked:

the tree border from Winter Scenes
the mountain border from Country Scenes
the castle from Enchanted
a pine tree from Seasonal Trees

Once the coloring was done, I cut and assembled the different elements to build the pop-up card. I cut the main pieces out of white woodgrain cardstock, the snow borders out of white glitter cardstock, and the decorative pieces out of pattern papers from the Dots & Stripes Pastels paper pack + Joyful Holiday paper pack. And on the decorative piece that goes on the front, I white heat embossed my "There's snow one else like you" greeting.

On the back panel, I attached the mountain borders as well as the castle. In front of the castle, I stuck the tree border, and then I attached the pine trees and characters in the foreground using glue dots.

Joyful Holiday Paper Focused Cards with Marie and Alma

Hello Crafty Friends, Marie here. I'm so glad to be back again to share a new Holiday Card inspiration with you featuring the new Joyful Holiday paper. For my card today, I decided to create some holiday gifts using pink, red, and grey toned papers. I also colored up a sweet penguin from the Penguin Party stamp set that goes perfectly with this fun scene. 

This card was super fun to put together and I especially loved and enjoyed creating the little gifts with Christmas colored twine! To create my gifts, I used different sized square dies. You can use any shape you want, it doesn't even have to be square! You can use rectangles and circles too, whatever small shapes you have on hand! I first cut out my shapes from 110 lb Neenah Solar White Card Stock as a study base for my pattern paper. Then I cut out my shapes from the Joyful Holiday paper and adhered it to the sturdy cardstock base. I wanted to give my presents a vintage look so I used some Distress Ink in Vintage paper and inked around my cut out squares. 

The fun part was adding Christmas twine! I cut strips of twine and attached it to the back of each shape using double sided tape adhesive. I created tiny bows and glued them to the front of each present using Bearly Art Precision Craft Glue. I set my tiny gifts aside and stamped my penguin from the Penguin Party stamps using Distress Ink In Antique Linen for my no-line coloring style. I used Derwent Inktense Pencils to color my penguin image, and cut it out using its corresponding Penguin Party dies. 

For my card front and background, I used the Frilly Frames Eyelet Lace die to die cut a beautiful scalloped panel from kraft paper. I attached this to an A2 sized panel of 110 lb Neenah Solar White Cardstock . For added fun and interest, I used some metallic watercolors and white acrylic paint to create some light splatters to my card. 

After creating my splatter background, I positioned and adhered my pattern paper gifts and penguin using a combination of foam tape and Craft Glue. I added some random white stars and some Mix Red Heart Drops for a pop of red! 

Moving onto the inside of my card, I used the beautiful Holiday Greetings stamp set for my big and bold sentiment! I love this stamp set because all the sentiments come with corresponding dies making it super easy to place!!! I LOVE THAT! I used the Holiday Greetings die to cut out my Happy Holidays Sentiment, and along with two little gifts, adhered them to the inside of the card. I really love how this card came together and I already know who I'm planning to give it to! Thank you so much for joining me today! Hi there, it’s Alma here with you. Today I want to show you how versatile you can use the new Joyful Holiday Paper pack! 

First of all I coloured the cute hedgehogs from the Hedgey Holiday Stamps with Copics and Pencils. After that I cut the Hedgehogs and add some highlights with the white gel pen. Then I die-cut the tree from the Autumn Tree Dies and the candy cane from the Santa´s Stocking Dies. 

Then I cut a rectangular card and I die-cut the snowy hills with the dies from the Slimline Nature Border Dies and Fluffy Clouds Border Dies.  After that I cut the poinsettia plants out of the mentioned paper pad. Finally I glued everything together and added the text.

Snowman Kisses Cards with Kavya and Isha

Hi folks, Kavya here. I am back on the blog with another fun holiday card using the new release! 

I decided to revisit an old card as I was out if ideas for this one as this might look very similar to my snowman card from last year. I started off my ink blending the background using Seedless Preserve, Wilted Violet, Dried Marigold and Antique Linen distress oxide inks. Then, I stamped and colored a bunch of images from Snowman Kisses and Christmas Home Stamps. 

Adhered the images and I was done! I didn’t add a sentiment as I think the occasion was pretty obvious from the card and I also wanted some of the cool warm background to be shown! Most of it was covered on the left by the house.

Hello everyone, Isha here with a cute and whimsical winter card. We are featuring the Snowman Kisses stamps and coordinating dies. I love that this stamp set can be combined with lots of various stamps and dies from the previous releases.

I took a red card base. I then took a white card to create the ombre sky using tattered rose, kitsch flamingo and abandoned coral distress oxide inks. There are pretty snowflakes in this set, so I stamped a few onto the panel using the similar inks.

Stamp the Background trees and snow slopes from the Scenic Routes stamps, die-cut using the coordinating dies. Colour using copic markers. Stamp the snowmen from the Snowman Kisses stamp set, colour using copic markers and die-cut using the coordinating dies.

Stamp the sentiment from the Holiday Greetings stamp set using clear ink, emboss this using WOW! silver bells embossing glitter. Die-cut using the coordinating dies. Keep all the negative pieces. Die-cut the sentiment three more times from white cardstock. Adhere the sky piece to the cardbase. Put the sentiment in place and adhere the negative pieces, remove the sentiment die-cut. Stack all the sentiment pieces so we get a chipboard kind of look. Adhere to the card.

Adhere the rest of the elements using liquid glue and 3d foam for dimension. Flick white paint for snow texture.

Holiday Greetings Cards with Cathy and Bobbi

Hey friends! Cathy here today sharing a card featuring the Holiday Greetings Stamps paired with a cute reindeer from the Reindeer Games Stamps. I just love these big, bold greetings!

To begin this card, I die-cut a piece of light gray cardstock using the Frilly Frames Stripes Dies and adhered the frame portion to a red A2 card base. I then cut a piece of ivory cardstock 3 1/2” x 4 3/4" and embossed it using the Cable Knit Embossing Folder. I matted this piece on a red cardstock (3 5/8” x 4 7/8”) and adhered it to the gray frame.

Next, I die-cut a piece of kraft cardstock using a Scalloped Oval Mat 2 Die and a piece of patterned paper from the Joyful Holiday Paper Pack using a Stitched Oval Die. I adhered these together on the center of the card front.

I stamped the pinecones and berries from the Winter Wreaths Stamps using Brushed Corduroy, Walnut Stain and Festive Berries Distress inks and die-cut them using the coordinating dies. I also die-cut a few leaves from cream cardstock using the Winter Greenery Dies and adhered these towards the bottom and right side of the oval.

I stamped the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Holiday Greetings Stamps on white cardstock using Barn Door Distress ink and stamped it again with Versamark ink. I then heat embossed it with clear embossing powder for a little shine and die-cut it using the coordinating dies.

To finish, I stamped a reindeer from the Reindeer Games Stamps on Neenah Classic Crest 80lb solar white cardstock, colored it with Copics and die-cut it using the coordinating dies. I adhered it using foam tape for added dimension.

Hello Sunny friends. It’s Bobbi here sharing some festive tags for the holidays. I’m using the Holiday Greetings stamp set and coordinating dies.

For each tag, I cut the tag out of the Joyful Holiday Paper using the largest tag shape from the Stitched Arch Dies. I added hole reinforcements cut from coordinating patterns and glued them at the top. I personalized each one with cute images and a greeting from the Holiday Greetings stamp set and coordinating dies. This set comes with four large, scripted phrases.

For the "Merry Christmas" tag, I used the reverse cut from one of the tag reinforcement cuts and created an arch window for the cute snowman from the Snowman Kisses stamp set and coordinating dies to peek through. Greenery and the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Holiday Greetings stamp set and coordinating dies were attached for a festive feel.

For the "Happy Holidays" tag, I added the cute Santa Claus and reindeer from the Reindeer Games stamp set and coordinating dies and a white hand cut snow hill along with some berries and holly to finish the look.

My third tag is decked out with two cute penguins from the Penguin Party stamp set and coordinating dies. I hand drew a string of lights for the penguins to hold and added in the "Season's Greetings" phrase at the top. The phrase was stamped using two colors of green ink for a two-tone look.

For my last tag, I used the other two snowmen from the Snowman Kisses stamp set and coordinating dies and attached the "Happy New Year" phrase at the bottom. I added white Pearl Pen dots to all the white dots in the background for a more dimensional look.
