Sunny Studio Stamps: Sea You Soon Best Fishes Staggered Circle Dies Everyday Cards by Franci Vignoli

I love the new Sea You Soon ocean cuties so much I decide to pair them with my other favorites from the Best Fishes set to crate this happy under the sea big scene :) I also featured the Staggered Circle dies in my design and this helped me creating lots of different little scenes in the big scene on my card!

Hello! It's Candice with you today with a fun underwater scene using the adorable Sea You Soon stamp set! Can you tell which movie these cuties remind me of?!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Sea You Soon Best Fishes Tropical Scenes Everyday Card by Candice Fisher

I used these Sunny Studio products to create my scene:
I began with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base that fits nicely into your standard size envelopes. For the background, I first die cut the circle template from my cameo silhouette using thick white cardstock and inked a piece of Bristol Smooth with Altenew inks in Starlight, Tide Blue, Turquoise & Sea Breeze to go behind the circles. I then stamped the coral bottom twice, colored with Copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut out and trimmed the edges to fit on my inked ocean. To cover the seam, I stamped one more coral, colored and die cut out with the coordinating die.

Next, I stamped all the fishes and sharks from the Sea You Soon and Best Fishes stamp sets, colored with Copic markers and cut out with the coordinating dies listed above. To make the banners, I trimmed some leftover Bristol Smooth, inked them with the same colors used for the ocean, and stamped my sentiment using a variety of words from different sets.

To put the card together, I trimmed a piece of vellum to fit in the center to put my images on and soften the background for them to stand out. I laid it all out first and used glue dots behind the images to adhere the vellum and added all the rest with foam tape. I then put a few blue domes to finish my scene!

Thank you for stopping by today!

Tropical Scenes Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a new slimline card using Tropical Scenes along with various different stamps sets. I loved to combine all these cute images for my jungle scene:

Sunny Studio Stamps: Tropical Scenes Savanna Safari Love Monkey Silly Sloths Hello Card by Vanessa Menhorn

I first inked my white cardstock panel with green Distress Oxide Ink and added water droplets. Then I die-cut the Fluffy Clouds Border Dies from white cardstock, inked them, added water droplets and adhered them to the top of the panel. I die-cut the tree trunks from Rustic Winter Dies, colored them with Copics and adhered them. Now I stamped all the images, colored them with Copics, die-cut the elements with the matching dies and adhered the pieces to the card, raising some with foam tape.

These are all the sets I used:
Tropical Scenes and matching dies (jungle border)
Savanna Safari and matching dies (giraffe + bird)
Fabulous Flamingos and matching dies (leaves, flowers and pineapple)
Love Monkey and matching dies (monkey + vines)
Pirate Pals and matching dies (parrot)
Silly Sloths and matching dies (sloth + leaves + hibiscus)
Radiant Plumeria (hello)

Finally, I stamped the "Hello" onto a strip of black cardstock, heat-embossed it with white embossing powder, notched the end and adhered the strip to the card.

Wishing you a wonderful day everybody! Thanks for visiting!

-------------------------------------------------

Hello everyone, Anja here and today I'm featuring the fabulous Tropical Scenes Stamps. I picked the leafy jungle border to create another Savanna Safari scene. I also added two cuties and a vine image from the Love Monkey set.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Tropical Scenes Savanna Safari Love Monkey Birthday Card by Anja Bytyqi

For my background, I first masked off the bottom half of the Bristol cardstock panel. I blended together the Distress Oxide Inks Milled Lavender and Dusty Concord to create a gradient purple sky. When it was completely dry, I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder. The baobab tree was stamped in VersaFine Onyx Black Ink.

Next, I turned around the mask to work on the sandy ground. But before I started with the ink blending of Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap, I die cut the little island which I will turn into a small pond later. For a bit of interest, I added ink splatters with a paint brush. I chose Tumbled Glass and Broken China to ink up the pond and also die cut one of the waves. I inlaid the pond die-cut back into the negative space of the ground.

I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. The solid grass and leaf image were stamped with green dye ink. I used the coordinating dies to cut everything out. Finally, I tucked the hippo inside the wave slit and arranged the other images around the pond and up in the tree.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a great day!

Stitched Semi-Circle Focused Cards with Tammy and Ana

Hi friends, Tammy here. Since it's July 1st, I thought a Christmas in July card would be a fun way to kick off the month. My card today is featuring the Stitched Semi-Circle Diespaired with the darling flamingos from Fabulous FlamingosThese cuties are ready to spread some holiday cheer, tropical style!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Stitched Semi-Circle Dies Fabulous Flamingos Catch A Wave Dies Tropical Scenes Christmas Card by Tammy Stark

To begin, I cut white cardstock to a 5 1/2" square. using the largest die from the Stitched Semi-Circle DiesI cut out a window. Next, I ink blended a piece of Bristol cardstock with Abandoned Coral and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide inks. Using the Catch A Wave DiesI cut a wave border and ink blended it with Peacock Feathers for a nice, bright water line. I then cut a sandy border, using the Woodland Borders Dieand ink blended it with Antiqued Linen and Vintage Photo Distress oxide inks. Using a paintbrush, I flicked some thinned down brown paint onto my sand to create some interest.

I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut images from the following sets: Fabulous FlamingosCoordinating Dies, Merry MiceCoordinating Dies, Tropical ScenesCoordinating Dies.

Copic Colors used - Flamingos: R22, R20, R30, R00, Y38, Y35; Pineapples: YR24, Y35, Y15, Y11, YG17, YG03, YG01; Santa Hats: R22, R24, R29, R39, W0; Palm Trees: YG67, YG17, YG03, YG01, E40, E42, E44

Using foam tape, I attached the white stitched panel over my inked background. I arranged the stamped images onto my card, attaching some with foam tape for dimension.

To complete my card, I stamped my sentiment (combining Fabulous Flamingos and Merry Mice) onto a black cardstock strip and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Finally, I attached my card front to a 5 1/2" square white card base.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed my tropical Christmas in July card! See you next time.

Hello friends! It’s Ana today with a fun card showcasing Stitched Semi Circle diesSavanna Safari stamps and dies as well as some beautiful patterned papers! I wanted to create a safari scene but change up the colors a bit. Savannas get really green at certain times of the year so I thought some greens and yellows would look super cute and bright!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Stitched Semi-Circle Dies Savanna Safari Frilly Frame Dies Eyelet Lace Border Dies Everyday Card by Ana Anderson

I chose papers from Spring Fling paper pack and started working on the background. I used stitched rectangle mat die (from Frilly Frames Retro Petals dies) to cut out the green background piece. I used the same die and partially die cut the yellow piece creating a square. Out of leftover green grass paper I die cut a lace border with Eyelet Lace Border dies.

Next, I used the second largest Stitched Semi Circle die and die cut the sunrise patterned paper and stamped the trees (from Savanna Safari) on the scene using olive green ink. I stamped the critters with Memento Tuxedo black ink, colored them with Copic markers and cut them with coordinating dies. Little bird and a flower are from A Bird’s Life stamp set.

I assembled the card by adhering the patterned papers with glue tape then popped the stitched semi-circle and the critters with foam tape and stamped the sentiment with black ink. I added some fun interest to the design with yellow confetti from Rainbow Dot Confetti pack and my card was finished.

I really hope you like this sweet card and got inspired to create some scenes with patterned papers and dies! Thank you so much for spending time with us today and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your week!

Radiant Plumeria Cards with Angelica & Mendi

Hi friends! This is Angelica, and today I am sharing a card showcasing the beautiful Radiant Plumeria stamp set.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Radiant Plumeria Summer Themed Card by Angelica Conrad

I picked the layered leaves to make a one-layer card. I used my MISTI, making it easy to stamp several panels. The inks used are Pinkfresh Studio color families, and the black ink is Versafine Clair Nocturne. I used a Sharpie pen to add black dots. To finish the card, I used a C2 Copic marker to add drop-shadows to the leaves.

Thanks so much for joining me today. I hope I have helped with ideas on making backgrounds.

_________________________________________________________________________

Hi there!  Mendi here with a second card featuring the Radiant Plumeria Stamps and dies.

For my card today I started by cutting a piece of grid paper from the Gingham Pastels Paper pack cut to 4.25" x 5.5".  I then cut a piece of white cardstock to layer over the top, cutting it at an angle using the long edge of our Frilly Frames Stripes dies, cutting a second scalloped border from a small strip of white cardstock to run along the bottom edge of my card.

For my floral arrangement I stamp my flowers from the Radiant Plumeria set in three different color combinations (ink colors listed below) and popped up the white plumeria in the center with foam tape for extra dimension.

I finished off my card by stamping the word summer with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.  I then stamped the word happy onto a little strip of white cardstock and popped it up with a piece of foam tape as well.
