Nutty For You Leaf Background Heartfelt Wishes Card with Lexa

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with a card that showcasing Nutty For You Dies. it's a super fun dies and it really is one of a kind. You can create tags, shaped card, or cute little acorns for your projects as I did today. First, I tried to figure out where the little parts belong to but then I realized that I can make anything out of my imagination. I can't wait any longer... let's get started!

I cut the acorn base on brown patterned papers from Gingham Jewel Tones Paper Pad, and I used both browns to create two acorns with different patterns. I added big round eyes for both of them, eyelashes for one and eyebrows (with the curve line that can be used as a smile) for the other one. I used the same big circle to create cheek blush for each of them. As you can see, they looks cuter with those faces. Don't you love them?

As for the background, I stamped some leaves from Beautiful Autumn Stamp with brown dye ink and some tiny hearts which I decided to color red with a marker. I also stamped the sentiment from Happy Harvest Stamp with the same brown ink and added some white dots using a white gel pen.

Home Sweet Gnome One Layer Masking Technique Card with Vanessa

Hi everybody! Vanessa here with another fall card using the beloved Home Sweet Gnome set. Can you get enough of these cuties? I can't! Today's instructions are quick to read, but the masking took a while :)

I started with a panel of white cardstock and stamped my little scene, always masking the previously stamped images before stamping the next. Then I inked the bottom part with green distress ink and the top part with light blue ink to create the background and added little droplets of ink. 

After I had removed the masks, I colored everything with Copics and adhered the piece to my Kraft card base. I just had to make the bird a robin - like in one of my favorite books, "The Secret Garden"! Thank you for visiting today, have a great week everybody!

Sliding Window Dies Autumn Themed Happy Tree Card with Franci

Hi there, Franci here with you today with fun card feat the Sliding Window dies. Making interactive cards is so easy and simple with this set, it's the best ever! 

First, I die cut all of the elements to create my mechanism out of some white cardstock and this great pattern paper from the Preppy Prints 6x6 paper pad. Then I stamped my images using the Happy Harvest set, colored them, and die cut all of the images with the coordinating dies.

I created my background on the front panel with Distress inks and glued down all of the images with foam tape and liquid glue. Little scenes likes this makes me so happy! I glued my mechanism onto my main card (made out of white cardstock), slid it out a little bit and stamped the sentiment (so that it will show up every time the sliding mechanism is active!).

I glued down my mini panel to the card and be sure to put the glue and adhere it only on the bottom! Finally, I added some details with a white gel pen and I also glued down a little heart at the top (that is die cut out of the same pattern paper used before).
