Scenic Route Cards with Eloise and Leanne

Hi friends, Eloise here and today I’m using the Scenic Route Stamp Set to create my last Christmas Card for the year.

I started off with stamping out the images from Scenic Route onto some white cardstock and colouring them in with Copic Markers. Once they were all coloured, I cut them out.

I then added foam tape onto the backs of all the pieces and adhered them onto a navy card base. Lastly, I white heat embossed the ‘Holiday Cheer’ sentiment onto the background and added white gel pen details onto the images.

Happy Holidays everyone, Leanne here! Even though I'm officially done with Christmas projects, I still wanted to make some winter themed cards to have on hand. I've created a simple but sweet little scene on today's card. It couldn't have been easier with the help of the Scenic Route stamp set.  

I love that with just one stamp, I can have the perfect landscape for my scene. I Copic colored the trees and added some light shading to the snowy hills. I wanted to include some cute critters to my wintery scene. I choose the adorable little foxes from Foxy Christmas. 

For the top half of this scene, I wanted to create a beautiful night sky. I used a combination of two Nuvo Shimmer Powders (Atlantis Burst & Meteorite Shower) to achieve this. I started with a panel of Bristol Smooth card stock and sprayed it with a little water. I then sprinkled the powders overtop. I used a paint brush to move the color around while adding more water where needed to cover the entire panel. After the panel was completely dry, I splattered it with thinned white paint.  

I layered the snowy landscape over the sky panel with foam tape and then adhered the completed scene to an A2 size card base. I combined stamps and a die cut for the greeting. The stamped warm wishes is from Heartfelt Wishes. The winter die cut word is from the Layered Snowflake Frame set. To finish off the card I added a few die cut snowflakes scattered around the greeting.

Make A Wish Cards with Anja and Vanessa

Hello everyone, Anja here today sharing a birthday card with the Make A Wish Stamps which are just perfect for this occasion.

First, I created a fun Alcohol Ink background on glossy cardstock and cut it with a stitched rectangle die. I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark Ink and white heat embossed it. I adhered the panel to my top-folding A2 card base made from light grey cardstock.

I white heat embossed the cake images on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Cardstock and colored them with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out. To embellish my card, I added some shiny crystals.

Hello everyone! Vanessa here today with a birthday card using the sweet Make a Wish set.

To create the background, I stamped the "happy" from Color Me Happy and the "birthday" from Heartfelt Wishes repeatedly onto a panel of white cardstock. Then I covered the card base with striped patterned paper from the Dots & Stripes Pastels Paper pad, added a strip of black cardstock and adhered the stamped panel.

I stamped the cake image onto white cardstock, colored it with Copics, die-cut it with the matching dies, layered it with fun foam and adhered it.

Now I die-cut the banner from the Fancy Frames Rectangle Dies from black cardstock, stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment, trimmed the end and adhered it. To finish the card off, I added matching sequins.

Nothing beats a yummy birthday cake, don't you agree? This little set makes it easy to "bake" delicious ones :)

Purrfect Birthday Wishes Come True Birthday Card with Lexa

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with an adorable card for any cat lovers our there. I paired Purrfect Birthday Stamps with Wishes Word Dies and Heartfelt Wishes Stamps for this card. Let's get started right away.

First of all, I stamped three cats and their party hats from Purrfect Birthday Stamps with Versafine black ink and watercolor each of them with Distress Markers. After I finished with the coloring, I use the coordinating dies to perfectly cut everything. I want to create a vertical layout for this card, to highlight the main images I use pink patterned paper and adhered in front of the dark brown cardstock. 

The Wishes Word Dies are cut twice, once on pink cardstock and the other on kraft. I layered them to create a fake shadow effect. The sentiment from Heartfelt Wishes Stamps complete this card beautifully. Last but not least, I add some pretty sequins to add dimensions and textures.

Bundled Up Watercolored Background Winter Wishes Card with Vanessa

Hi everybody! Vanessa here today with a winter card using Bundled Up. I love the cute little penguin and wanted to play with it, so here comes the result:

First, I applied watercolors to a panel of watercolor paper to create the background and adhered the panel to the card after it was dried. Now I stamped the penguin an its accessories and colored it with Copics, fussy-cut everything and adhered it to the card with foam tape. 

I stamped the sentiment from Heartfelt Wishes onto a strip of aqua cardstock, heat-embossed it with white embossing powder and adhered it. Then I die-cut "wishes" using the Wishes Word Die from black cardstock and adhered it. To finish the card off, I die-cut matching stars and added matching sequins.

Barnyard Buddies Farm Animal Themed Birthday Card with Lexa

Hi there! Lexa here today with a card that featuring the ultimate cuteness from Barnyard Buddies stamp and it's coordinating dies. When you can't choose which one is your favorite from the herd, use them all! 

First, I stamp all the images with Versafine black ink and then watercolor them using Distress Markers. They look more adorable after they are colored. Don't you think so? I die cut all of them with the coordinating dies and they are ready to jump into the scene. I blend Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feather Distress Inks for the sky. The whole herd is here, but someone is missing...oh I found the fluffy sheep from Missing Ewe. And they are a full team at last. 

I complete my scene using couple of trees from Happy Home, I think they are a perfect size so they look like planted behind the hills and the barn house. To match the barn, I white embossed my sentiment on a strip of red cardstock. I also do a custom sentiment by combining "birthday wishes" from Heartfelt Wishes stamp set and "from the whole herd" from Barnyard Buddies. I adhere all the animals with different height of foam tapes to create dimensions.

I adhere a pair of googly eyes for the horse and the cow, they look so cute! Which one is your favorite animal from the whole herd?

Sunny Borders Watercolor Star Background Card with Vanessa

Hi everybody, here is Vanessa with a sweet birthday card using various stamps and dies! I wanted to play with watercolors for a fun background and used the star border from Sunny Borders for this.

I repeatedly stamped the star border with Versamark Ink onto a panel of watercolor paper and heat-embossed it with white embossing powder. Then I applied pink and purple watercolors. After everything was dried, I adhered the panel to the card base and covered it with a piece of vellum to tone it down a bit. I stamped the cupcake and the candle (using the Heartfelt Wishes set) onto white cardstock, colored them with Copics, die-cut them with the matching dies and adhered them to the card.

Now I die-cut the Sweet Word die from fun foam and glitter cardstock, assembled them and adhered them to the card. I stamped the rest of the sentiment from Sweet Shoppe onto a strip of purple cardstock, trimmed it and adhered it to the card. Finally, I added matching sequins.

Heartfelt Wishes Birthday Candle Wishes Card with Vanessa

Hello fellow stampers! Vanessa here with a birthday card using Heartfelt Wishes. This set may be small, but it is amazingly versatile nevertheless! I didn't want to add anything else and wanted to make it shine on its own. Here comes what I made with it:

First, I trimmed a piece of watercolor paper slightly smaller than my card base. Then I stamped and heat-embossed the words for my sentiment. Now I masked off stripes over the words and applied various inks with an ink blending tool. After I had removed the masks, I adhered the panel to the card.

I stamped the three candles onto cardstock, colored them with Copics and die-cut them with the Heartfelt Wishes Candle die. Finally, I adhered the images with foam tape and finished the card off with sequins.
