Fruit Cocktail Apple Of My Eye Card with Juliana

Hello friends! It's Juliana Michaels with you and today I'm sharing a sweet little card using the Fruit Cocktail stamp set. If you love the Sunny Studio layering stamp sets, then this set is a must have for your collection!

To get started, I stamped the multiple layers of the apple with 3 shades of red ink and added the stem using brown ink. I then stamped the leaf with 2 shades of green ink. I used the coordinating dies to cut out the images.

Next, I die cut a piece of white cardstock using the middle scalloped edged circle from the Fancy Frames Circle dies. I used a simple circle die to cut a circle to back the opening of the frame. Using a stamp positioning tool, I stamped the sentiment with black ink. I then adhered the apple to the center with double sided foam adhesive.

For the background, I embossed a piece of kraft cardstock with a wood grain embossing folder and trimmed it to 3.75 x 5 inches. I cut a piece of red gingham from the Classic Gingham 6x6 paper pad to 4 x 5.25 inches and layered it behind the kraft paper. I then finished it off by placing a piece of brown gingham cut to 4.25 x 5.5 inches from the Gingham Jewel Tones 6x6 paper pad.

The final accent to the card was to wrap a piece of black and white gingham ribbon around the card front. I then adhered the focal piece and the card was complete.

Happy Thoughts Happy Halloween Card with Eloise

Hi everyone, Eloise here and today I have a card to share with you all a mixing quite few sets together. Ill be using the Happy Thoughts Stamp Set as well as Happy Word Die and Happy Harvest as well. I'll also be pulling in this cool Fall Flicks Film Strip Die as well since I feel like it went well with the card.

To begin my card today I started off with stamping out my pumpkins from Happy Harvest. I coloured them in using some Copic Markers and cut them out using the coordinating dies. I set them off to the side to work on the background. I used Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire and Blueprint Sketch to ink blend the sky background onto some watercolour cardstock first. Then I used the Woodland Borders Dies to cut a hill piece and used Shabby Shutters and Mowed Lawn on that piece as well. I adhered those two pieces together with foam tape and then used my die cutting machine again to cut out the Fall Flicks Film Strip Die as well as the Hello Word Die. Once they were cut I could assemble.

I added foam tape along the back of the Happy Word and also the Fall Flicks Film Strip Die and adhered it onto my background. I then added flat and foam adhesive to the pumpkins and adhered them into place as well. Lastly, for the rest of my sentiment I used the Happy Thoughts set and white heat embossed 'Halloween' onto a thin strip of black cardstock. I popped that up as well and adhered it underneath 'Happy'.
