Silver Bells Poinsettias Background Christmas Card with Lexa

Hello crafty friends! Lexa here today with another Christmas card inspiration, for today's card I will be highlighting the Silver Bells Dies from Sunny Studio Stamps. The details are so pretty and it goes well with so many stamp sets.

I stamped some pretty poinsettias and leaves from Petite Poinsettias stamp for the background. After finished with the stamping I create some red splatter using the same red dye ink. I layered a slightly smaller size vellum on top to soften the background a little bit. I kind of want to create a rustic look for this card, it looks classic and gorgeous, so I used a lace patterned paper to border my card. 

To match the concept, I use real lace behind the red paper stripe with silver embossed sentiment on it. The Silver Bells are cut on a piece of silver foil paper, they both are tied together with silver twines. I also adhere yellow cardstock behind the stars.

Frosty Flurries Winter Sky Background Card with Vanessa

Hey everybody! Vanessa here with a winter card using Frosty Flurries and Playful Polar Bears. 

I started with a panel of watercolor paper and applied various watercolors to create the winter sky. After it had dried, I stamped and heat-embossed the Frosty Flurries and adhered the panel to my card base. Now I hand-cut a snow hill from white cardstock and adhered it. I die-cut a rectangle from a panel of white cardstock and covered the card with it.

Then I stamped the polar bear image, colored it with Copics, fussy-cut it and adhered it to the card with foam-tape.

Now I die-cut three snowflakes with the complimentary mini snowflake die and adhered them. I stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment onto a strip of turquoise cardstock, trimmed it and adhered it. Finally, I added matching sequins to the sky.

Jolly Gingerbread Christmas Card and Ornament Set with Franci

Hi everyone! Franci here with you today with a little Christmas set featuring these cuties from the Jolly Gingerbread stamp set! I'm in love with these!! I created a card and also 2 mini Christmas tree decorations. Here's the card:

For the card I started by die cutting 2 rectangles: one from a gingham pattern paper and one out of some white cardstock. Then I stamped my little gingerbread with Memento black ink, and colored it with Copics. I also stamped the sentiment with the same black ink used before and I glued down this little panel onto the bigger one, in the center.

Then I die cut 2 holly leaves and 3 flowers using the mini dies from the Basic Mini Shapes dies set out of some white cardstock and colored them with Distress inks. The little circle from the flower is the perfect berry to complete the holly decor! I also created a little bow with some gold twine to complete the card.

These decorations are my fave!! First I stamped my images, coloring them with Copics and then die cutting them with their coordinating dies. The I die cut them another time out of some white foam and white cardstock. 

I also took a piece of twine and glued all the layers together with hot glue. Be sure to include the twine between the back layer and the foam so you can hang the little gingerbread to your tree! :) Hope you like it and thank you so so much for stopping by!

Petite Poinsettias Traditional Red and Green Christmas Card with Nancy

Hey there Sunny fans, Nancy here today with a closer look at the Petite Poinsettias stamp and coordinating die set. I've been busy making piles of Christmas cards getting ready for one of my favorite seasons! I love creating at least one set of traditional red and green holiday cards. The beautiful poinsettia design is a bonus.

To create this card, begin with a white cardstock base and cut a one inch slice off of the right side of the front panel. Back the strip that is peeking through with a holiday theme patterned paper. Next, stamp the edge of card with the pine needles from the Holiday Style stamp set. I used pigment ink in two shades of green for a more realistic, textured look. 

The poinsettia is a layered stamp that is so much fun to use. It's like magic! I used three shades of red pigment ink to create this dimensional beauty. I used foam tape to give is a little pop and a few sequins for movement. Last, the sentiment from Petite Poinsettias was combined with a smaller sentiment in Holiday Style for the perfectly stacked title.

Polar Playmates Arch Framed Winter Scene with Eloise

Hi everyone, Eloise here and today I'll be using the Polar Playmates set to create a Christmas winter scene card along with the Semi Circles Dies to create an inlaid frame.

To begin I first stamped out my images from Polar Playmates onto some white cardstock, then coloured them with Copic Markers. I used very similar colours to my last card using this set since they worked so well together. Once they were coloured, I cut them out using the coordinating dies. 

Next, I wanted to create an arched panel, so I first cut a rectangle die and cut a piece of watercolour paper out, then I took the Semi Circles Dies and used the third size down and cut that into the rectangle, the I used an exacto knife and a ruler to cut the rest of the piece out so it looks like an arch. I then used some Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean and Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink to ink blend over the arch frame. I splattered on some water and then dried it off with a heat tool.

Next, I adhered a piece of paper behind the arch panel and stamped the sentiment 'Hoping you have a' from the Polar Playmates stamp set and then 'Merry Christmas' from Playful Polar Bears with black ink into the centre. I then adhered down all my images with foam tape at the bottom of arch. I pulled a piece of plaid paper from Lawn Fawn and adhered it down to my white card base. Then adhered my arched panel on top also and that finished up my card.

Christmas Home Winter Scene Interactive Card with Lexa

Hello everyone! Lexa here today with an interactive Christmas card inspiration highlighting Christmas Home stamp and the coordinating dies. I must say that I was extremely happy to see this stamp set, it has everything to create a perfect winter scene. All the smallest details are so on point.

I started the card with some blending on the white cardstock using Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feather and Chipped Sapphire Distress Inks. Finished it with some water splatters here and there. I stamped all the images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them using Distress markers. All the images have crazy details and I love it! I had so much fun coloring all of them.

The card can be slided from the left to the right, it looks cute. I also create a snow hill, adhere it with foam tapes and start to build the scene. What's really important when you create a simple scene in my opinion is how you create dimensions. I'm super happy with the result, I think it's so darling. I choose a bigger sentiment from Festive Greetings for this card. And finished it with some pretty clear sequins, they look like falling snow.
