Slimline Ribbon & Lace Die Focused Cards with Lien and Isha

Hi crafty friends! It's Lien here, with a simple card using the beautiful Hayley Alphabet dies to create a custom sentiment.

I really love these adorable puppies from the mini Puppy Love stamp set, perfect for a cute card to let someone know you're thinking of them. I stamped both of the puppies and three hearts with alcohol marker friendly ink and colored them in with my Ohuhu markers. Once they were colored, I put the paper back in my Misti and stamped them all again with Versafine Onyx Black ink so I could add clear gloss embossing powder for a nice shiny outline. I cut them out with the coordinating dies and set them aside to work on my background. 

I always like to keep things simple, so for a quick background I used this fun and bright paper from the Spring Fever paper pack. I trimmed it down slightly smaller than an A2 card, so I could leave a nice margin all the way around. I propped it up on a piece of cardboard for some sturdy dimension. To ground the puppies a bit better on this patterned paper, I cut one of the Scalloped Oval Mat 1 dies from vellum. I adhered it down in the bottom right corner, slightly hanging off the edges, trimming off the excess with my scissors. 

To create a simple custom sentiment I used both the Uppercase Hayley Alphabet and the Lowercase Hayley Alphabet die sets. Before diecutting any letters, I covered the back of a scrap of pink cardstock with foam tape. Leave the backing on, the dies will easily cut through the cardstock and the foam tape creating your very own puffy alphabet stickers. I arranged the sentiment slightly below the puppies and finished it off with some hearts.

Hello everyone! Isha here with an elegant birthday card featuring the Slimline Ribbon and Lace dies. Also, simply by combining various dies, we can get different kinds of cuts and I love to stretch my supplies like this.

I started by adding tape to two of the dies so to die-cut the delicate lace format from white cardstock. Adhere these die-cuts onto off-white card base. I adhered the center cuts to the edges of the card. Adhere this piece to a white cardbase.

Stamp the sentiment from the Big Bold Greetings stamp onto white card using versamark ink. Sprinkle WOW! Gold Pearl embossing powder, heat set. Die-cut using the coordinating dies. Die-cut 3 more times using a coral card, stack them behind the sentiment.

I love the monochromatic look of this card with a touch of color peeking from behind the sentiment.Die-cut the leaves from the Spring Greenery dies. Adhere to the card behind the sentiment. To finish, I added some gold fever confetti by Studio Katia.

Panda Party Cards with Isha and Lien

Hello everyone! Isha here today with a slimline rainbow color card featuring the Panda Party stamps and coordinating dies. There are so many playful panda images on this stamp set.

To start. I sponged some distress oxide inks in rainbow colors to create the background. I then added more ink through a brick stencil for added texture. Flick water and white paint.

Stamp the sentiment from the Big Bold Greetings stamp set. Stamp the pandas, birthday caps, muffin from the Panda Party stamp set, die-cut using the coordinating dies. Color the images using copic markers. Adhere to the layer to create a scene. Adhere this panel to a white card base.

Hi crafty friends! It's Lien here, with a very bright and happy birthday card. I really love the cute little pandas from the Pandy Party stamp set. Pandas are just amazing critter images to have in your stash, they're adorable, they're really easy to color and because the coloring is very muted, you can go absolutely wild for your background and pull in all the colors your crafty heart desires!

I stamped three of these party bears + the banner with alcohol marker friendly ink and colored them in with my Ohuhu markers. Once they were colored, I put the paper back in my Misti and stamped them all again with Versafine Onyx Black ink so I could add clear gloss embossing powder for a nice shiny outline. I cut them out with the coordinating dies and set them aside to work on my background. 

For the background, I die cut one of the ovals from the Scalloped Oval Mat 1 die set from watercolor cardstock. I masked off a portion at the bottom and added color to the rest with Distress spray stains. You can also do some ink smooshing here and intensify the color around the edges with ink blending!

I covered my A2 card with a piece of light blue cardstock and added the oval on top with foam tape. I love dimension, so I also added some foam tape to the back of the stamped images. A really easy card, but with all that color, it definitely packs a punch!

Spring Bouquet Cards with Lien and Isha

Hi crafty friends! It's Lien here, back with a beautiful easter or spring bouquet! I had so much fun making this card, I love putting together a paper bouquet, makes me feel like a florist. And since I suffer from whatever the opposite of a green thumb is, this is always a fun feeling. 

I used the Spring Bouquet stamp set to stamp out a handful of intricately layered flowers, some leaves and a few stems as well. Once they were all stamped out, I cut them out using the coordinating dies. 

For my background I used Distress Spray Stains on watercolor cardstock for a quick watercolor look. You can get a similar look by adding a lot of water to your ink smooshing. I cut out the background with the Scalloped Oval Mat 1 dies and added a sentiment from the Tranquil Tulips stamp set. I propped it up on a darker card and added the bouquet with foam tape as well. 

I finished this off with the beautiful iridescent bubbles embellishments and that's it!

Hello everyone! Isha here with a CAS floral card featuring the Spring Bouquet stamps and coordinating dies. I love these layering Iris stamps as I got beautiful results with the layers. 

Take a white mat layer, sponge lucky clover and cracked pistachio distress inks. Flick some white paint and distress inks. Stamp the flowers, leaves and stems from the Spring Bouquet stamp, die-cut using the coordinating dies.

Die-cut the circle outline using the Stitched Circle Large and Stitched Circle Small dies. Adhere the mat layer to the white card using 3d foam. Assemble the images. 

Stamp the sentiment from the Big Bold Greetings stamp using versamark ink, sprinkle WOW! white embossing powder, heat set. Die-cut using the coordinating dies. Adhere to the card.

Puppy Love Cards with Tina and Vanessa

Hello crafty friends, it’s Tina with a card that features the super cute Puppy Love set which is so adorable for Valentine, but also for any occasion when you want to send a card to a loved one! In my case for my hubby who is a dog lover, well we all are in our family. And since we have two cute Nizinny dogs, Mira and Lena, this set was perfect!  

After stamping and die cutting the two doggies and the hats (from Dashing Dachshund) I colored them with Copic markers in pink and blue shades, which is a bright happy combination for winter cards.

Next, I cut the Autumn Tree die from a piece of Neenah Solar White card stock.
I added some touches of blue with my copics and lots of snow paste sprinkled with fine white glitter. While the tree was drying, I started working on my background layers.

First, I embossed an A2 size piece of Neenah paper with the beautiful Quilted Hearts embossing folder. I love that subtle pattern; it really brings so much dimension and detail to an otherwise plain white background. Next, I cut this embossed piece with the outer part of the Frilly Frames Eyelet Lace die. This created a gorgeous, scalloped border around my panel.

My second background panel was cut, also from Neenah card stock with one of the dies from Scalloped Oval Mat 1. I used Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide and a blending brush to ink up this oval, and splattered on some water droplets and white paint for a snowy effect. After stamping the sentiment from Puppy Love onto a white strip, I added a piece of white glitter paper as a mat for extra sparkle.

To assemble the card, I started by gluing the quilted panel to a card base. I didn’t have the exact same blue shade base, so I used a white one and took my blue copic marker to color a border. A simple trick to create matching card bases!

Next, I added the oval panel with foam tape and adhered the snowy tree with liquid glue. The doggies and sentiment were also mounted with dimensional tape. With all my elements in place, I could figure out where to add the beautiful and sparkly Heart Shapes Pearls. These pearls gave this card all that gorgeous shimmer and shine, just perfect for a very special card!

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a sweet little card using Puppy Love.

I started with a white card base and inked it with light red Distress Oxide ink. Now I stamped the houses from Charming City onto the front. I stamped the images onto white cardstock, colored them with Copics, die-cut everything with the matching dies and adhered the pieces to the card with foam tape.

Then I die-cut the border from the Slimline Basic Borders dies and adhered it to the top of the card. Finally, I stamped the sentiment onto a strip of pink cardstock, trimmed it and added it to the card.

Holiday Greetings Cards with Marine and Waleska

Hey crafty friends, Marine here with you today, back with this cute gingerbread shaker card that features one of the gorgeous sentiments from Holiday Greetings, as well as both characters from Christmas Cookies and the holly leaves from Holiday Express. 

I started off by cutting a Frilly Frame Eyelet lace panel out of kraft cardstock, and I created a giant gingerbread cookie by applying rusty hinge, vintage photo and ground espresso distress inks on that panel. I also added cookie texture all over the panel by mixing each distress ink with water to splatter droplets on the paper, as well as white ink.

Once my cookie panel was dry, I cut an opening out of it, right in the middle, using a die from the Stitched Oval 2 die set, next I white heat embossed my "Season's Greetings" sentiment from Holiday Greetings on a piece of acetate that then I attached at the back of my cookie panel.

Still at the back of the panel, I added foam stripes all along the oval opening, rubbed the foam strips edges with my powder tool to make those edges non sticky, cleaned the excess of powder using a microfiber cloth, and then poured some shaker accessories inside the oval window. And then I closed my shaker panel using a Joyful Holiday panel that I attached to the foam strips.

Next I cut a 5,5" x 4,25" red panel from the Joyful Holiday paper pack, as well as a slightly smaller vellum panel. I attached my shaker panel on top of the vellum panel, and then the vellum panel to the red panel. And to totally complete my shaker panel, I cut a white glittery frame using a die from the Stitched Oval 2 die set + another one from the Scalloped Oval Mat 1 die set, and I attached that frame around the oval window to give the illusion of icing on the gingerbread cookie.

I stamped both characters from Christmas Cookies, as well as two holly leaves from Holiday Express using an alcohol marker friendly black ink, cut them using the coordinating dies and colored everything using my alcohol markers.

To finish my card, I white heat embossed the second part of my sentiment "Sending you sweet holiday wishes" on a red banner I cut out of a Joyful Holiday pattern paper. The words "Sending you" are from Bear Hugs, and the words "Sweet holiday wishes" are from Christmas Cookies. I attached that banner below the window, as well as the images using foam squares. And finally I added highlights on the images using a white gel pen, as well as glossy accents on the holly berries.

Hello Friends, Waleska here. Today I am sharing a very festive card mixing the Holiday Greetings Stamps and the Sledding Critters. I love colorful Christmas cards for this card I wanted to have red as the main color.

I first stamped and cut the Merry Christmas sentiment from the Holiday Greetings Stamps with red ink. I then stamped the cute Sledding Critters. I love this stamp set with all the different critters, I used copic markers to color them.  

For the base of the card I inked a piece of white cardstock with Oxide Inks in colors Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon. I wanted to add more interest and texture to this piece so I used the Moroccan Circles embossing folder.

I added this panel to a white and red bases and finally I mixed some white acrilic paint with water to create some snow! I hope you have a wonderful day, thank you so much for stopping by!
