Cheerful Daisies Cards with Franci and Ana

Hi there! Franci here with you, with a spring card featuring the Cheerful Daisies set.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Cheerful Daisies Frilly Frame Dies Spring Themed Cards by Franci Vignoli

First of all I made my card out of white cardstock and I inked the front with Distress ink to turn it into this bright red. Then I stamped my flowers using Lawn Fawn inks Sunflower and Carrots + some Memento Drops inks for the center and leaves (Toffee Crunch, Rich Cocoa, Pear Tart and Bamboo Leaves), and I die cut them with their coordinated dies.

I die cut my scalloped panel out of white cardstock using the Frilly Frames Eyelet Lace set, stamped my sentiment at the bottom and glued my flowers at the top with foam adhesive.

I added a little heart and glued my decorated panel on to the front of my card. Hope you like it and thank you so much for stopping by today!

Hello crafty friends! Ana here today with a daisy card showcasing Cheerful Daisies stamps and coordinating dies.

For my card today I decided to make yellow daisies! Yellow is such a happy, cheerful color and after looking up colors of daisies, I realized they come in so many colors but yellow ones just stood out like a ray of sunshine!

I stamped the daisies with two shades of yellow ink. I used light green inks for both the leaves and daisy centers. Once the images were stamped, I cut them out with coordinating dies.

I stamped spring sentiment in dark gray and fussy cut it out, and white heat embossed the word Hello on a piece of black cardstock. Sentiments are from Cheerful Daisies set.
For my background, I embossed a piece of white cardstock with Lots of Dots embossing folder and added light splatter. I backed the embossed panel with yellow patterned paper from Spring Fling paper pack.

I adhered the daisies, leaves and the sentiment with liquid glue and foam tape and embellished with yellow pearls from Rainbow Pearl pack.

I love how this card turned out – it just screams spring to me! Thank you so much for stopping by today! I will see you next week, and until then I wish you happy crafting!

Spring Scenes Cads with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a card using the wonderfully versatile Spring Scenes stamp set. Here comes my take on today's featured set.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Spring Scenes Spring Showers Party Pups Friendship Card by Vanessa Menhorn

I wanted to create a subtle background with the stamp set, so I stamped the scene onto the front of my rustic white card base with grey ink. Then I stamped the cute images from Spring Showers and Party Pups onto white cardstock, colored everything with Copics, die-cut the elements with the matching dies and adhered them to the card with foam tape.

Finally, I stamped the "HELLO" from Cheerful Daisies onto a strip of black cardstock, heat-embossed it with white embossing powder, trimmed it and adhered it to the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, stay healthy in your part of the world!

Hello everyone, Anja here and today I'm back with a card featuring the versatile Spring Scenes set which I combined with the Spring Showers Stamps. Looks like these kiddos are having so much fun chasing butterflies in the evening sun.

First, I started with the sunset sky by blending together some Distress Oxide Inks (Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick and Dried Marigold) on a piece of Bristol cardstock. I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

Next, I stamped all the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored them with my Copic Markers and used the coordinating dies to cut everything out. To keep the card flat and easy to mail, I adhered the images and the park scene with liquid glue.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Stay safe and healthy!

Blooming Frame Cards with Lynn and Ashley

Hello there! It’s Lynn here and today I'm sharing a floral Easter card I created featuring the pretty Blooming Frame die.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Blooming Frame Dies Cheerful Daisies Easter Card by Lynn Put

The detail in the Blooming Frame die is beautiful and can be used in so many different ways to create a new look each time. For my card I wanted to create an Easter card using the Happy Easter sentiment from the Chickie Baby stamp set which I thought would look nice stamped in a die cut circle. So even though the Blooming Frames die, once it’s die cut, leaves a rectangle of card stock in the center, I decided to camouflage that with the flowers from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set.

To create my card, I started out with a white card base then added a panel of pale blue card stock. Next I used the Blooming Frame die and die cut it from a piece of white card stock and adhered it to my card front. After that I stamped my Happy Easter sentiment onto a white die cut circle and added that in the center of my card.

Once that was done, I die cut several of the daisies from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set and stamped them in Daffodil Delight, Summer Sun, Pumpkin Pie, Hibiscus Burst, Raspberry Fizz ink, and Limeade Ice and New Leaf ink for the leaves. I added all of my stamped flowers and leaves around my circle sentiment popping up the largest yellow daisy with foam tape. To add a little sparkle, I glued on a few of the Iridescent Pastel Confetti and my card was complete.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!

Hello friends! It's Ashley with a sweet Easter card featuring the Blooming Frame die and leftover images from my Chickie Baby card! I really love the extra interest this frame brings to the card. It is just so lovely!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Blooming Frame Dies Chickie Baby Chubby Bunny Just Bee-cause Easter Card by Ashley Ebben

I started by die cutting the Blooming Frame from white cardstock. I highly recommend using a shim for this die. I don't have anything fancy - just a could pieces of scrap cardstock does the trick! I didn't use the shim at first, so I had a few fuzzy edges on some of my openings from multiple pass through in the machine.

I grabbed a stiff toothbrush and scrubbed them all away from the back - works like a charm! I masked off the frame so only the middle was left open. I blended a bit of Lawn Fawn Peach Fuzz and Minty Fresh inks before removing the tape and adding the frame to a piece of light grey cardstock.

I had a bunch of images leftover from my Chickie Baby card, so I decided to put them to good use here! When I make a scene card, I always stamp more images than I need and they usually go to waste so I was super happy to have a place for these ones. The images are from Chickie BabyChubby Bunny, and Just Bee-cause. I stamped them in Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink and colored with Copics before cutting them out with the matching dies. I finished the card with a "Happy Easter" sentiment from Happy Thoughts and a scattering of white jewels.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you are all staying safe and well! Have a wonderful day.

Border Die Focused Cards with Franci and Ana

Hi there! Franci here with you with a colorful Spring themed card today!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Heartstrings Border Dies Chickie Baby Spring Themed Card by Franci Vignoli

I started by making my card base out of white cardstock and cut out a matching white panel. Then I covered the front bottom of my card base with this colorful stripy rainbow patterned paper included in the Spring Fling set and I die cut my panel using this lovely hearts border die included in the Heartstrings Border dies set.

Then I stamped all my images from the Chickie Baby set, colored them with Copics, added some details with a white gel pen and die cut them with their coordinated dies. I assembled all the elements into this little cute scene, glued them down with a combo of liquid glue and foam adhesive and stamped my sentiment from the Cheerful Daisies set at the bottom.

Finally I mounted my decorated panel onto my card with more foam adhesive, I added some little sparkling clear sequins and a little red heart (I die cut this with one of the other border dies included in the set out of white cardstock and colored with my Copics!).

Hope you like this new happy Spring themed card and thank you so much for stopping by today!

Hello crafties! It’s Ana here today with a pastel floral card featuring beautiful Eyelet Lace Border dies and Botanical Backdrop die cut flowers.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Eyelet Lace Border Dies Botanical Backdrop Dies Spring Themed Card by Ana Anderson

I started by choosing my cardstock in pastel colors and die cutting Eyelet Lace borders. I die cut the flower pieces (from Botanical Backdrop) next, and started layering/adhering them together.

For the background I die cut white stitched rectangle mat with outline Frilly Frames Retro Petals die, then embossed two thirds of the top part of the panel with Quilted Hearts embossing folder.

I adhered Eyelet Lace borders below embossed part of the panel, then stamped the sentiment (from Timeless Tulips stamp set) with light pink ink. I adhered the die cut flowers and added rhinestones (from Rainbow Rhinestones pack) to the centers of each flower and my card was finished!

Thank you for taking the time to stop by today – I really hope you like today’s card and got inspired! I’ll see you next time, and until then I wish you a wonderful rest of your week!

Cheerful Daisies Cards with Lynn and Ashley

Hello! Happy Monday! It’s Lynn here, today I’m happy to be sharing a card that I created featuring the Cheerful Daisies stamp set and Cheerful Daisies dies.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Cheerful Daisies Frilly Frame Dies Sunny Sentiments Spring Themed Card by Lynn Put

To create my Cheerful Daisies card, I started out by die cutting a bunch of the daisies and leaves from white card stock using the Cheerful Daisies dies. After that I used hibiscus burst and raspberry fizz inks to stamp the daisies and daffodil delight and summer sun ink for the center of the daisies. The leaves were stamped in limeade ice and new leaf inks. The amount of detail in these stamps is fantastic and with each layer of stamping the daisies and leaves look realistic.

Once I had my daisies and leaves stamped, I worked on my background. I used Frilly Frames Lattice die with some white card stock for the first layer of my background. Then I die cut a rectangle of white card stock and blended on some Spiced Marmalade and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide ink. Once that was done I added some splatters of water and blotted them up with paper towel.

Next I heat embossing my Happy Spring sentiment with white embossing powder and adhered my ink blended rectangle to the Frilly Frames Lattice piece and then onto my card front. After that I adhered all of my daisies, popping up one of the larger daisies with foam tape. For a finishing touch, I stamped three little bees from the Sunny Sentiments stamp set and coordinating dies and colored them using Copic markers and added some yellow glitter to the centers of the daisies.

--------------------------------------------------

Hello friends! It's Ashley with a happy spring card featuring the newest layering stamp set from Sunny Studio - Cheerful DaisiesDoesn't it just make you smile? Nothing says spring like yellow daisies, blue gingham, and white eyelet lace!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Cheerful Daisies Frilly Frame Dies Happy Thoughts Everyday Card by Ashley Ebben

I started by blending a bit of Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink around the spot where I planned to place my daisies. Once I had a bit of color on the white cardstock, I die cut the piece using the Frilly Frames Eyelet Lace background die and adhered it to a piece of light blue gingham paper from the Gingham Pastels paper pack.

I then took out my Cheerful Daisies stamps and my Misti to do some layered stamping! I admit, I am very new to layered stamping, so I had to test out a few color combinations before I settled on my final picks. I went with Lawn Fawn Lemonade and Hero Arts Butter Bar for the petals, and Hero Arts Green Hills, Lawn Fawn Freshly Cut Grass, and Lawn Fawn Jalapeno for the leaves. Once I had several flowers and leaves completed, I used the Cheerful Daisies dies to cut everything out and added them to my card. I popped the larger middle flower and a couple of leaves up with foam squares for a bit of dimension.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Cheerful Daisies Frilly Frame Dies Happy Thoughts Everyday Card by Ashley Ebben

I stamped my sentiment from Happy Thoughts in Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink on a strip of white cardstock and cut the ends in a fishtail shape for a banner. I added the sentiment strip to the card with foam tape so it was popped up like the large flower. To finish, I scattered a few white pearls around the flowers for a pretty final touch.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you have a cheery day!
