Out On A Limb Cards with Audrey and Vanessa

Hello friends! Audrey here with a fun card to share with you using the Out on a Limb die set, which pairs perfectly with the newly released Little Birdie stamp set. 

To create my card, I started off with a piece of white cardstock cut to 4" x 5.25". I used a cloud stencil from my stash and some Broken China Distress Ink to add a sky to the left top 2/3 of the panel, fading the clouds out toward the right and bottom of the panel. I die cut the branch from the Out on a Limb die set from woodgrain cardstock and inked it with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. The leaves were cut from green cardstock and inked with Mowed Lawn Distress Ink. I glued them down with a glue pen, and stamped and colored images from the Little Birdie stamp set, which I then die cut with the coordinating Little Birdie dies. 

I arranged my scene, and adhered some elements flat and popped others up with foam tape. Before popping the panel up on an A2 card base, I added a strip of red heart paper from the Rainbow Bright 6x6 paper pad. To finish off the card, I added some white gel pen accents and a few tiny clay hearts for some added pops of red.

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a "miss you" card using the lovely Out on a Limb dies.

I first trimmed a panel of white cardstock slightly smaller than my card base and inked it with Cracked Pistachio and Pine Needles Distress Oxide inks. Now I die-cut the tree tops using the cloud border from Slimline Nature Borders dies, inked them and adhered them to the top of the card. I added the fence cut with the Scalloped Fence dies and a grassy border from the Picket Fence Border dies. 

Then I die-cut the tree branch and the leaves, colored these with Copic markers and adhered them to the card with foam tape. I stamped the bike from Paris Afternoon and the bird from Little Birdie, colored the images with Copics, die-cut the pieces with the matching dies and adhered the elements with foam tape. Finally, I stamped the sentiment from Critters on the Go onto a strip of red cardstock, heat-embossed it with white embossing powder, trimmed the strip and adhered it to the card.

Charming City Card with Marine

Hello crafty friends, Marine here, today I'm taking you back to Paris with this super cute and colorful 3D card Charming City. Those buildings are so lovely, the colors I used are not really the traditional colors of the Haussmann buildings in Paris, but spring is coming so I thought adding some colors would be a nice idea.

I started off by stamping all my images using an alcohol marker friendly black ink, I cut them all using the coordinating dies and colored everything using my alcohol markers. In addition to the buildings, trees and street lamps from Charming City, I also stamped and colored the Eiffel tower from Paris Afternoon, a girl from Fall Kiddos and the cute sausage dog from Critters on the Go.

Once the coloring was done, I cut all the pieces to build my 3d card. I created a cloudy sky for the background using a cloud stencil and tumbled glass distress ink, and I used a brick stencil with hickory smoke distress ink to create pavement on the insert pieces. Next I assembled all the pieces to build my 3D card base, and once it was done, I attached all the images on the insert pieces using gue dots for the buildings and liquid glue for the smallest pieces, as well as two more images on the front.

Next I created my sentiment. I white heat embossed the words "From" from Chickie Baby and "With love" from Spring Showers on black cardstock and trimmed them into two small banners. And for the word "Paris", I used the Chloe Alphabet die set to cut the letters twice out of two shades of aqua cardstock, I layered the letters and glued them on the front of the card as well.

And that's it. Now let's go for a walk in the streets of Paris, shall we? Let's go up the Eiffel tower and have a stunning view of the city! Bunnyville Cards with Gladys and Franci

Happy Wednesday! I hope you are all having a great day. Gladys here and I have a cute Spring slimline card for you today.

To start, I used a slimline die to cut from Bristol smooth card stock measuring 3 ¼ x 8 ¼ inches. On this panel I used peacock feathers distress oxide ink with a cloud stencil to create the sky. I also used the slimline die to cut from green cardstock then used a grass die to cut two grass borders. I inked the edges of the grass with lucky clover distress oxide ink to add depth. I adhered the top layer of grass to the second layer using foam tape and then glued it on top of the inked background.

Next I stamped and colored images from Bunnyville stamp set. I cut them out using their coordinating dies. I used a lot of the images onto the card to create my scene. Once I was happy with the arrangement I adhered them down with foam tape and liquid glue.

I created a combined sentiment using Chloe Alphabet dies and a stamped sentiment from Chubby Bunny. I cut out the letters for the word SPRING from the Flirty Flowers paper. Then I attached the scene panel onto a scallop border cut from pattern paper. Finally I added some details with white gel pen and diamond stickles for a little bit of sparkle.

Hi there and happy Wednesday! It's Franci here with you today with an Easter card, showcasing the adorable Bunnyville set. These bunnies are so so cute!

First of all I stamped all the images with a light sepia ink and colored them with copics, then die cut them out with their coordinated dies. I created my card base out of white cardstock and inked the front with the Speckled Egg distress ink oxide, leaving the center white. 

I stamped my sentiment in the center and then created my design by adhering all the elements all around with foam adhesive. Finally I added a couple of sequins and details with a white gel pen.

Critters On The Go Cards with Kavya and Isha

Hi folks, Kavya here. I am back on the blog with another fun project to share with you all! It’s another interactive card that I haven’t tried before - a Double Slider Card … well, in my case a single slider :) This was so much fun to make and I liked the idea of being able to expand the scene. 

I first started off by stamping and coloring multiple images to create the scene:

• Party Pups: Party Hats
• Spring Showers: Kite, Flowers and Butterflies
• Critters on the Go: The main critters on skateboard and scooter 
• Balloon Rides:  Sun, Cloud and Banners
• Seasonal Trees: Tree, Birdhouse and Birds
• Santa Claus Lane: Gifts
• Make a Wish: Cake 

Then I created my background by ink blending Salty Ocean and Tumbled glass. For the fence, grass and land, I used Scalloped Fence Die, Picket Fence Die, and Slimline Nature Border Dies to diecut them out of cardstock. I then used the matching dye inks to ink blend the edges.

Then, I assembled my Double Slider Die from Lawn Fawn and arranged all the critters on it! Finally, I added sentiments from Critters on the go to finish off my card :)

Hello everyone! Isha here with an adorable CAS card featuring the Critters On The Go stamp and coordinating dies. I really like all the cute and playful critters in this set.

I first created the cloud stencil by die-cutting a piece of acetate using the Slimline Nature Border die. I then sponged ink using this stencil to create a cloud background. 

Stamp the images, colour using copic markers and die-cut using the coordinating dies.

Heart Bouquet stamp and coordinating dies - Heart Balloon cluster
Critters On The Go stamp and coordinating dies - Scooter, bunny, giraffe and sentiment

Stamp the sentiment to the panel and assemble the scene. Die-cut the frame using the Fancy Frames Rectangle die, adhere the panel behind the frame. 

Apply Nuvo clear sparkle pen to the pennants and the balloons. Adhere this panel to a light grey cardbase. Thank you for dropping by. Have a nice day!
