Santa's Stocking Christmas Tags and Shaped Cards with Lexa

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with super fun shaped cards and gift tags for this Christmas. Highlighting the Santa's Stocking Dies with so many possibilities to get ready for the seasons.

I used white cardstock and various red patterned papers from Sunny Studio to create the Santa's Stockings. They look more fun with the patterns rather than plain red stockings. I stamped "Merry Christmas" from Petite Poinsettias on every stocking. You can many of this fun shaped cards in such a little time, all you need is the dies and papers. Since I had scrap papers left over, I decided to create some gift tags as well. Using the brand new tag dies called Build-A-Tag #2 Dies, I use a classic Christmas color combination in green and red.

The ornaments from Santa's Stocking Dies are super adorable, you know that you need them for your Christmas' projects. I mean...come on, who can resist the cuteness?? Here's the closer look of the gift tags... I also tied black and white twines.

I adhered some pieces with foam tapes to create dimension. I made lots of use of the pretty patterned papers. This simple greeting cards will make anyone's holiday even merrier. The sentiment on the right tag is from an older set called Merry Sentiment Stamps.

Build-A-Tag Dies Christmas Critter Gift Tags with Vanessa

Hi everyone! Vanessa here today with three tags made with the Build-A-Tag #1 dies. I love that these dies make it easy to create layered tags in so many versions. Here comes my take.

I first die-cut the bottom layers from red patterned paper from the Holiday Cheer 6x6 paper pad. Then I die-cut the top layers from white cardstock and inked their bottom edges softly with light aqua ink. I stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment from Christmas Home and assembled the tags with twine.

Finally, I stamped the images from Foxy Christmas and Happy Owlidays onto white cardstock, colored them with Copics, die-cut everything with the matching dies and adhered the elements to the tags.

Eskimo Kisses Interactive Arctic Christmas Card with Franci

Hi there and happy Wednesday! Franci here with you today, with a happy interactive card showcasing the new Eskimo Kisses mini set.

Since the first time I saw an inside shadow box card design by Jennifer McGuire, I've had so much fun creating these kind of projects. You can search for the tutorial on her YouTube channel and I'm sure you'll fall in love too! 

I always like to keep both the outside and the inside simple, since the all card is built with interest and dimension. For today I paired this cute couple with some polar critters and fun arctic accessorizes from the Polar Playmates set.

I stamped, colored and die cut all the images and created a clean scene on the outside, that I kind of framed and defined with some dry embossing details. 

On the inside I went crazy with colors, inspired by the Northern Lights atmospherics events. I used several distress inks to create also a rainbow effect and I drew some white dots here and there. I love these polar cuties so much! 

The oval window is die cut with the just released Stitched Oval dies and for the sentiment I paired both of the previously used stamp sets to create my own. It's so lovely that makes me giggle a lot!! 

Finally I added some sparkle and some more details with the white gel pen and my polar card is completed!

Sweater Vest Dies Ugly Christmas Sweater Card with Juliana

Hello friends! It's Juliana Michaels and today I'm excited to share a fun and festive card I created using the Sweater Vest die set. There's nothing quite as fun and festive as an ugly sweater vest and that's exactly what I've created to share with you.

To get started I created a card base by folding a piece of 4.25 x 11 inch cardstock in half. I then placed the large sweater vest die so that just the top edge hung over the fold and ran it through my die cutting card. 

On the inside of the card, I stamped a sentiment using a stamp from the Foxy Christmas stamp set. Next, I took the various dies from the set and cut out the pieces from colored cardstock. To give the sweater vest some texture, I embossed it using the Cable Knit embossing folder.

Now it's time to make this sweater ugly! I took the Merry Sentiments light bulb stamp and stamped it onto various colors of cardstock and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. I then took the coordinating die and cut them out. To give each light bulb a topper, I cut out the bulb from silver cardstock and trimmed off the lower part before adhering it to the bulb. I then used double sided foam tape to adhere the bulbs to the sweater vest. For the final touch, I added some white string for the bulb to hang from.

Christmas Trimmings Holly & Pine Cluster Be Merry Card with Eloise

Hello friends, Eloise here and today I have a card to share with you all using the Christmas Trimmings set. I love Mendi's layering sets, they're so amazing and easy to use. I paired this set with the Merry Word die as well as the Festive Greetings stamp set.

To begin my card today I started off with stamping out all the layered pieces from the Christmas Trimmings stamp set. I used various Altenew Inks for this. Once they were stamped, I cut them out using the coordinating dies.

(Inks Used: Altenew - Coral Berry, Ruby Red, Grapevine / Bamboo, Parrot, Moss / Sand Dunes, Rocky Shore, Espresso)

Next, I took a piece of watercolour cardstock, cut it down to 4" x 4" and ink blended some Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Inks in the centre. I flicked on some water and dried it off with a heat tool. 

Lastly, I adhered all my images into the centre of the inked cardstock with foam tape. I then die cut out the 'Merry' word from black cardstock and adhered it into place and white heat embossed the 'Be' word from Festive Greetings onto more black cardstock, cut it out and adhered it into place as well. 

For a last finishing touch I adhered it onto a card base I had made with the Holiday Cheer Patterned paper pack.

Guest Designer Spotlight: Merry Christmas Cards with Isha Gupta

Hello everyone! It’s Isha Gupta here, and I am so excited to be here as a guest designer today. I’m sharing four cards with you all using the new release products. I used The Christmas Trimmings stamp set along with the coordinating dies Eskimo Kisses stamp set, Cable Knit embossing folder and the Santa's Stocking dies.

For my first card, I went for a CAS style. I created a mask using a heart shape, masked and sponged some distress inks to it. I then applied some snow through a stencil and let it dry.

Meanwhile, I stamped the cute images from the Eskimo Kisses stamp set and colored them in using Copic markers. I then cut them and adhered them to the card. I then stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Trimmings stamp set. Finally, I adhered three die cut snowflakes.

Still keeping the CAS style, I went for a complete watercolor card using the Christmas Trimmings stamp set. This set is so versatile, it has GORGEOUS layering stamps, which I will be sharing on a later card. 

Here I simply stamped the pine needles and the berries using dye inks and watercolors. Love the effect on this one. 

Since, I am enjoying both the stamp sets, I used them both here and created a watercolor scene. 

This time I added a bit of embossing glitter to the pine needles. Love these cute Eskimo Kisses images :)

I decided to go for a shaped card as this Santa's Stocking die is just the perfect size. I die-cut it and then stamped, colored the girl image. I then run it through my big shot using the Cable Knit embossing folder. 

I die-cut the rest of the layering parts using a light blue cardstock and adhered it to the stocking. I then stamped the holly leaves using all the three layers. The layering is amazing, it gives such a wonderful results.

I really love the new release as it is so super adorable and versatile too. I had so much fun playing with the both sets, even using them together on a card. Thank you Mendi for having me.
