Embossing Folder Focused Cards with Ana and Franci

Hi crafty friends! It’s Ana here today with a super fun card featuring Lots of Dots Embossing Folder as well as Super Duper stamp set! I just love the versatility of this dotted embossing folder! The panels look fantastic when embossed on white or colored cardstock as well as the patterned papers. 

For today’s card I have decided to use Lots of Dots on Heroic Halftones patterned paper. I choose the blue patterned paper, created the circles with Staggered Circles Dies, then ran the paper through my die cutting machine with Lots of Dots embossing folder.

Next, I stamped, colored and die cut the little superheroes from Super Duper stamp set, then created the background panel by inking Salty Ocean distress ink.

I stamped the sentiments (from Super Duper stamp set) and die cut them with speech bubbles dies (from Comic Strip Speech Bubbles and Super Duper die sets). After adhering all the elements, I completed the scene by lining it with red cardstock and embellishing with Primary Star Confetti.

Hello there! Franci here with you today with a Fall- non traditional colors card full of little owls.

I started by creating my card base and cut 2 panels to match all out of white cardstock. Then I die cut one panel with 2 of the Fishtail Banner II set dies, I embossed the other one using the Lots of Dots embossing folder and I colored it by sponging blue Distress inks on top, to emphasize the cool design.

I stamped, colored and die cut 3 owls from the Woodsy Autumn set and I also die cut some little stars out of silver glitter paper using the free dies you get when you place an order at the Sunny Studio shop, while supplies last! I assembled all the elements and glued everything down with liquid glue and foam adhesive.

Finally I stamped my sentiment that's from the Woodsy Autumn set too and I added some Nuvo White Drops dots here and there.

Comic Strip Speech Bubble Cards with Leanne and Eloise

Hello everyone, Leanne here! I have a fun holiday card to share today. I love a good grid design and the Comic Strip Speech Bubble die makes it so easy. The hardest part was deciding what color to use for the comic strip frame. I tried a few different solid colored card stocks, but eventually chose a colorful polka dot print from the Holiday Cheer 6x6 paper pad. I think the polka dot print adds just the right amount whimsy to the card. 

I created an ink blended aqua background using a combo of Tumbled Glass and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide inks.  I generously splattered the background panel with thinned white paint. I then adhered the Comic Strip frame overtop and stamped the greetings in the two small square areas of the frame. The stamped greetings are from the Mug Hugs set. 

I Copic colored the images from Mug Hugs and cut them out with the coordinating Mug Hug dies. I adhered them with dimensional foam squares. For a bit of sparkle and pizzazz, I added some glittery die cut snowflakes and a few clear sequins. I adhered this festive panel to an A2 size card base and my first holiday card of the season was complete!

Hi everyone, Eloise here and today I’m using the Comic Strip Speech Bubble Dies along with the Super Duper Stamp Set to create an superhero themed card.

I started off with stamping out my images onto some white cardstock. On one sheet I stamped one of the superheroes and the bursts randomly. And then on the other sheet, I stamped out the rest of the superheroes and accessories more carefully so they would fit underneath the Comic Strip Speech Bubble Dies. For the ‘randomly’ stamped sheet, I used bright colours for each of them and the other background piece I used all greys.

(Copic Markers Used: W00, W0, W1, W3, W5, W7, W9 / R14, R24, R27, R89 / Y11, Y13, Y15, Y19 / E41, E42, E43, E44 / E000, E00, E02, E21 / B91, B93, B95, B97)

Once all the pieces were coloured in, I die cut the colourful images out. Then instead of die cutting out the grey coloured pieces, I cut masks for those instead.

I then adhered the masks over the top of the grey coloured images and ink blended some Pumice Stone and Hickory Smoke Distress Inks over the entire background. Lighter in the middle and darker on the outside. I flicked on some water and dried it off with a heat tool. I removed the masks to reveal the greyscale background.

I die cut out the Comic Strip Speech Bubble Dies from white cardstock and adhered it over the top. I then added foam tape onto the coloured images and adhered them into place too.

Lastly, I cut a red speech bubble out and white heat embossed ‘You’re Incredible’ onto it. I then added foam tape and adhered it onto my card. I then finished up with adhering the Primary Star Confetti into place around the card as well.

Sunflower Fields Cards with Eloise and Leanne

Hi everyone, Eloise here and today I’ll be using the Sunflower Fields Stamp Set to create a thank you card.

I started off with stamping out the images from the Sunflower Fields Stamp Set. I used various dye inks for each image. I stamped 7 flowers, 7 leaves and 3 bees. Once they were stamped, I cut them out. While I was die-cutting I also die cut out a white frame and also a Kraft coloured speech bubble from the Comic Strip Speech Bubble Dies.

I added foam tape onto the backs of all my images and adhered them onto a piece of blue cardstock. I then adhered the white frame around the piece as well.

For my sentiment, I white heat embossed the ‘Many Thanks’ from Sunflower Fields onto the speech bubble I die cut earlier. I added more foam tape on to the back and adhered it down onto my panel. I then adhered the bees around it.

Hi Friends! Leanne here and I have a slimline card to share today that is sure to brighten anyone's day, thanks to some beautiful images from the Sunflower Fields stamp set.

My slimline Kraft card base measures 8.5" long by 3.5" wide. I created an ink blended background panel using Peacock Feathers Distress Ink. I splattered the panel generously with thinned white and brown paint to give it a little more interest. I stamped out 3 sunflowers and several leaves from Sunflower Fields. I die cut with the coordinating Sunflower Fields dies and then arranged the images across the length of the background.  

Next I created a custom greeting to layer over the sunflowers. The stamped part, which is white heat embossed on dark brown card stock, is from the Sunny Sentiments set. I then added the die cut Sunshine Word to complete the greeting. Lastly I added a few stamped bees, also from Sunflower Fields, and some white Nuvo Crystal drops.

Super Duper Cards with Ana and Franci

Hello friends! It’s Ana here today sharing two adorable gift boxes featuring Super Duper stamps and dies.

To start, I created two boxes using Wrap Around Box Dies and blue and pink cardstock. I stamped, colored and die cut the images from Super Duper stamp set next. I stamped the sentiments (from the stamp set) in matching colors of each project and used Comic Strip Speech Bubbles dies as well as Super Duper dies, to cut them out.

For the boy’s box I die cut city border twice, using Cityscape Border Dies. For the yellow mat behind the border I used cut file template (you can find it at the bottom of the description under Cityscape Border Dies).

I adhered the city border to the blue box, wrapping it around the entire box. 

I added little superheroes and sentiments with thin foam tape and embellished with Primary Star Confetti and stars I die cut with dies from Comic Strip Speech Bubbles dies. For the pink box, I die cut the clouds out of glitter paper and pink patterned paper from Surprise Party Paper pack and layered pink clouds over glitter ones. 

I used rectangle stitched die (from Wrap Around Box Die set) to cut the clouds and adhered them to the top and bottom of each side of the pink box. I added the adorable superhero girls and sentiments, and embellished with stars and flowers sequins. 

To embellish the petal closure I used confetti from Pink & Purple Heart Confetti.

Hello there! Franci here with you today with an incredible card. I'm showcasing the Super Duper set with a colorful project, perfect for all your beloved little ones.

First of all I die cut 3 Stitched Ovals (using the biggest die inside the set) and I created a shaped card base with 2 of them. The third one, I die cut it with one of the Fluffy Clouds border set dies. 

I also die cut multiple elements from the Heroic Halftones paper using these dies set: Stitched Ovals, Cityscape border die and the Fancy Frames Oval Dies set.

I stamped, Copic colored, and die cut all my images and glued everything down creating this fun and colorful shaped card design. I added some details with a white gel pen, some silver sparkle dots here and there. Finally I stamped my sentiment in the top right corner and my card is complete!
