Just Bee-cause Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here today with an inside shadowbox card using the Just Bee-Cause set. The outside is pretty simple, the magic is happening inside:

I first created my inside shadowbox card using white cardstock, my scoring board and a rectangle die. Before assembling it, I colored the inside bottom with green Copics. Then I covered the front with patterned paper from the Amazing Argyle 6x6 pad. 

Using the Comic Strip Everyday Dies, I die-cut the strip of grass from white cardstock, colored it green and adhered it inside. Now I stamped all the images, colored them with Copics, die-cut them with the matching dies and adhered the elements to the card.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment for the outside and the inside onto a strip of yellow cardstock, trimmed it and adhered the strips to the card. I love how the the various Sunny Studio stamps work together! Besides the Just Bee-Cause set, I used A Bird's Life, Happy Harvest and Silly Sloths.

Hello everyone, Anja here and today I'm featuring the adorable Just Bee-cause 2x3 mini stamp set. It works perfectly with the Frilly Frames Hexagon Dies.

I used both dies together and cut the scalloped hexagon design from yellow cardstock. I layered it on top of a piece of patterned paper from the Heroic Halftones Paper pack.

Next, I die cut a circle from Bristol paper and did some ink blending with Tumbled Glass and Broken China Distress Oxide Inks. I added two stitched clouds using the Fluffy Clouds Dies. To make them lighter, I carefully applied white pigment ink with a sponge dauber. I die cut one of the Fancy Frames Circle Dies and adhered it to the sky background circle.

I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out. The sentiment was stamped in VersaMark Ink onto a strip of black cardstock and heat embossed with white embossing powder.

Finally, I adhered the framed circle and images with foam tape and tucked the sentiment strip under the beehive.

Super Duper Cards with Lexa and Rachel

Hi everyone! Lexa here today and I hope you are all feeling awesome. I'm going to share a super fun interactive birthday card that will be perfect for a little girl who loves superheroes (just like my daughter). This card is highlighting Super Duper Stamps and the coordinating dies.

First, I use Frilly Frames Hexagon Dies on pink stripes patterned paper from Striped Silly Paper Pad and cut the lines along the stitched to create a window in the middle. The frilly border gives a girly look to this card. I want to create a shaker card with an extra interactive movement from one of the supergirl on the left. To create the scene, I use Fluffy Clouds Border Dies and a green hill to complete it. 

The shaker part is only on the blue sky, I add Birthday Cake Dot Sprinkle, it's super cute and fun! I love the colors. The hills look empty so I adhere some pink and white Clay Flower Confetti, it also gives my card some textures. I use yellow cardstock for the speech bubbles from Comic Strip Speech Bubble Dies. I had so much fun creating this card.

Hello everyone! It's Rachel here and I have a card to share with you today that features the Super Duper Stamp Set. I love these adorable little Super Heroes!

I placed my heroines on a purple background of blended Distress Oxide Inks (Wilted Violet and Shaded Lilac). I blended my inks onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and then splattered it with some water using a #4 paintbrush.

I then blotted it dry with a paper towel and then added some splatters of diluted white and purple inks. I cut two city skylines using the Cityscape Border Die and attached them to the base of my card, using 3D Foam Tape to adhere the front one for some added dimension.

I stamped my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then used Copic Markers to color them. Colors used: (Skin: E0000, E000, E21, E11, E04; Red Hair: YR14, E97, E07, E29; Blond Hair: E50, E53, E55, E57; Brown Hair: E41, E43, E44, E47; Pinks: RV000, RV00, RV02, RV52, RV55, RV66, RV69; Purples: V000, V01, V04, V06, V09; Teal: BG10, BG11, BG13, BG49, BG78; Blues: B000, B00, B02, B05).

I used the coordinating Super Duper Dies to cut my images out and adhered them to my card with some 3D Foam Adhesive. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment with Black Ink onto some white card stock and trimmed it down to fit my card.

Embossing Folders Focused Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hello there! Vanessa here today with a fall card using one of the gorgeous new embossing folders. Embossing folders add so much beautiful texture to cards.

First, I embossed the front of my white card base with the Moroccan Circles Embossing. Then I trimmed a piece of patterned paper from the Colorful Autumn Paper, stamped the sentiment from Woodsy Autumn Stamps and adhered it to the card.

Now I stamped the leaves and the acorns from Elegant Leaves and Beautiful Autumn onto white paper, colored the images with Copics, die-cut the elements with the matching dies and adhered them to the card. Finally, I added orange sequins.

I can't get enough of the beautiful colors of autumn - we are still in midst of a hot summer and I am impatiently waiting for cooler weather :) Thanks for visiting!

Hello everyone, Anja here and today's card features the Lots of Dots Embossing Folder. It's perfect to add some texture to your projects like I did with my background.

First, I did an ink blended background with Distress Oxides in warm autumn colors (Ripe Persimmon, Carved Pumpkin, Wild Honey, Mustard Seed and Scattered Straw). I flicked on some water droplets with a paint brush. When everything was completly dry, I ran the panel through my die-cutting machine using the embossing folder. I also added a couple random sparkly splatters.

Next, I stamped the sweet hedgehog, the tree and fall leaves from the Woodsy Autumn set in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut the images out.

 
For the grass, I cut a strip of one of the green Heroic Halftones 6x6 Papers and used the grass border die from the Comic Strip Everyday Die set. I sponged on a little Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Ink. The sentiment was stamped in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I also adhered a little die-cut heart to the right. Finally, I assembled my card and applied some Nuvo Golden Sunset Glitter Drops.

Elegant Leaves Cards with Ana and Franci

Hello everyone! It's Ana here today sharing three cards featuring gorgeous Elegant Leaves stamps and coordinating dies as well as patterned paper packs from the newest fall 2019 release.

For my first card I have used Elegant Leaves stamp set and Staggered Circles Dies. To start, I have placed Staggered Circles Die on a piece of white cardstock and penciled the placement of each circle. I aligned the stamps onto each circle next, then used mini ink pads to create multiple colors on each leaf.

This technique is easy to achieve if you have a stamping platform and don't mind getting your fingers inky! As I stamped each color, I wiped off the rough edges mini ink cubes created. I started with the darkest color in the middle of each image and worked my way out to the lightest, making sure the colors mix. I did not clean the stamp between each color.

For the colors, I used several different brands of inks in dark and medium browns, rust, mustard, dark yellow and green.

Once all the stamping was done, I die cut circles using Staggered Circles Dies and adhered the panel on a piece of beautiful patterned paper from Colorful Autumn Paper Pack. I heat embossed the sentiments, added some splatter and few pearls to finish the card.

I decided to make a shaker card for my second project. I used Colorful Autumn Patterned paper for the background. I die cut a circle in the middle creating a shaker opening and backed the panel with patterned paper from Heroic Halftones Patterned Paper pack. For my shaker elements, I used rainbow Clay Flower Confetti. 

I stamped the Thankful sentiment (from Elegant Leaves stamp set) with 3 shades of blue ink, creating an ombre effect, then fussy cut it out. The leaves were stamped with brown ink, colored with alcohol markers then tucked behind the sentiment. I white heat embossed the rest of the sentiment.

Completed panel was adhered to A2 size card base.

For my third card I used Stitched Oval Dies to create white oval frame as well as an opening in the brown background panel. I used Dapper Diamonds Embossing Folder to create the pattern on the background panel then added white oval frame with foam tape.

I heat embossed the sentiment directly on the card base, added some shading with Vintage Photo Distress Ink around the sentiment, then adhered the background panel to the card base.

I heat embossed the leaves from Elegant Leaves stamp set, colored them with alcohol markers and die cut with coordinating dies. I arranged the leaves around the oval frame, tucked few inside of the frame, them embellished the card with brown gems.

Hello there and happy Wednesday! Franci here with you today with my first card featuring the new release which I adore!! Here I'm showcasing the new Elegant Leaves set with a special card, totally out of my comfy zone but super fun to make!

First of all I stamped all the leaves on to my white panel, I let them dry completely and I watercolored them with light colors. I also added some sparkle watercolors splatters here and there. I had this idea in my mind: making a dreamy fall leaves patterned paper - I'm so happy about how it turned out.

Then I die cut the word Hello twice out of chocolate cardstock, I glued the layers together and added a coat of Glossy Accents. I also die cut a little heart out of sparkle gold paper using the mini die included in the Comic Strip Everyday Dies set. 

I glued my panel on to a white card base, I added some white twine, some vellum and glued everything down. Finally I also added some white embellishments.
