Nativity Scene Builder Card with Tina H

Hi there, crafty friends, Tina here with a very sweet Christmas card featuring the beautiful Nativity Scene Builder die set.

These dies offer so many options for gorgeous silhouette cards in any kind of colored paper. But today, I wanted to do something different, so I cut all the necessary pieces from white cardstock. They will blend nicely with the darker sky portion of the design.

To set the scene, I cut a white panel with the outer die from Frilly Frames Stripes. Next, I turned this piece into a frame with the largest of the Stitched Semi Circles. For my background, I blended a pink with touches of purple sky using inks from my stash. While this paper was drying, I created a simple white card base. Next, I adhered the sky portion to the frame with liquid glue and added the scene to my card base.

Then it was time to put all my die cut elements in place to build the beautiful stable scene. Of course, I also added lots of little stars from the Comic Strip Speech Bubbles set. For the sentiment, I went with a Merry Christmas in a lovely font (Christmas Home). Lastly, I added several Champagne Clear Jewels for that extra shine and sparkle.

I hope you got inspired by this beautiful scene, and as always, thank you for joining me. Happy crafting!
