Enchanted Cards with Rachel and Candice

Hello crafty friends! It's Rachel here and I have a fun shadow box card to share with you that showcases the Enchanted Stamp Set.

My card folds perfectly to fit into a standard A2 sized envelope when folded flat. Standing upright, it measures at 4" wide x 4.25" inches tall. I stamped all of my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and colored them with Copic Markers. I then used the coordinating Enchanted Die Set to cut them out.

For some extra detail, I added some layers of grass using the grass die from the Sunny Sentiments Die Set. For my background, I blended some Shaded Lilac and Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Inks for my sky.

I'm glad you are visiting with us today! Candice with you sharing one of my all time favorite childhood stories, Cinderella, using the new Enchanted stamp set!

I used a variety of Sunny Studio Stamps products to create this fairy tale scene:

• Enchanted stamps & coordinating dies
• Spring Scenes stamps & coordinating dies
• Banner Basic stamps & coordinating dies
• Kinsley Alphabet stamps
• Fall Kiddos stamps & coordinating dies
• Frilly Frames Hexagon dies
• Woodland Borders dies

I began the card with an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base that fits perfectly into your standard size envelopes. For the background, I first die cut the scalloped frame using the partial die cut method, heat embossed the sparkle in white and inked it with chipped sapphire, faded jeans, blueprint sketch & hickory smoke. I then splattered with a wet toothbrush and white paint to create my small stars. I die cut the grass hills, inked them with pine needle & evergreen bough and inked a strip with hickory smoke and added some gravel to create the path.

While that dried, I stamped all the images listed above, colored with Copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

To put the card together, I layered the mountains behind the grass hills and tucked the castle behind the gravel path, gluing them all down flat. I then added the rest of the images with foam tape, including the banner with the sentiment created using the new Kinsley Alphabet set. I added a few drops of Nuvo glitter and used Wink of Stella in all the windows for some more sparkle.

Spring Scenes Cads with Vanessa and Anja

Hello to you! Vanessa here with a card using the wonderfully versatile Spring Scenes stamp set. Here comes my take on today's featured set.

I wanted to create a subtle background with the stamp set, so I stamped the scene onto the front of my rustic white card base with grey ink. Then I stamped the cute images from Spring Showers and Party Pups onto white cardstock, colored everything with Copics, die-cut the elements with the matching dies and adhered them to the card with foam tape.

Finally, I stamped the "HELLO" from Cheerful Daisies onto a strip of black cardstock, heat-embossed it with white embossing powder, trimmed it and adhered it to the card.

Hello everyone, Anja here and today I'm back with a card featuring the versatile Spring Scenes set which I combined with the Spring Showers Stamps. Looks like these kiddos are having so much fun chasing butterflies in the evening sun.

First, I started with the sunset sky by blending together some Distress Oxide Inks (Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick and Dried Marigold) on a piece of Bristol cardstock. I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.

Next, I stamped all the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored them with my Copic Markers and used the coordinating dies to cut everything out. To keep the card flat and easy to mail, I adhered the images and the park scene with liquid glue.

Chickie Baby Cards with Franci and Ana

Hello there and happy Wednesday! Franci here with you today, showcasing the Chickie Baby set.

Awww. I love all these little spring cuties!! First of all I created my card out of white cardstock and then I stamped and colored with my Copics all the chicks and their Easter accessories.

I added some details with a white gel pen to all of them and then die cut them with their coordinated dies. I created all the mini scenes and glued them on to my card in this fun design with foam adhesive.

Finally I stamped my sentiment and added some clear sequins to finish my card. I'm so super happy about how this turned out because it's clean and simple but full of critters and happy colors!

Hello friends! It’s Ana and I am back today with super adorable Easter gift bag featuring Chickie Baby stamps and coordinating dies as well as several other amazing products I used to create it.

I created my gift bag first, using 2 pieces of pink patterned paper from Spring Fling paper pack and Sweet Treat Bag dies. I die cut the grassy hills next with Woodland Borders dies, adhered them to the bottom of the bag and assembled the bag with strong score tape.

I stamped little chicks, basket, flower and large eggs (from Chickie Baby stamp set) and bunny and the sentiment (from Chubby Bunny stamp set) and colored them with Copic markers. Butterflies are from Spring Scenes and Spring Showers stamp sets.

Once the images were colored, I cut them with coordinating dies and added highlights with white gel pen. I adhered the images to the gift bag with liquid glue and foam tape and my sweet Easter treat bag was completed!

I just love this cute gift bag – such a perfect size to add chocolate eggs to and gifting it for Easter! I really hope you’ve enjoyed today’s post – Thank you so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Prancing Pegasus Cards with Leanne and Mindy

Hello crafty friends! Leanne here today. I have a fun shaker card to share that features an image and birthday greeting from Prancing Pegasus. This card is what I like to call a pocket shaker. I used a stamp storage pocket to hold the confetti mix. I think it's the quickest and easiest way to make a shaker card. 

I started by trimming a piece of patterned paper from the Spring Fling 6x6 Paper Pack down to A2 size (4.25" x 5.5"). I slide this panel into the storage pocket and then added the Iridescent Pastel Confetti mix. I folded the top of the storage pocket over and secured it to the back.  With the shaker part closed up, I began decorating the outside. I die cut two layers of Fluffy Cloud Borders. I lightly blended on some Peacock Feather Distress ink to the top edges of the clouds. I then added the cloud layers along the bottom of the shaker panel with some strong adhesive tape. 

I Copic colored the Pegasus and a few star images. I used the coordinating Prancing Pegasus dies to cut the images out. I die cut a speech bubble using the Comic Strip Speech Bubble dies and silver heat embossed the birthday sentiment with stamps from the Prancing Pegasus set. I then adhered all these elements to complete the outside of the shaker panel. Lastly, I used a strong adhesive tape to secure my shaker panel to an A2 sized card base.

Hello! It’s Mindy from My Creative Scoop. Today I’m sharing a bright and cheery rainbow card using the Fluffy Cloud Border Dies and Prancing Pegasus stamp and die set.

I used my Fluffy Cloud Border Dies and cut out some clouds to use as a stencil. Then I started at the top and sponged the clouds in my Distress Oxide Inks. 

Here’s a list of the colors I used from top to bottom: Picked Raspberries, Dried Marigold, Squeezed Lemonade, Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers, Shaded Lilac and Spun Sugar.

I stamped my Pegasus image in Memento Black ink onto my Copic Xpress it Blending Card. The sentiment is from the Spring Showers Stamp Set and is also stamped in Memento Black ink.

Here’s a list of Copics I used: Body and Wings – N5, N3, N1, N0; Hair – R32, YR04, Y02, YG13, B12, V12, R81

The scalloped frame is cut up in heavy white cardstock 2 times and I layered them so it would have a little more dimension. I finished my card by adding some Iridescent Pastel Rainbow Confetti.

Blooming Frame Cards with Lynn and Ashley

Hello there! It’s Lynn here and today I'm sharing a floral Easter card I created featuring the pretty Blooming Frame die.

The detail in the Blooming Frame die is beautiful and can be used in so many different ways to create a new look each time. For my card I wanted to create an Easter card using the Happy Easter sentiment from the Chickie Baby stamp set which I thought would look nice stamped in a die cut circle. So even though the Blooming Frames die, once it’s die cut, leaves a rectangle of card stock in the center, I decided to camouflage that with the flowers from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set.

To create my card, I started out with a white card base then added a panel of pale blue card stock. Next I used the Blooming Frame die and die cut it from a piece of white card stock and adhered it to my card front. After that I stamped my Happy Easter sentiment onto a white die cut circle and added that in the center of my card. 

Once that was done, I die cut several of the daisies from the Cheerful Daisies stamp set and stamped them in Daffodil Delight, Summer Sun, Pumpkin Pie, Hibiscus Burst, Raspberry Fizz ink, and Limeade Ice and New Leaf ink for the leaves. I added all of my stamped flowers and leaves around my circle sentiment popping up the largest yellow daisy with foam tape. To add a little sparkle, I glued on a few of the Iridescent Pastel Confetti and my card was complete.

Hello friends! It's Ashley with a sweet Easter card featuring the Blooming Frame die and leftover images from my Chickie Baby card! I really love the extra interest this frame brings to the card. It is just so lovely!

I started by die cutting the Blooming Frame from white cardstock. I highly recommend using a shim for this die. I don't have anything fancy - just a could pieces of scrap cardstock does the trick! I didn't use the shim at first, so I had a few fuzzy edges on some of my openings from multiple pass through in the machine. 

I grabbed a stiff toothbrush and scrubbed them all away from the back - works like a charm! I masked off the frame so only the middle was left open. I blended a bit of Lawn Fawn Peach Fuzz and Minty Fresh inks before removing the tape and adding the frame to a piece of light grey cardstock.

I had a bunch of images leftover from my Chickie Baby card, so I decided to put them to good use here! When I make a scene card, I always stamp more images than I need and they usually go to waste so I was super happy to have a place for these ones. The images are from Chickie Baby, Chubby Bunny, and Just Bee-cause. I stamped them in Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink and colored with Copics before cutting them out with the matching dies. I finished the card with a "Happy Easter" sentiment from Happy Thoughts and a scattering of white jewels.
