Therm-O-Web Cards with Franci and Mona

We are so excited to be partnering up with the Therm-o-web team this week. Both teams will be sharing projects all week long, combining products from both Therm-o-web and Sunny Studio Stamps, so we hope you'll stop by and visit their blog as well!

Hello there and happy Wednesday!! Franci here with you and today I'm so super happy to show you a special project I made with Sunny Studio and Therm-O-Web products. I love when brands collaborate in fun events and I get to combine lots of stuff I love into one happy project and this is the case!!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Spring Greetings Breakfast Puns Fancy Frames Rectangle Dies Loopy Letters Dies Cards by Franci Vignoli and Mona Toth

I picked up my fave Therm-O-Web and Sunny Studio products and had lots of fun!!
First of all I created my card out of simple white cardstock and I cut out a strip of the same cardstock to build my scene on. I also cut out a tiny coordinated strip to create the grass, I colored it with some Distress oxide inks and I cut it out using a little grass border die included in the Comic Strip Everyday dies.

I stamped, colored (with copics) and die cut all the images and I've said this a billion times already, but this Spring Greetings mini set is my fave for the season! These bunnies are both so elegant and cute I wanna fit them in every project (I can't wait to make a Christmas card with them ;)).

I kept my dies in place while running through my Big Shot with some Purple tape and it's amazing! Then I inked up my stripe of white cardstock with some blue Distress ink to create the sky and glued all my images down.

I added some Iridescence foil details on to my card base using double adhesive tape and adhered my little scene with the 3D foam strips. It's such a simple design but in real life all those foil details make it so wonderful!

Finally I stamped my sentiment and added some sparkling clear sequins. Hope you like my card and thank you so much for stopping by today :)

Hi crafty friends! It's Mona here, and I am featuring the Breakfast Puns stamp set with some Therm-O-Web products and I have another card making tutorial for you.

But before the tutorial let's see which products I used for this project. By the way ... you need this Iridescent foil asap!

I decided to make a foiled background (because why not), so I started my cardmaking process with hot-foiling.

I cut a 5.25"x4" inch piece of Toner Sheet, then I cut a larger piece of Iridescent foil and placed it on the toner sheet. I run it through my hot laminator with parchment paper. Next, I made a violet frame with the Fancy Frames Rectangle dies.

When it was done, I prepared the background. I picked a violet cardstock from the Flirty Flowers paper pad. I Adhered the foiled background to my card base with 3D Foam Strips.

I adhered the text, which was created with the Loopy Letters dies and when it was done I added my colored yummies from the Breakfast Puns stamp Set.

In the end I added clear dots with Nuvo Drops and my card was ready! Thank you very much for reading through my post, I hope that you have enjoyed it and I have inspired you! If you like my creations let's be friends on Instagram. :)

Therm-O-Web Cards with Juliana and Angelica

We are so excited to be partnering up with the Therm-o-web team this week. Both teams will be sharing projects all week long, combining products from both Therm-o-web and Sunny Studio Stamps, so we hope you'll stop by and visit their blog as well!

Hello Sunny Studio friends! Juliana Michaels here with you and I'm super excited to be sharing a card I created using a combination of Sunny Studio Stamps and Therm-O-Web products! Therm-O-Web just released some amazing new products and they were the perfect compliment to the card the I made.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Botanical Backdrop Everything's Rosy Hello Word Die Two Scoops Stitched Oval Friendship Cards by Juliana Michaels Angelica Conrad

I began by taking a piece of Deco Foil White Foam Adhesive and trimmed it to just slightly larger than the frame from the Botanical Backdrop Die. I adhered one side of this to a piece of 65 lb white cardstock to add some stability to the foam. Next, I placed the die cut backdrop on the side with the removable liner and ran it through my die cutting machine. I then peeled off the liner and adhered the Green Envy Deco Foil Flock Transfer Sheet with the flocking side facing the adhesive and ran this through my die cutting machine to adhere the flock to the foam.

To continue creating the background, I took another piece of Deco Foil White Foam Adhesive trimmed to 4.25 x 5.5 inches and once again adhered a piece of 65lb white cardstock to one side of it. When working with larger pieces or more detailed dies, I have found this really helpful to give some stability to the pieces and die cuts. This time I adhered a piece of White Latte Deco Foil Flock Transfer Sheet to the foam adhesive and ran it through my die cutting machine.

To add a bit more texture to the flock, I then placed this inside the Dapper Diamonds Embossing Folder and ran this through my die cutting machine. I used Therm O Web iCraft Mixed Media Adhesive to adhere the die cut flocked frame to the embossed flocked background.

To embellish the card, I stamped the beautiful layered roses and leaves from the Everything's Rosy Stamp Set. For the roses, I used Scrapbook.com's Rose Group Premium Hybrid Ink and for the leaves I used Ranger Archival Ink in Fern Green, Leaf Green and Sap Green. I then die cut the images using the Everything's Rosy Die Set

To hold the dies in place as I was die cutting the stamped images, I used Therm O Web Purple Tape which is now available in a ½” width and fits perfectly in a standard size tape dispenser.

Using Therm O Web Foam Squares, I adhered the roses and leaves to the flocked background. I then finished off the card with a sentiment die cut from black cardstock using the Hello Word Die.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and joining us for our product swap with Therm O Web! I hope you enjoyed seeing how these products work together and how much texture and fun they can add to your projects!

----------------------------------------------

Hey everyone, Angelica here. I am really excited to be part of a product swap with Thermo-Web and Sunny Studio Stamps today! I am a huge fan of Thermo-O-Web, and all the textures their products can bring to a project. I used their gorgeous new Flock Transfer Sheets for the card I'm sharing today.

I cut strips of Think PinkOrange Glow, and Sunshine Yellow flock, then attached them to strips of Therm-O-Web White Foam Adhesive. And yes- this foam adhesive has immediately become my favorite! It cuts so easily in my die cut machine. I die-cut several strips of colors using the Ric Rac Border Die.

I attached them to a white card stock panel, trimmed the panel to 4 x 5.25, and adhered it to a card base. I used the Two Scoops stamp set to stamp the layered ice cream cones. I absolutely adore this stamp set! I taped the coordinating dies to the card stock using the new 1/2" Purple Tape and cut them out.

I stamped the sentiment onto an oval I die-cut using a Stitched Oval Die. I used double-sided adhesive to adhere the oval to the card base, then attached the ice cream cones using more strips from Therm-O-Web Foam Adhesive. My final touch was adding Crystal Glaze to the cherries for shine.

I hope I have given you lots of ideas on how to incorporate Therm-O-Web and Sunny Studio Stamps products together into your projects. That's all that I have for today, thanks for stopping by!

Therm-O-Web Cards with Lexa and Leanne

We are so excited to be partnering up with the Therm-o-web team this week. Both teams will be sharing projects all week long, combining products from both Therm-o-web and Sunny Studio Stamps, so we hope you'll stop by and visit their blog as well!

Hi there! Lexa here today with a collaboration card between Sunny Studio and Therm O Web. It's a new thing for me, believe it or not this is my very first time to use foil for my card. It's crazy how much I fall in love with the vibrant rainbow color of the foil. I knew it right away that I need to use this for my card together with the rainbow roses.

I use Everything's Rosy Dies as the vocal point of my card. I stamped them in four colors (pink, yellow, orange and purple) after I finished with the stamping I use the coordinating dies to cut all of them at the same time. As for the background I use Deco Foil Foam Adhesive and layered it with Deco Foil Transfer Sheet in Rainbow then use Sunburst Embossing Folder. It works like magic, it's so easy and look so pretty at the same time. I found this technique on Therm-O-Web's YouTube channel. I use one of my most favorite of all time set from Sunny Studio, Vintage Jar Stamp to complete the card. It matches all the flower stamps from Sunny Studio.

With an extra leftover of the foiled foam adhesive, I use "friends" die cut from Friends & Family Word Dies for the sentiment over a black fishtail banner to make it pop out more. Behind the vase of roses I use a white cardstock with a cut on the bottom part using Fishtail Banner Dies. After I finished my card, I layered it on a piece of 4.25"x5.5" black card base. It creates a contrast which is so beautiful!

I hope you like today's card as much as I do. Thank you so much for stopping by and don't forget to leave me some love below. Have a wonderful day everyone!

--------------------------------------------------------

Hello there! Leanne here and I’m happy to be sharing a card today that’s combines Sunny Studio products with Therm-o-web’s gorgeous Deco Foil. This was the first time I’ve used foil on a card.  I received some Opal Deco Foil Transfer Sheets to use and I must say that the foiling adds a beautiful touch of iridescent luster to the card.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Everything's Rosy Vintage Jar Botanical Backdrop Friends Card Congrats Card Lexa Levana Leanne West

I wanted to make a wedding card using the Everything’s Rosy stamp set along with the Botanical Backdrop die. I started by applying the Opal foil to a sheet of white card stock. I used the Hot Melt Adhesive to apply the foil. It was very easy to do with a laminator.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Everything's Rosy Vintage Jar Botanical Backdrop Friends Card Congrats Card Lexa Levana Leanne West

I then die cut two of the Botanical Backdrop from the foiled card stock. I adhered one full die cut backdrop onto an A2 sized panel of pale pink card stock. I then cut apart the second die cut backdrop and adhered it nested inside the first. The addition of the roses and leaves hide where I’ve cut the second backdrop and give the allusion of one complete frame.

I stamped the leaves and smaller rose image from Everything’s Rosy. I adhered the roses and leaves with 3D White Foam Squares to add lots of dimension. I left room in the center of the card to silver heat emboss the greeting which is also from the Everything’s Rosy stamp set. For extra embellishment, I added some clear sparkling sequins scattered randomly around the card.
