Catch A Wave Cards with Vanessa and Anja

Hi everyone! Vanessa here with an underwater card using Catch a Wave Dies and the Best Fishes set. I love the new dies! They are so versatile, I almost couldn't decide how to use them first. Here is what I came up with for today.

I first die-cut the waves from blue vellum and adhered the three layers to the card. Now I stamped the images from Best Fishes onto white cardstock, colored them with Copics, die-cut the elements with the matching dies and adhered them, creating dimension with foam tape. Finally, I stamped the sentiment to the top of the card.

Vellum makes great water, I still love using it for my underwater scenes!

Hi everyone, Anja here and today I'm back with a new summer project featuring the Catch A Wave Dies.

This time I created a circle card and combined the wave die-cuts with the Magical Mermaid Stamps. First, I die cut the waves from several aqua and blue shades of cardstock and layered them on top of each other. I also die cut a stitched frame from navy cardstock.

Next, I stamped the images in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. The sentiment is from the Miss Moo set and I white heat embossed it. To embellish my card I added two beautiful pearls which matches the mermaid's tail perfectly.

Miss Moo Cards with Angelica and Juliana

Hi friends, Angelica here with a new card for this week. I used the Miss Moo stamp set  and coordinating dies to create this colorful card.

I stamped and Copic colored Miss Moo and flowers with the following colors: Miss Moo: N3, N1, N0, R20, YR000, Colorless Blender; Flowers: Y13, RV25

I used the small Fancy Frames Rectangle to die-cut two white frames. I die-cut a third frame from the middle of a 4 x 5.25 cut panel of Spring Sunburst pattern paper. I added thin foam adhesive to the back of the rainbow panel, and attached it to a card base. I stacked and glued the frames together, then added them to the card base.

I used one of the white card stock middles to blend Mermaid Lagoon Distress oxide ink onto. I stamped and white heat-embossed the sentiment. I cut another fancy frame out of green card stock, and used a die from Comic Strip Everyday Dies to cut a strip of grass from the middle piece. My last step was glueing everything together.

Hello Sunny Studio friends! Juliana Michaels here with you today. I'm so happy to be sharing a birthday card that features the Miss Moo and Make A Wish stamp sets.

To get started, I stamped and colored the adorable cow and flower from the Miss Moo Stamp Set and the cake and slice of cake from the Make A Wish Stamp using Copic Markers. I then die cut the images.

Next I took the smallest die from the Fancy Frames Square Die and cut it from a piece of white paper. I kept the outside frame piece and put the others to the side for a future project. I then trimmed a piece of blue sunburst paper from the Spring Sunburst 6x6 Paper Pad to fit behind the frame. I also cut a piece of green paper from the Gingham Pastels 6x6 Paper Pad using the grass die from the Comic Strip Everyday Dies. Once these pieces were adhered together, I added the cow and cake images. I used some double sided foam squares from Therm O Web to pop up the cow and the slice of cake to add a bit of dimension. I then completed the piece by stamping the sentiment onto the green paper using the stamps from the Miss Moo Stamp Set.

For the card front, I took a piece of white cardstock and embossed it using the Sunburst Embossing Folder. I then trimmed it down to 4 x 5.25 inches. Next, I cut a piece of striped paper from the Spring Sunburst 6x6 Paper Pad to 1.5 inches and adhered that along the edge. I then adhered this entire piece to a piece of white cardstock cut to 4.25 x 5.5 inches. To finish the card, I then adhered the framed scene I had created with the stamps.

Miss Moo Cards with Lexa and Rachel

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with a card that featuring Miss Moo Stamps and the coordinating dies. Couple weeks ago I saw the tutorial video on Jennifer McGuire's YouTube channel how to create a side pull on card. It's so easy to make and pretty fun too. So I try to create one for today's blog.

Here's how the card looks like when it's closed. It looks like a regular 4.25"x5.5" card, but actually the message is on the right side of the card.

First, I stamp the cows from Miss Moo and Barnyard Buddies with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished with coloring I use the coordinating dies and run them through die cutting machine. For the scene background I use Build-A-Tag #1 Dies and cover the top part which has a hole on it with clouds patterned paper. 

I white embossed "I udderly adore you" sentiment on a piece of brown cardstock and use the fishtail banner dies from Fancy Frames Rectangle Dies. At the top and bottom part of my card base, I stamped brown polka dots using Background Basics Stamps. I keep the color coordinate red, brown and white to make the little scene pops out more. 

Here how it looks like when you fully pull out the side tab. Take a look at these adorable cows. I add glossy accent to the red heart.

Hello everyone! Rachel here and I have a card to share with you today featuring the new Miss Moo Stamp Set combined with the previously released Barnyard Buddies Set.  The cute little Miss Moo Cow goes perfectly with her farm friends from this other set.

I created an A6-sized Shadow Box Card that measures at 4 1/2" x 6 1/4" when folded. To start, I cut 2 pieces of white card stock to 7 3/4" x 4 1/2". I then scored each piece along the long side at 1 1/5" & 6 1/4". These two pieces will be the front and back of your shadow box. Simply choose whatever shape you want to die cut into the front piece. I used a square-shaped die to cut my card window.

I stamped all of my images with Copic friendly black ink, colored with Copics and then cut them out with their coordinating dies. I added some grassy hills on the inside of the card using the Woodland Borders Die Set. These grassy strips measured at 5 1/2" (varying heights) and were scored along the 5.5" side at 3/8" and 5 1/8" prior to die cutting my hilly border.

I attached all of my images with liquid adhesive to the inside of the card and used 3D foam adhesive squares to the images on the outside.

This card collapses and fits perfectly into an A-6 sized envelope but fits nicely into a 5x7 as well (shown above).
