Season's Greetings Cards with Franci and Ana

Hello there! Franci here with you today with a couple of tiny Christmas tags showcasing the Season's Greetings set.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Season's Greetings Scalloped Tag Dies Winter Holiday Tags by Franci Vignoli

First of all I die-cut multiple times the little Scalloped Tags Circle dies out of some white cardstock and this pretty dotted patterned paper from the Subtle Grey Tones Paper pad.  Then I also die-cut 2 little tags using a mini die included in the Sweet Treat Bag die set and stamped them with the "to: & love:" from the Season's Greetings set.

Then I stamped and die cut some pine branches and berries and I glued them down to my patterned paper tags with foam adhesive. I used these Memento drops inks to stamp and shade them: Pearl Tart, Bamboo Leaves, Lady Bug and Rich Cocoa.

I glued the white tags on the back of my decorated ones added the little tags at the tops and added some sparkle red twine. Finally I added lots of sparkle to the berries with my Wink of Stella clear brush.

These tags are so super easy to make you could easily create a ton if you need a lots for the Holidays! Hope you like them and thanks a lot for stopping by!

Hello everyone! Ana here today with a pink Christmas card featuring Season’s Greeting stamp set and Snowflake Circle Frame die.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Season's Greetings Circle Snowflake Frame Dies Frilly Frame Dies Winter Holiday Card by Ana Anderson

I started with creating the background by die cutting a piece of Bristol paper with Frilly Frames Lattice outline die. I masked the scallops and blended Worn Lipstick distress oxide ink on the panel. Once the panel was dry I white heat embossed the part of my sentiment - seasons. While I had the embossing powder and sticky ink still out, I embossed the word greetings to a piece of vellum and fussy cut it out.

Out of white cardstock, I die cut several pieces of circles with Snowflake Circle frame die, arranging them to the background and adhering with liquid glue. Next, I adhered the vellum sentiment piece to the background with thin strips of foam tape.

I stamped and die cut the branches and berries (from Season’s Greetings set), adhered them to the background then added white splatter which I created by mixing white acrylic paint and water. I added a pink panel to the back of my background separating them with craft foam and adhered them to the card base.

Thank you so much or stopping by today – I really hope you got inspired! Until next week – Happy Crafting!

Sweet Treat Projects with Ana and Franci

Hello crafty friends! It Ana here today with a Christmas Sweet Treat Bag and Sweet Treat House Add-On

Sunny Studio Stamps: Sweet Treat Gift Bag Sweet Treat House Add-On Woodland Border Dies Christmas Treat Bag by Ana Anderson

To create this bag, I used several patterned papers that matched my winter theme. Subtle Grey Tones 6x6 paper for the bag base. Very Merry 6x6 paper for the roof, door, bows, ornaments and tag topper. Holiday Cheer 6x6 paper for the trees and hedges. White 110lb cardstock for tag base, window and door frame. I started with die cutting the bag base from 2 pieces of grey paper and adhering them together.

Out of red paper, I die cut the roof base and 6 pieces of shingles layering them together with glue tape then adding them to the top of the bag. I cut the door, bows ornaments and a star out of the same red paper.

I used Woodland Borders dies to die cut the trees, wreath and hedges (which are mini tag toppers turned upside down). Using the same die set (Woodland Borders) I die cut the snow out of glitter paper.

I adhered all the elements to the bag and added Glossy accents to the wreath bow and ornaments and Wink of Stella to the other two bows. Finally, I stamped the To/From to the tag and tied it to the handle with twine.

This adorable treat bag was so much fun to make and I love the way it turned out! I really hope you enjoyed today’s post and got inspired. Thank you so much for stopping by today and until next week I wish you happy crafting!

Hello there and happy Wednesday! Franci here with you today showcasing the Sweet Treat Bag die set.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Sweet Treat Gift Bag Merry Mice Circle Snowflake Frame Dies Christmas Treat Bag by Franci Vignoli

Aww look at this cute festive treat bag!! First of all I created my bag by die-cutting the main piece out of white cardstock.  Then I trimmed to size this red patterned paper panel (using a design from the Very Merry Paper pad) and I glued it on the front.

I cut out another piece of patterned paper from the same pad (I love this snowy design!) and glued it down too. I left this a little bit taller than my goodie bag so I could fold it over and secure my treat box closed.

Then I stamped colored and die cut some cute images from the Merry Mice set, colored them with Copics and cut them out with their coordinated dies. I stuck them in this fun design and secured them to my goodie bag with some foam adhesive.

Finally I die cut the little tag and the snowflake (using the Snowflake Circle Frame die set) out of white cardstock and I stamped my "to: & from:" using some little stamps included in the Season's Greetings Stamps.

Finally I added some details with a white gel pen and close my little Christmas treat bag at the top with a small wooden clip. Thanks a lot for stopping by!

Snowflake Frame Dies Focused Cards with Angelica and Juliana

Hi friends! Angelica here. I made a cute treat bag to share today, featuring the Layered Snowflake Frame dies.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Layered Snowflake Frame Dies Circle Snowflake Frame Dies Sweet Treats Gift Bag Feeling Frosty Winter Holiday Gift Bag by Angelica Conrad

I used the Sweet Treat Bag die to die-cut pink card stock, then die cut a window from the bag with the smaller Snowflake Frame. I closed the window with acetate, and attached the bag together. I punched holes out for ribbon, added a cellophane bag of baked cookies, and closed the bag with a bow.

I added a Feeling Frosty snowman and tree with thin foam squares. I finished the bag with a small Sweet Treat Bag tag, using Holiday Cheer pattern paper to decorate the top, and stamps from Season's Greetings stamp set to add the words.

I hope you like my treat bag! That's all that I have for today. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello Sunny Studio Friends! It's Juliana here to share a wintery shadow box card created using the Layered Snowflake Frame Dies.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Layered Snowflake Frame Dies Circle Snowflake Frame Dies Sweet Treats Gift Bag Rustic Winter Card by Juliana Michaels

To get started, I took the Layered Snowflake Frame Dies the large snowflake frame from white cardstock and trimmed it into a square. I then die cut the small snowflake frame from silver cardstock and trimmed it the same size as the white piece. I layered this behind the white frame using strips of foam tape to pop it up. Next, I cut a piece of the wavy paper from the Subtle Grey Tones 6x6 Paper Pad and trimmed it to size of the white frame. I added another layer of foam tape to the edge of the silver snowflake frame before adhering it to the patterned paper to really add to the shadow box look.

I then took the Rustic Winter Dies and cut the deer and trees from white cardstock, and placed them inside the frame to create the wintery scene. To give it a bit of dimension I used double sided foam tape behind the deer. I then used the snowflake dies from the Layered Snowflake Frame Dies and the Snowflake Circle Frame Dies and added a few of them cut from silver cardstock to complete the scene.

I thought about adding a sentiment to the front of the card, but I love how pretty the card looks without it. I think it would make a beautiful display piece sitting out during the holidays and you can add the sentiment and well wishes easily enough on the inside of the card.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you enjoyed learning how to create a wintery shadow box card featuring the Layered Snowflake Frame Dies

Hedgey Holidays Cards with Leanne and Eloise

Hello everyone, Leanne here! I have a fun holiday card to share featuring the cutest little hedgehog from a special mini set called Hedgey Holidays. I used the hedgehog, which is almost perfectly symmetrical, to make this into a spinner card, When the recipient opens the card, the hedgehog spins.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Hedgey Holidays Circle Snowflake Frame Dies Layered Snowflake Frame Dies Hedgehog Themed Christmas Cards by Leanne West

Spinner cards are very easy to make. You just need to make two of the spinning element to adhere back to back. For this card I started by die cutting a frame for the spinner. I used the Layered Snowflake Frame to cut out the opening in the card front and a separate A2 size panel which has a light sponging of Tumbled Glass Distress Ink around the edges. I Copic colored two hedge hogs and fussy cut them out. I then adhered some clear thread between the two hedgehog images. Using some strong adhesive, I secured the ends of the thread to the card front so the hedgehog is centered within the opening. I then adhered the inked panel over top. I added some snowflakes and holly leaves on both sides of the spinning hedgehog.

To finish off the front of the card, I added some stamped pines sprigs with berries and a two part greeting. I die cut the large Happy Word from green glitter card stock to layer behind a sentiment strip white heat embossed with hedge holidays.

I also needed to decorate the inside of the card since a large part of it can be seen through the snowflake frame opening. I made masks by die cutting snowflakes out of Post It Note paper. I placed the snowflake masks in a random arrangement and then gently sponged on some Candied Apple Distress Oxide Ink. I removed the masks and then splattered with thinned red paint.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Hi friends, Eloise here and today I’m using the Hedgey Holidays Stamp Set along with Scenic Route to create my Christmas card today.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Hedgey Holidays Scenic Route Hedgehog Themed Christmas Cards by Leanne West

I started off with stamping out my images and colouring them in with Copic Markers. I then cut them all out with the coordinating dies.

(Copic Markers Used: E40, E41, E42, E43, E44, E47, E79 / R00, R30 / R14, R17, R24, R39 / RV11, RV25 / YG03, YG17 / BG11, BG49 / Y13 / B00, B12 / R20, R22)

I added foam tape to the backs of the lights and adhered them onto an off-white card base. I then added foam to the back of the hedgehog and adhered that into the centre also. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment ‘Christmas Hedgehugs’ onto the card base.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and I’ll see you all next time.

Scenic Route Cards with Candice and Rachel

It's Candice with you today and I hope you are all getting ready for a fabulous weekend of crafting and I have some inspiration for you using the versatile Scenic Route stamp setHow many of you just had to get the adorable superheroes this summer and just haven't gotten to use them as much as you would like?! I decided to tie them into the holiday season, a perfect card for the comic lover in your family!

Sunny Studio Stamps: Scenic Route Super Duper Woodland Borders Christmas Garland Frame Dies Winter Super Hero Themed Christmas Card by Candice Fisher

The Sunny Studio Stamps products I used are:
I first die cut the frame, using the negative to frame my scene. I filled the scene first with the night sky pattern paper and added the copic colored and glittered hills under the moon.  Next, I colored the houses and used the coordinating dies to cut out and pop dotted along the hillside.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Scenic Route Super Duper Woodland Borders Christmas Garland Frame Dies Winter Super Hero Themed Christmas Card by Candice Fisher

I then die cut the stitched snowhills, layering along the bottom of the card and pop dotted the frame on top of the scene. For the sentiments, I first heat embossed the you're my favorite super hero on two separate navy banners and then die cut multiples of the christmas, the top one out of red glitter. I then die cut the comic bubble out of the same navy and heat embossed the ho, ho, ho in white and pop dotted it next to the Christmas superhero. I added a few green pearls to tie in the green around the sentiment.

I hope you are inspired to use some of your summer sets for Christmas in different ways!

---------------------------------------------------------

Hello everyone! It's Rachel here and I have a card to share with you today that focuses on the new Scenic Route Stamp Set. I combined this set with some cute snowmen from the Feeling Frosty Set to create a fun winter scene.

Sunny Studio Stamps: Scenic Route Feeling Frosty Circle Woodland Borders Snowflake Frame Dies Winter Themed Card by Rachel Alvarado

To start, I first trimmed a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock to 8.5" x 3.5". I then blended the top portion of it with Spun Sugar and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide Inks. I splattered this blend with both water and diluted Opaque White Paint to resemble snow. I also added a few white die cut snowflakes using the snowflake dies from the Snowflake Circle Frame Die Set.

I stamped my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink onto another sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock and colored them with Copics. I used the coordinating Scenic Route and Feeling Frosty die sets to cut them out once colored.

Copic Colors Used:
  • Pinks: RV000, RV00, RV52, RV55, RV66, RV69
  • Purples: BV000, BV02, BV13, BV17, BV08
  • Whites: 0, C00, C0, C2, C4
  • Greens: G20, G24, YG25, YG63
  • Dark Gray: W5, W8
  • Light Gray: W1, W3, W5
  • Snow Drifts: BG0000, BG11, BG53
Sunny Studio Stamps: Scenic Route Feeling Frosty Circle Woodland Borders Snowflake Frame Dies Winter Themed Card by Rachel Alvarado

Once I had all of my scenery and images cut out, I adhered them carefully onto the front of my card where I wanted them to be aligned. I then used a paper trimmer to trim off any excess. I used the Woodland Border Dies to add a few extra stitched snow drifts. I stamped my sentiment onto the lower right corner of my lowest snow drift and lastly, adhered my snowmen with some 3D Foam Adhesive Squares for added dimension.

I hope you've enjoyed my card today! Thanks so much for dropping by! Wishing you all the most wonderful weekend!
