Coastal Cuties Cards with Angelica and Juliana

Hi Friends, Angelica here with a card featuring the adorable Coastal Cuties stamp set. These little girls remind me of my daughter, and she LOVES the beach. 

I made my background with the images from the stamp set. I stamped the girls in random order, then filled in the empty spots with the splash stamps. I used Copic Markers to color the images in.

I glued on a strip of Summer Splash Pattern Paper, then added a small strip of black card stock. I attached the card front to an A2 size card base, then got the sentiment ready. I stamped the words from the Coastal Cuties stamp set onto black card stock with embossing ink, then heat-embossed it with white embossing powder.

Hello friends! It's Juliana, and today I'm here to share a summer themed card with you featuring Sunny Studio Stamps Coastal Cuties Stamps and Beach Babies Stamps! This card is similar in size to the Pirate themed card I shared recently featuring the Seasonal Trees Stamps. Along with a fun scene on the outside of the card, there is also some fun carried onto the inside of the card as well!

To get started I stamped images from Coastal Cuties Stamps, Beach Babies Stamps and Seasonal Trees Stamps with Memento Ink and then colored them with Copic Markers. Once all the coloring was finished, I die cut them using the coordinating Coastal Cuties Dies, Beach Babes Dies and Seasonal Trees Dies. The card base for this card is 7 x 7.75 inches folded in half to create a long narrow card...perfect for this summer scene!

For the beach, I trimmed a piece of kraft cardstock to 3.5 x 7.75 inches and then took one of the sloped borders from the Woodland Border Dies and die cut it. I then took the other border lined it up with the end of the first cut, used Therm O Web Purple Tape to hold it in place and die cut the rest of the piece. By doing this, I was able to create a longer border cut that would fit my card size. I did this twice to create 2 layers of sand for the beach scene.

Next I cut a piece of Bristol Smooth Paper to 3.25 x 7.5 inches and ink blended the top portion with Distress Oxide in Salty Ocean using a foam applicator. Once this was complete, I adhered the sandy beach and the card was ready for me to start creating my scene. I layered all of the images along the beach and used double sided foam adhesive to pop up some of the images for added dimension. I then added some die cut clouds using the Fluffy Clouds Dies.

For the inside of the card, I used the same technique for the waves that I did with the sandy beach. Here, I used the Catch A Wave Dies. I then completed the scene by adding a couple of the colored images with floaties so they looked like they were out enjoying the water!

Coastal Cuties Cards with Lexa and Rachel

Hi guys! Lexa here again with an interactive card using Coastal Cuties Stamps and the coordinating dies. I also use Beach Babies and the coconut tree from Seasonal Trees Stamps. It's an easy interactive card but adorable in the same time. Let's get started!

I started with stamping my images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them using Distress Markers. After I finished with the coloring, I cut all the pieces using coordinating dies. I always enjoy the moment I pop out them.. so satisfying. Then I prepare the papers to create this simple mechanism.

Front: 4 1/4" x 8 1/4", score it at 2 3/4"; Inside: 4 1/4" x 8 1/2", score it at 4 1/4"; Back: 4 1/4" x 5 3/4", score it at 5 1/2"

I make a beach scene on the front panel, with all these cuties playing on the beach. Then when you open the card, the image on the circle window will change into water splashing girl. And a sentiment inside, I leave the top part empty so I can write another greetings inside it later.

On the front, I blend Tea Dye Distress Ink for the sand and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink for the sky. Beach line is from Ocean of Joy Stamps, and that cute little crab is also from the same set.

Hello! It's Rachel here today and I have a fun pop-up card to share with you today featuring the new Coastal Cuties Stamp Set. I combined this set with the Beach Babies Stamp Set, which coordinate perfectly with each other.

I decided to make a floating floor design for this set to create what I hoped would look like a fun 3D summer day at the beach. I stamped all of my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Sketch Markers. I then used both the coordinating Coastal Cuties and Beach Babies Die Sets to cut them out. I also added some fun little palm trees from the Sending Sunshine Stamps and Dies and a cute little crab from the Best Fishes Stamps and Dies. To add to my beach scene, I used the beautiful Summer Splash Paper Pad for the sky, the water, and the wave. In order to cut the wave, I used one of the Catch A Wave Dies. I also added a sand dune in the back of the card using the Wavy Border Dies and some Kraft Card Stock. I then used liquid adhesive to add all of my images.

For the outside of my card, I went with a simple design and used a 2" x 12" belly band to hold my card together. I used one of the cute little girls from the Coastal Cuties Stamp Set and added a bird from the Sending Sunshine Stamp Set. I then added a beautiful scalloped frame using the Fancy Frames Circle Dies and heat embossed my sentiment with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder onto some black card stock.

Seasonal Trees Cards with Lexa and Rachel

Hi there! Lexa here today with a card that highlighting Seasonal Trees Stamps and the coordinating die. This stamp set goes along with almost other Sunny Studio's stamps and other products. There are so much possibilities with this one set. Let's get started!

I combined four stamp sets for this card, using both new and older products. The main island is from Island Getaway, the little girls are from Coastal Cuties, while the little boy and other itsy bitsy are from Beach Babies. I stamped all the images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished with the coloring I cut each pieces with the coordinating dies. 

I use the pretty patterned paper from Summer Splash Paper and cut them along the lines then adhere it one by one to create dimensions. This patterned paper is effortlessly gorgeous! I blend Peacock Feather, Tumbled Glass and  Scattered Straw Distress Inks in gradation to create the sky. The stitched clouds are from Fluffy Cloud Dies. I just love it! After I finished with every elements that I needed, I arrange them together. Then add the cute sentiment on a piece of yellow patterned paper to make it pop.

Hello, friends! It's Rachel here and I am sharing a card with you today that features the new Seasonal Trees Stamp Set. I love how this set has trees for all seasons that can really add to the design of your card.

For my card today, I combined some pine trees from the Seasonal Trees set along with the Critter Campout Stamp Set. I used to go camping a lot back in my teenage years, so this set is dear to me. And where I am from, we had a bunch of pine trees all over the place when we would go camping, so I thought that these two sets would complement each other perfectly.

To start, I trimmed a piece of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock to 8.25" X 3.25" and then masked off a straight line to section off the sky from the ground. For the sky, I blended some Distress Oxide Inks (Cracked Pistachio, Evergreen Bough, Peacock Feathers, Broken China, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot) and then loosely splattered this piece with some water. I then blotted it dry with a clean paper towel after letting it sit for a minute. I then added some stars by splattering this panel with some diluted Opaque White Paint.

I then masked off the sky portion and ink blended the ground with Hickory Smoke and Black Soot Distress Oxide Inks. I stamped all of my images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Sketch Markers. Once done, I then used the coordinating dies to cut them out.

Lastly, I heat embossed my sentiment with Fine Detail White Embossing Powder and then adhered my images with some 3D Foam Squares for added dimension.
