Product Updates & Email Issue

We just wanted to give an update regarding several items on back order. Due to an overwhelming response, our Sliding Window dies sold out by 9am on release day which means many of you purchased them as a pre-order. As indicated on the product page, orders are being held and will be shipped together when they come in on approximately July 30th. We are eagerly awaiting their arrival and will make it our top priority to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible once they come in. 💛

Another issue that was brought to my attention is that the "contact" form on our website has not been working properly so we weren't aware that all your emails using it were not being forwarded to us for the past three months!  Yikes!  It really broke my heart to learn that... If you have sent us an email using the form rather than sending us an email to our address directly I'm sad to say we did not receive it.  It was definitely not our intention to ignore you, but I'm happy to report it is now working again.


  1. Thanks for the update! I was kind of wondering if the contact form didn't work as I had left a message on Monday and never heard back. Not that you had to, really. I just sent a grateful thanks for the super fast delivery! I ordered on Friday and received my order on Monday and I was very happy about the great customer service. Continued success to you! :)
